Abstract
The invention discloses a plastic bottle clamp for packaging machinery, and relates to the technical field of packaging machinery. The invention comprises a bottle clamping plate; one edge of the bottle clamping plate is provided with a bottle clamping opening in a semicircular structure; two pairs of supporting parts are symmetrically arranged on one edge of the bottle clamping plate; the two pairs of supporting parts are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the bottle clamping opening, and a bearing sleeve is arranged between each pair of supporting parts; one ends of the two bearing sleeves, which face away from each other, are both in threaded fit with a fastening stud, and a steel ball is arranged in each bearing sleeve; the steel ball is connected with the fastening stud through a tension spring. The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging machinery, and particularly relates to a plastic bottle clamp for the packaging machinery.
Background
In a beverage and beer packaging line, a filling machine is used to dispense beverage (beer) into containers, wherein some of the containers are plastic bottles. The plastic bottles are transported into the filling machine and need to be clamped and centered for each filling valve, thus requiring a clamp.
At present, when clamping a plastic bottle, the clamp in the prior art usually clamps the plastic bottle in a sliding manner under rigid contact with the bottle body, which not only easily increases the damage rate of the plastic bottle, but also shortens the service life of the plastic bottle. two pairs of supporting parts (101) are symmetrically arranged on one edge of the bottle clamping plate (1); the two pairs of supporting parts (101) are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the bottle clamping opening, and a bearing sleeve (2) is arranged between each pair of supporting parts (101); one ends of the two bearing sleeves (2) facing away from each other are both in threaded fit with a fastening stud (3), and a steel ball (4) is arranged in each bearing sleeve (2); the steel ball (4) is connected with the fastening stud (3) through a tension spring (5).
