Background

The middle is an extrusion-molded plastic core plate which is a framework and a channel of a drainage belt, the cross sections of the plastic core plate are in parallel connection, the two sides of the plastic core plate are wrapped by non-woven geotextiles to be used as filter layers, the core belt plays a supporting role and upwards discharges water infiltrated into the filter layers, and the plastic core plate is a good vertical channel for carrying out soft foundation treatment on saturated viscosity and miscellaneous fill such as silt, mucky soil, filling soil and the like by using a drainage consolidation method, so that the soft soil consolidation time is greatly shortened.
The powder spraying pile is characterized by that it utilizes cement and lime as main agent of solidifying agent, and utilizes a special stirring machine to forcedly stir the soft soil and solidifying agent (slurry form and powder form) on site, and utilizes a series of physical and chemical reactions produced between solidifying agent and soft soil to make the soft soil be hardened into high-quality foundation with integrity, water stability and a certain strength. The powder spraying pile is a method for performing soft foundation stirring treatment by adopting a powder curing agent.
