In the application, the wall-mounted washing machine comprises an outer cylinder 1, wherein a rotary inner cylinder is arranged in the outer cylinder 1, and a containing cavity for containing clothes is arranged in the inner cylinder; the shell is covered outside the outer cylinder 1, protects the outer cylinder 1 and other parts, and is attractive; drying device 3 lets in dry and hot air in order to dry clothing with the clothing contact in the inner tube to urceolus 1 inside, in this application drying device 3 at least part protrusion sets up outside the casing, need not to dismantle the casing just can clear up, maintain and change drying device 3.
In this embodiment, the first air duct 31 is disposed above the outer cylinder 1, and the first air duct 31 is at least partially protruding from the housing. The first air duct 31 is arranged above the outer cylinder 1, the shell is covered on the side wall and the front part of the outer cylinder 1, and the first air duct 31 is at least partially protruded outside the shell, so that the device is simple, convenient and easy to realize.
The part of the first air duct 31 protruding out of the casing is provided with an opening, and a detachable upper cover is arranged at the opening. The openings are arranged, so that the components in the first air duct 31 and the second air duct 32 can be cleaned and maintained conveniently, and the components in the first air duct 31 and the second air duct 32 can be disassembled and installed conveniently. The detachable upper cover is arranged at the opening, so that the opening is conveniently opened and closed, corresponding operation can be performed on the components in the first air duct 31 and the second air duct 32 during opening, and the functions of drying clothes are realized without affecting the first air duct 31 and the second air duct 32 during closing.
In this embodiment, a second seal portion for preventing gas leakage may be provided between the opening and the upper cover. The second sealing portion that this set up can prevent that gas from leaking, and then guarantees the stoving effect, also prevents that leaking gas from producing adverse effect to air or wall, roof etc. of user's family.
Further fan assembly 311 and heating assembly may be disposed within first air duct 31.
Preferably, the fan assembly 311 and the heating assembly are disposed inside the first air duct 31 through the opening, and more preferably, the heating assembly is disposed in the first air duct 31 at a position where the lower wind gap of the fan assembly 311 is closer to the outer tub 1.
The drying device 3 according to this embodiment further includes a filter assembly disposed inside the first air duct 31 through an opening, and more preferably, the filter assembly is disposed at a position where the upper air openings of the fan assembly 311 and the heating assembly are closer to the second air duct 32.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the fan assembly 311 is provided with an air flow channel to power the air flow in the drying device 3, and dry and hot air is introduced into the outer cylinder 1. In one embodiment, the fan assembly 311 includes a volute, the fan is disposed in the volute, the fan drives the airflow to flow, and a drainage device is further disposed in the volute to guide the airflow direction. The heating assembly heats the air in the first air duct 31 to obtain dry and hot air. The fan assembly 311 and the heating assembly are both arranged inside the first air duct 31 through the opening, and can be detachably arranged, so that maintenance, cleaning, installation and disassembly are convenient. In a preferred embodiment, the heating component is arranged at a position where the lower air port of the fan component 311 is closer to the outer cylinder 1, so that heated air enters the inner part of the outer cylinder 1 more quickly, and heat loss is less; because the first air duct 31 is at least partially protruded out of the shell, air is easy to be cooled in the first air duct 31, heat loss is large, and the heating component is arranged close to the air inlet 11 of the outer cylinder 1, so that heat loss in the aspect can be avoided; the first air duct 31 is at least partially protruding outside the housing, and further enhances the condensing effect of the second air duct 32. The filter component is used for filtering air exhausted by the outer cylinder 1 and preventing impurities such as wire scraps and the like from blocking the air duct or parts in the air duct. In this embodiment, the filter assembly is disposed inside the first air duct 31 through the opening, so as to prevent the first air duct 31 from being blocked. In a preferred embodiment, the filter assembly is disposed at the upper air port of the blower assembly 311 and the heating assembly to prevent the wire filings from blocking the blower assembly 311 and the heating assembly.
Example eight
On the basis of the seventh embodiment, the second air duct 32 is at least partially protruding from the housing, so that the condensation effect of the second air duct 32 is enhanced. Specifically, the cover 322 of the second air duct 32 protrudes outside the casing to condense the hot and humid air, cleaning and maintenance of the second air duct 32 can be achieved without disassembling the casing, and condensation of the hot and humid air is achieved through the cover 322 protruding outside the casing.
