Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of injection molding of car lamps, in particular to a switching assembly for an injection mold of an automobile lamp.
Background
When the automobile lamp is produced by injection molding, an injection mold is required to be used for injection molding manufacture, the injection mold is divided into a male mold and a female mold, the female mold is generally fixed, and the male mold is continuously combined with the female mold to produce the automobile lamp.
The applicant found that: in the production process, after the male die is damaged, the male die is required to be detached, and then another male die is required to be reinstalled for production, so that the production efficiency is reduced due to the fact that a large amount of time is required for disassembly and assembly.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, an object of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure is to provide a switching assembly for an injection mold of an automotive lamp, so as to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, after a male mold is damaged in the production process, the male mold needs to be disassembled and then another male mold needs to be reinstalled for production, and the disassembly and assembly take a lot of time, so that the production efficiency is reduced.

in this embodiment, during injection molding, one of the male dies 8 is opposite to the female die 9, and the male die 8 is combined with the female die 9 under the driving of the first cylinder 2, so that an automobile lamp can be normally produced, when the male die 8 fails, after a worker removes the male die 8, the first motor 6 rotates, so that the other male die 8 is opposite to the female die 9, and thus the production can be resumed.
