4. A heat not burn tobacco product according to claim 1, characterised in that the filter stage (101) material is cellulose acetate.
5. A heated non-combustible smoking article according to claim 1, wherein said atomizing agent is either or both of propylene glycol and glycerol.
6. A heated non-combustible smoking article according to claim 1, wherein the flavour is a floral, fruity, bouquet or tobacco-based flavour.
7. A heated non-combustible smoking article according to claim 1, characterised in that the diameter of the opening of the outer housing (201) is the same as the diameter of the heated non-combustible tobacco (1), which heated non-combustible tobacco (1) interferes with the opening when inserted inside the outer housing (201) through the opening.
8. A heated non-combustible smoking article in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that an indicator light (209) is arranged on the outer casing (201), and that a signal input of the indicator light (209) is connected to a signal output of the controller (205).
9. A heat not combusting tobacco product according to claim 1, characterised in that the outer casing (201) is cylindrical.
10. A heated non-combustible smoking article in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that the outer casing (201) is provided with a heat insulating layer on the outside.
