Background
Asphalt is a black-brown complex mixture composed of hydrocarbons with different molecular weights and non-metallic derivatives thereof, and in the production process of asphalt, the asphalt is often required to be stirred, and a stirrer is a machine which rotates a shaft with blades in a cylinder or a tank and stirs and mixes a plurality of raw materials to form a mixture or a proper consistency.
Present pitch agitating unit's stirring inefficiency, agitating unit stirring speed is slow when the stirring, and the mixing velocity between the pitch is slower when making the stirring, all is the main equipment at current mixer moreover, and is inconvenient to remove, if the pitch that needs is less, adopts large-scale equipment, can cause the waste of resource.
Therefore, a movable asphalt high-efficiency stirring device which is high in stirring efficiency and convenient to move and used for small road and bridge construction is particularly needed to solve the problems in the prior art.

In order to overcome the stirring inefficiency of present pitch agitating unit, agitating unit stirs speed in the stirring slow, and the mixing velocity between the pitch is slower when making the stirring, all is the main equipment at current mixer moreover, and is inconvenient to remove, if the pitch that needs is less, adopts large-scale equipment, can cause the shortcoming of the waste of resource, and the technical problem that solves provides a stirring efficiency height, the convenient movable high-efficient agitated vessel of mobilizable pitch for construction of small-size road bridge that removes.

The invention has the advantages that:

A movable efficient asphalt stirring device for road and bridge construction is shown in figures 1-4 and comprises a sweeping board 1, wheels 101, first baffle plates 102, first supporting plates 103, a discharging frame 104, supporting frames 105, first heating wires 1051 and fixing rods 106, wherein two groups of wheels 101 are respectively connected to the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the sweeping board 1 in a rotating mode through two axles, the two first baffle plates 102 are fixedly installed on the left side and the right side of the sweeping board 1, the three first supporting plates 103 are fixedly installed on the rear side of the upper portion of the sweeping board 1, the front side of the lower portion of the discharging frame 104 is fixedly connected with the upper ends of the three first supporting plates 103, the rear side of the lower portion of the discharging frame 104 is fixedly connected with the front side of the upper portion of the sweeping board 1, the supporting frames 105 are arranged on the outer side of the discharging frame 104, the first heating wires 1051 are distributed between the discharging frame 104 and the supporting frames 105, the four fixing rods 106 are uniformly arranged on the left side and the right side of the supporting frame 105, and the stirring mechanism, The stirring mechanism is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the discharging frame 104, the material pumping mechanism is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the upper part of the vehicle plate 1, and the spraying mechanism is arranged above the supporting frame 105.

