the upper side of the box body (100) and the upper side of the first cover plate (340) are rotatably provided with a second cover plate (350), the second cover plate (350) is provided with a plurality of partitions along the circumferential direction, each partition corresponds to the opening (341), communication holes (351) are uniformly formed in each partition, and when the second cover plate (350) rotates, the partitions can cover the openings (341) or be positioned between two adjacent openings (341).

the box body (100) is provided with a water inlet pipe (660) communicated with the water tank (620).
