7. The invention adopts the design of the horizontal positioning structure of the yoke part, so that the positioning insert and the female die insert are designed into an integrated combined insert, a special waste discharging structure is conveniently designed at a position in a limited space, and the smooth working of the die is ensured.
8. When the part is operated, the two feet are cut simultaneously, the die cut by the two feet is designed into an insert, the two sides are simultaneously provided with cutting edges, a discharging space is reserved in the middle, the insert is designed into a combined structure, the cutting edges of the die at the two sides can be separated for repair after being worn, and the die is combined after the completion, so that the die is convenient and quick to maintain.

The bottom surface of the upper support 15 is connected with a guide sleeve 19; the top surface of the base 1 is connected with a guide post 9; the guide post 9 is disposed in the guide sleeve 19. The guide post 9 and the guide sleeve 19 guide the movement direction of the upper die and the lower die.
The working process of the foot cutting machine comprises the following steps: the die is assembled on the punch press and debugging is completed, the support part 6 is placed on the positioning block 7 to complete positioning, the upper die moves downwards after the punch press is started, the material pressing inclined wedge 21 firstly moves the material pressing sliding block 11, through the arrangement that the contact surfaces of the upper die and the lower die are inclined planes, the material pressing inclined wedge 21 pushes the material pressing sliding block 11 to slide towards the support part, the material pressing nails 12 press the round bottom of the support part, meanwhile, the material pressing block 22 moves downwards through the arc-shaped concave surface at the end of the material pressing support part to the cylindrical side surface, then the two-side cutting inclined wedge 18 pushes the two-side cutting sliding blocks 14 to move towards the middle support part through the inclined plane contact, the two-side male die cutters 13 simultaneously move towards the two sides of the part, cutting feet are completed through the upper male die cutting edges 26 and the female die cutting edges 27 on the middle combined cutter 5, waste materials fall into the waste receiving box 4 from the middle of the combined cutter 5 to complete waste discharging, the upper die of the punching machine moves upwards after the cutting feet are completed, and finally, the cut feet are taken out to complete the cut foot parts.