The material pumping mechanism comprises second supporting plates 3, second supporting rods 301, a water pump 302, a pipeline connector 303, a storage tank 304, right-angle folding rods 305, a material passing pipeline 306, a first connecting rod 307, a water spraying tank 308, a water sprayer 3081 and a heating assembly, wherein the two second supporting plates 3 are fixedly arranged on the right rear side of the upper part of the vehicle plate 1, the two second supporting rods 301 are fixedly arranged on the left rear side of the upper part of the vehicle plate 1, the water pump 302 is fixedly arranged on the two second supporting rods 301, the storage tank 304 is fixedly arranged on the two second supporting plates 3, the left side and the right side of the pipeline connector 303 are respectively connected with the storage tank 304 and the water pump 302, the right-angle folding rods 305 are fixedly connected with the supporting frame 105, the lower end of the right-angle folding rods 305 is fixedly connected with the vehicle plate 1, the material passing pipeline 306 is fixedly connected with the outer sides of the right-angle folding rods 305, the lower end of the material passing pipeline 306 is connected with the pipeline connector 303, the upper end of the material passing pipeline 306 penetrates through the upper side of the right-angle folding rods 305, the two first connecting rods 307 are respectively fixedly arranged on the lower side of the horizontal plate of the right-angle folding rod 305, the upper end of the water spraying tank 308 is communicated with the upper end of the communicating pipeline 306, the two rows of water sprayers 3081 are arranged at the bottom of the water spraying tank 308, and the heating assembly is arranged in the storage tank 304.
After the raw materials are manually placed in the discharging frame 104, the stirring mechanism is started to stir the raw materials, the heating assembly heats the adhesive in the storage box 304, the water pump 302 is started, the water pump 302 sends the adhesive in the storage box 304 to the water spraying box 308 along the pipeline connector 303 and the material passing pipeline 306, and the water sprayer 3081 sprays the adhesive into the discharging frame 104 to be fully mixed with the raw materials such as stones.
The heating assembly includes a cover 3041, an inner case 3042, a second heater wire 3043 and a water inlet 3044, the cover 3041 is disposed on the upper side of the storage case 304, the inner case 3042 is disposed inside the storage case 304, the second heater wire 3043 is disposed between the storage case 304 and the inner case 3042, and the water inlet 3044 is disposed on the left side of the upper portion of the cover 3041.
When the asphalt is stirred, the adhesive to be used is manually poured into the inner tank 3042 through the water inlet 3044, and the second heating wire 3043 between the material storage tank and the inner tank 3042 heats the adhesive to prevent the adhesive from solidifying.
The spraying mechanism comprises sliding columns 4, springs 401, a second fixing plate 402, a sliding frame 4021, a sliding block 403, a first connecting column 404, a third supporting rod 405, connecting blocks 4052 and spraying components, wherein the second fixing plate 402 is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the front part of the supporting frame 105, the two sliding columns 4 are in sliding connection with the second fixing plate 402, the sliding frame 4021 is fixedly connected with the upper ends of the two sliding columns 4, the lower side of the sliding frame 4021 is in contact with the upper side of the second fixing plate 402, the two springs 401 are respectively sleeved on the two sliding columns 4, the upper ends of the two springs 401 are fixedly connected with the lower side of the second fixing plate 402, the lower ends of the two springs 401 are respectively and fixedly connected with the lower ends of the two sliding columns 4, the sliding blocks are in sliding contact with the sliding frame 4021, the first connecting column 404 is fixedly connected with the sliding block 403, the first connecting column 404 is in sliding contact with the sliding frame 4021, the third supporting rod 405 is connected with the rear side of the sliding block 403, the two connecting blocks 4052 are respectively and fixedly arranged on the front and rear sides of the upper part of the supporting frame 105, the third bar 405 is slidably connected to the two links 4052, and the rear end of the third bar 405 contacts the switch 207.
When the material pumping mechanism is ready to be started, the sliding block 403 is manually lifted up with the sliding column 4, the spring 401 is compressed, meanwhile, the sliding block 403 moves backwards and downwards along the sliding frame 4021, the rear end of the third supporting rod 405 touches the switch 207, the water pump 302 is started, the spraying assembly is started simultaneously, the adhesive is sprayed into the discharging frame 104 through the water sprayer 3081 through the movement of the spraying assembly, and all raw materials are fully mixed through the stirring mechanism.
The spraying component comprises a connecting frame 4051, a blocking disk 406 and a second connecting column 407, six connecting frames 4051 are fixedly arranged on the third supporting rod 405, the inner side of the blocking disk 406 is rotatably and slidably connected with the connecting frame 4051 through the second connecting column 407, and the blocking disk 406 is rotatably connected with the inner side of the water sprayer 3081.
When the third supporting rod 405 moves backward, the blocking disk 406 is rotatably connected to the sprinkler 3081, the blocking disk 406 is no longer in contact with the lower side of the sprinkler 3081, and the second connecting column 407 fixedly connected to the inner end of the blocking disk 406 slides in the connecting frame 4051 to prevent the blocking disk 406 from falling off.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 13, the feeding device further includes a feeding assembly, the feeding assembly includes air cylinders 5, feeding frames 501 and second connecting rods 502, the two air cylinders 5 are respectively and fixedly connected with the middle positions of the inner sides of the two first baffle plates 102, the two feeding frames 501 are respectively and fixedly installed on the telescopic rods of the two air cylinders 5, the lower sides of the feeding frames 501 are in sliding contact with the supporting frames 105, the two second connecting rods 502 are respectively and fixedly connected with the lower ends of the two feeding frames 501, the second connecting rods 502 are in sliding contact with the supporting frames 105 and the fixing rods 103, and the front ends of the second connecting rods 502 are in sliding contact with the sliding frames 4021.
The stone and the asphalt are put into the two feeding frames 501, the two air cylinders 5 are started simultaneously, the feeding frames 501 move upwards along the supporting frames 105, the second connecting rods 502 fixed on the lower sides of the feeding frames 501 move upwards along with the feeding frames, when the second connecting rods 502 contact the sliding frames 4021 and carry the sliding columns 4 to move upwards to the uppermost ends, the lower sides of the feeding frames 501 just stop on the upper sides of the supporting frames 105, and the raw materials such as the stone and the like in the feeding frames 501 are poured into the discharging frames 104 and are stirred by the stirring mechanism.
