f. after the plastic-coated cloth cylinder (14) is damaged, the pressing block (21) can be rotationally conveyed to the side away from the plastic-coated cloth cylinder (14), so that the plastic-coated cloth cylinder (14) can be separated from the outer side of the fish placing pipe (20), and the plastic-coated cloth cylinder (14) can be replaced.
