Abstract
The invention discloses a biodegradable agricultural mulching film which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of corn starch, 30-40 parts of Polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), 15-20 parts of polylactic acid, 15-20 parts of chitosan, 5-10 parts of plasticizer, 2-5 parts of stabilizer, 2-5 parts of adhesive, 10-20 parts of glycerol, 5-10 parts of acrylic resin film forming agent and 15-20 parts of humus concentrated solution; according to the biodegradable agricultural mulching film, during mixing and plasticizing, glycerol is added into a raw material mixture, the water retention property of the glycerol is moistened, the water is retained to a certain extent, nutrient substances are supplemented to a certain extent by adding a humus concentrated solution, the soil is subjected to auxiliary fertilizer retention, and when various raw materials are mixed, step-by-step adding and stirring are carried out, granules with large water content and causing balling of the raw materials are sieved, crushed and dried, so that the product quality defects caused by uneven mixing of the raw materials are reduced, and the uniform quality of all parts of the mulching film is ensured.
