In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a pipe body type cargo transferring device and a transferring method which are novel in structure, strong in universality and convenient to operate.

Further, as shown in fig. 4, two dumbbell-shaped protrusions 251 are formed on the screw rod 25 and are respectively located on the inner side and the outer side of the shaft sleeve 26, and after the shaft sleeve 26 is fixed on the opening of the outer grooved square tube 23, the axial displacement of the screw rod is limited by the dumbbell-shaped protrusions 251, so that invalid locking of a fixing space of a tube body to be fixed due to falling-off or pushing-in of the screw rod is avoided.
