The hook comprises a straight hook handle, a tail end rope loop is arranged at the tail of the hook handle, a middle section rope loop is arranged at the middle section of the hook handle, the included angle between the hook head part at the top end of the hook handle and the hook handle is 85 degrees, and the hook handle is connected with the hook head part through a hook arc. The horizontal position of the hook can be adjusted through the horizontal adjusting rope only by standing on the deck in the hauling operation, and the upper and lower positions of the hook head are adjusted through the upper and lower adjusting rope. When the vertical adjusting rope 8 and the horizontal adjusting rope 9 are used for a 600HP professional arm support trawler, the vertical adjusting rope 8 and the horizontal adjusting rope 9 are PE ropes with the rope diameter phi 8, and the total length of the vertical adjusting rope 8 is about 18 m. The diameter of the rope groove of the fixed pulley 7 used in cooperation with the up-down adjusting rope 8 needs to be larger than the diameter of the up-down adjusting rope 8, and the maximum load reaches more than 200 kg. The fixed pulley 7 is fixed on the rear arm support fixing rope 10 in advance, and the specific position is vertically above the net-lifting guide line after entering water.
