The meat is delicious, has less thorn, has high protein content, is rich in 8 essential amino acids needed by human body, and has particularly high glutamic acid and glycine content. Tilapia is popular with people due to the characteristics, is called white salmon and fish in the 21 st century, and has become one of hot spots for cultivation, processing and export in recent years. The existing tilapia feed is lack of nutrient components for growth of tilapia, unbalanced in nutrition, poor in taste of tilapia and low in fat and protein content, and the conventional production of tilapia feed adopts grain cutting, so that the produced grains are too large, which is inconvenient for young fish to eat and digest and is not suitable for large-scale culture.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tilapia feed with crisp meat and a preparation method thereof, wherein the tilapia feed adopts mixed fermented soybean meal as a plant substitute protein source, and effectively removes trypsin inhibitor, goiter-causing elements and other anti-nutritional factors existing in the soybean meal by fermentation, thereby being beneficial to digestion and absorption of fish and conversion of production performance; broad beans, wheat, bean pulp, bran, peanut bran and wheat middling are used as main raw materials, the muscle crude fat content and the collagen content of tilapia bodies are improved, the mouth feel of tilapia bodies is obviously enhanced, and a plurality of additives are added, so that the feed is more comprehensive in performance, suitable for large-scale culture and capable of improving the culture output; the preparation method of the tilapia feed adopts microwave curing to increase the flavor of the feed, attracts tilapia to eat, produces the feed by puffing, is convenient for young fishes to eat and digest, is convenient for low-temperature crushing and superfine crushing, is convenient for puffing processing, improves the mixing compatibility of feed materials, and preserves the nutrient components in the feed.
