Referring to fig. 1-4, in one embodiment, a cylindrical casting 4 grinding fixture includes a carrier plate 1, at least two positioning modules 2, and a clamping mechanism 3.
At least two positioning stations are arranged on the bearing plate 1. The positioning modules 2 are respectively arranged on the corresponding positioning stations and used for positioning and supporting the castings. The clamping mechanism 3 is arranged on the external mechanical arm and used for clamping the casting on the positioning module 2.
The positioning module 2 comprises a substrate 201 arranged on the bearing plate 1, and a supporting unit, a rotation limiting unit and an axial limiting unit which are arranged on the substrate 201. The supporting unit is used for bearing the casting and limiting the vertical movement of the casting, the rotation limiting unit is used for limiting the axial rotation of the casting, and the axial limiting unit is used for limiting the axial movement of the casting.

The two supporting blocks 202 are arranged on the substrate 201 at intervals, corresponding accommodating grooves are formed in the two supporting blocks 202, and the two accommodating grooves are respectively used for bearing two ends of a casting. Specifically, the receiving groove is a V-shaped groove formed in the upper surface of the supporting block 202. The two ends of the cylindrical casting 4 can be respectively accommodated in the V-shaped grooves of the two supporting blocks 202, so that the casting is placed, and the movement of the casting in the vertical direction is limited.
The rotation limiting unit may include two rotation limiting members. The two rotation limiting parts are respectively arranged at two sides of a connecting line between the two supporting blocks 202 and are respectively used for bearing two bulges positioned on the side surface of the casting. Specifically, the rotation limiting member includes a vertical block 203 and a bearing 204. The lower end of the vertical block 203 is arranged on the base plate 201, the inner ring of the bearing 204 is arranged at the upper end of the vertical block 203, the rotating direction of the outer ring of the bearing 204 is parallel to the axial direction of the casting, and the outer ring of the bearing 204 is used for being in sliding connection with the bulge on the side surface of the casting. Namely, two sides of the cylindrical casting 4 accommodated on the two support blocks 202 are respectively provided with a bearing 204 to bear the protrusions on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical casting 4, so as to limit the axial rotation of the cylindrical casting 4, and the arrangement of the bearing 204 enables the outer ring of the bearing 204 to rotate along with the axial movement of the cylindrical casting 4.
The bearing 204 may be a rolling bearing or a sliding bearing, and is not particularly limited herein.
The axial stop unit comprises two axial adjustment members 205. The two axial adjusting pieces 205 are respectively arranged on the opposite surfaces of the two supporting blocks 202, are oppositely arranged, and are used for adjusting the telescopic length and respectively clamping two sides of the step surface of the casting. Specifically, the axial adjusting element 205 may be a limiting rod, an external thread is disposed on the limiting rod, corresponding internal thread holes are disposed on the two supporting blocks 202, and the limiting rod is in threaded connection with the internal thread holes. In practical application, after the cylindrical casting 4 is placed in the V-shaped grooves of the two supporting blocks 202, two or one of the limiting rods can be rotated, so that the limiting rods on two sides are respectively contacted with two side surfaces of the step of the cylindrical casting 4, and clamping is realized.
Further, the positioning module 2 may further include an adjustment unit. The fixed end of the adjusting unit is arranged on the substrate 201, the output end of the adjusting unit swings and is in contact with the step surface of the casting, and the swinging direction of the output end of the adjusting unit is parallel to the axial direction of the casting and is used for pushing the casting to move along the axial direction.
Specifically, the adjusting unit may include a fixing member 206, a bending member 207, and a driving member 208. The specific shape of bending piece 207 may be L-shaped. The lower end of the fixing member 206 is fixed to the substrate 201. The bending position of the bending piece 207 is rotatably connected to the upper end of the fixed piece 206, and the rotating direction is parallel to the axial direction of the casting. And two ends of the driving member 208 are respectively connected to the substrate 201 and the first end of the bending member 207, for driving the second end of the bending member 207 to swing. In adjustment, the cylindrical casting 4 is placed on the two support blocks 202, and both sides of the cylindrical casting 4 roll on the bearings 204 on both sides; at this moment, the driving member 208 can upwards push the first end of the bending piece 207, the bending piece 207 rotates around the bending position, the second end of the bending piece 207 can swing within a small range, the swinging motion is approximate to horizontal motion, the second end of the bending piece 207 can push the step surface of the cylindrical casting 4, the cylindrical casting 4 can realize axial motion under the rolling of the bearing 204, the cylindrical casting 4 is pushed to be connected with the limiting column on one side, only the limiting column on the other side is rotated, and the accurate positioning of the cylindrical casting 4 can be realized.
The driving member 208 may be a spring, and the selection of the spring may be determined according to the amount of force required to push the cylindrical casting 4, and in other embodiments, the driving member 208 may also be a cylinder or a cylinder, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the clamping mechanism 3 may be a clamping device driven by an air cylinder or an oil cylinder, and the device includes a body 301, a clamping unit 302, and a clamping hook 303. The cylindrical casting grinding fixture of claim 1, wherein the positioning module further comprises an adjustment unit; the stiff end of adjustment unit is located on the base plate, the output swing of adjustment unit contacts with the step face of foundry goods, just the swing direction of adjustment unit's output is on a parallel with the axis direction of foundry goods for promote the foundry goods and move along the axis direction.
9. The cylindrical casting grinding jig of claim 8, wherein the adjustment unit comprises a fixed member, a bent member, and a driving member;
the lower end of the fixing piece is fixed on the substrate;
the bending piece is rotatably connected to the upper end of the fixing piece, and the rotating direction of the bending piece is parallel to the axial direction of the casting;
and the two ends of the driving piece are respectively connected with the substrate and the first end of the bending piece and used for driving the second end of the bending piece to swing.