In this embodiment, a cavity for air to pass through is formed between the cover 322, the side wall of the outer cylinder 1 and the air channel portion 321, the thickness of the cavity is gradually reduced and gradually increased from bottom to top, and after the hot and humid air enters the second air channel 32 from the air inlet 11, the pressure is increased due to the reduced thickness of the cavity, so as to slow down the discharge effect of the hot and humid air, increase the condensation effect of the hot and humid air, and make most of the hot and humid air undergo condensation at the initial stage of entering the second air channel 32; and the pressure is suddenly reduced due to the increased thickness of the cavity, so that the hot and humid air is more close to the cover 322 and is discharged at a higher speed, and the hot and humid air is easier to cool in the process of contacting with the cover 322.
Example nine
Unlike the seventh embodiment, the second air duct 32 is at least partially protruded outside the housing, enhancing the condensing effect of the second air duct 32. Preferably, the cover 322 of the second air duct 32 protrudes outside the housing to condense the hot and humid air, and cleaning and maintenance of the second air duct 32 can be achieved without disassembling the housing, and condensation of the hot and humid air can be achieved through the cover 322 protruding outside the housing.

Claims (12)

1. A wall-mounted washing machine, comprising:
an outer cylinder;
the drying device is used for introducing hot and dry air into the outer cylinder, and is at least partially integrally formed on the side wall of the outer cylinder; the drying device includes:
the first air duct is communicated with the air inlet of the outer cylinder, and dry hot air is introduced into the outer cylinder;
the second air duct is respectively communicated with the air outlet of the outer cylinder and the first air duct, and condenses the hot and humid air received from the outer cylinder into dry and cold air, and the first air duct is higher than the second air duct;
the second air duct is at least partially integrally formed on the side wall of the outer cylinder, and is at least partially integrally formed and protrudes out of the side part of the outer cylinder;
the second air duct comprises an air inlet hole communicated with the air outlet of the outer barrel and an air outlet hole communicated with the first air duct, and the air inlet hole is arranged on the side wall of the outer barrel; two opposite side edges of the second air duct protruding out of the side part of the outer cylinder are perpendicular to the axial direction of the outer cylinder; the first air duct is arranged at the top of the outer barrel, one end of the first air duct is communicated with the second air duct, and the other end of the first air duct extends forwards to an air inlet in front of the outer barrel along the axial direction of the outer barrel;
one end of the second air channel at least extends to the position below a horizontal plane passing through the axis of the outer cylinder, and the other end of the second air channel is communicated with the first air channel and at least extends to the position above the outer cylinder;
the second air duct comprises an air duct part and a cover body, the air duct part is integrally formed on the side wall of the outer cylinder, the cover body is connected with the air duct part, and a cavity for gas to pass through is formed by the cover body, the air duct part and the side wall of the outer cylinder; the thickness of the cavity of the second air duct is gradually reduced and gradually increased from bottom to top;
the air channel part is convexly arranged at the side part of the outer cylinder; two opposite side edges of the air channel part are vertically extended and arranged and are vertical to the axial direction of the outer cylinder; the surface of the cover body, which is far away from the outer cylinder, is a plane, and the distance between the cover body and the side wall of the outer cylinder is gradually reduced from bottom to top and then gradually increased; the air inlet hole is arranged at the lowest part of the air channel part, and the air outlet hole is arranged at the top of the air channel part.
2. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the outer cylinder comprises a cylinder body and a front plate arranged at the front end of the cylinder body, the air inlet is arranged on the front plate, and the first air duct is communicated with the air inlet on the front plate.
3. A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the air channel portion is detachably connected to the cover.
4. A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 1, wherein a sealing portion for preventing gas leakage is provided between the air channel portion and the cover body.
5. A wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet is provided in the air channel portion.
6. A wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the drying apparatus further comprises a condensing assembly comprising a water cooling portion connected to the second air duct for introducing cold water into the second air duct to condense the hot humid air in the second air duct;
or, the drying device further comprises a condensation assembly, the condensation assembly comprises a condenser for condensing the hot and humid air, and the condenser is arranged in the second air duct.
7. The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the condensing assembly further comprises a cool air part for supplying cool air to the condenser to condense the wet and hot air.
8. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 7, wherein the drying device further comprises a fan assembly and a heating assembly, the fan assembly and the heating assembly being disposed within the first air duct.
9. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 8, wherein the heating assembly is disposed in the first air duct at a position where a lower air inlet of the blower assembly is closer to an air inlet of the outer tub.
10. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 8, wherein the fan assembly is disposed at a junction of the first air duct and the second air duct.
11. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 8, wherein the drying device further comprises a filter assembly disposed inside the second air duct;
or, the drying device further comprises a filter assembly, and the filter assembly is arranged inside the first air duct.
12. A wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 11 wherein the filter assembly is located closer to the second air duct than the blower assembly and the heater assembly.
