In this embodiment of the present invention, after storing the corresponding target picture in the second designated location, the method further includes: reviewing the target picture stored in the second designated position in a second preset time period, generating a prompt message according to a review result, and pushing the generated prompt message to the associated terminal equipment; the second preset time period may be set according to actual needs, for example, the second preset time period may be set to be within 12 hours; the associated terminal device may include a mobile terminal of an owner, a terminal of a relevant manager, and the like. In specific implementation, the cell manager may perform a review operation on the target picture stored in the second designated location on the PC management terminal, and generate a prompt message according to a review result and push the prompt message to the associated terminal device. For example, when the reviewed target picture is scrawled in a public place by a person, a prompt message such as "do not scrawled in the public place" can be generated, and the prompt message is pushed to the scrawling personnel; identity information of the scrawling personnel can be confirmed through image recognition and the like, and account information of a mobile terminal of the scrawling personnel is obtained according to the identity information, so that information pushing is achieved. Meanwhile, in the process of review, the early warning keywords can be added and modified according to the keyword information appearing in the target picture.
In specific implementation, after the detailed early warning information or the prompt message is generated, the target picture in the first designated position or the second designated position can be filed according to the actual processing condition of the information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the text annotation information comprises position information and keyword description information. Of course, in a specific implementation, the text annotation information may also include other useful information, such as a shooting date, a shooting person, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal is a mobile phone of a proprietor or an inspection terminal of an inspection worker.
In the embodiment of the invention, the early warning keyword is provided with an early warning level; and when the early warning keywords are matched, executing corresponding early warning operation according to the early warning levels of the early warning keywords. When the method is specifically implemented, the early warning keywords can comprise various keywords such as 'fire', 'damage', 'smoke', 'fighting frame' and the like, and meanwhile, the highest early warning level can be set for important keywords such as 'fire', 'smoke', and the like.
Based on the same inventive concept, the application also provides a device corresponding to the method in the first embodiment, which is detailed in the second embodiment.
Example two
In this embodiment, a community security monitoring management device is provided, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the management device includes an image receiving module and a keyword matching module;
the picture receiving module is used for receiving a target picture uploaded by the mobile terminal by the cell management server, wherein the target picture carries character annotation information;
the keyword matching module is used for extracting character annotation information from the target picture, matching the extracted character annotation information with the early warning keywords stored in the keyword database, executing early warning operation if the extracted character annotation information is matched with the early warning keywords, and storing the corresponding target picture to a first designated position; and if the early warning keywords are not matched, the early warning operation is not executed, and the corresponding target picture is stored in the second appointed position. The first designated position is different from the second designated position, so that the target picture matched with the early warning keyword and the target picture not matched with the early warning keyword are stored separately.
The existing residential quarter takes a monitoring image by a camera arranged at an inlet and an outlet, and a residential quarter property manager checks the monitoring image in real time or calls the monitoring image for verification after an event occurs; however, the number of cameras deployed in each cell is limited, and the range in which monitoring can be really achieved is small, so that many potential safety hazards hidden in the cell (such as unclosed well lid, broken water pipe, broken public equipment and the like) cannot be discovered in time. The invention shoots a target picture and annotating text information by utilizing the mobile terminal of active personnel in a cell, uploads the shot target picture and the annotated text information to a cell management server for keyword matching, and immediately executes early warning operation once keywords are matched; because personnel have the activity very frequently in the district, the wide characteristics of home range, through letting the activity personnel initiatively upload the target picture, help realizing carrying out comprehensive supervision effectively to the district, make the district managers can in time discover the hidden potential safety hazard problem in the district to in time carry out the rectification processing, can guarantee the district safety.
In the embodiment of the invention, the management device further comprises a camera shooting information receiving module and an information confirming module;
the camera shooting information receiving module is used for receiving camera shooting information uploaded by camera shooting equipment in a cell by the cell management server and storing the received camera shooting information to a third specified position; the camera equipment comprises cameras distributed at various positions in a community (specifically, the camera equipment can comprise a camera arranged at an entrance guard position, a camera arranged at a vehicle entrance and exit, a camera arranged at a unit building entrance, a camera arranged on a passageway, a camera arranged in an elevator and the like), and each camera is provided with installation position information and a unique number, so that the camera information shot by the corresponding camera can be called according to the installation position information and the unique number when needed;
the information confirmation module is used for searching whether the corresponding position is provided with the camera equipment or not according to the target picture matched with the early warning keyword and the character annotation information, if so, acquiring the camera information of the camera equipment from a third specified position, and confirming the target picture and the character annotation information according to the camera information; if not, the image pickup information acquisition operation is not executed. In the actual use process, alarm information needs to be directly pushed to a related execution mechanism for some serious potential safety hazard problems, for example, when a fire disaster occurs, the alarm information needs to be pushed to a fire department in time, so that a fire fighter can timely arrive at a site for processing after receiving the alarm information; therefore, in order to ensure the authenticity and the validity of the uploaded target picture and character annotation information, the method and the device can ensure that the pushed alarm information is real and reliable by searching the camera information of the corresponding camera equipment according to the target picture and the character annotation information for confirmation.
In the specific implementation of the present invention, because in the specific implementation, it is not necessary to perform a confirmation operation on some events with a lower early warning level, in order to improve the processing efficiency of the target picture, when the target picture matches the early warning keyword, the method further includes: judging whether a preset early warning level is reached or not according to the early warning keywords, and if the preset early warning level is reached, searching the camera device according to the target picture and the character annotation information; and if the preset early warning level is not reached, the camera shooting equipment is not searched. In addition, when a plurality of target pictures exist at the same moment and need to be processed, the target pictures are processed according to the early warning levels from high to low, and it is guaranteed that events with high early warning levels can be processed preferentially.
When the method is specifically implemented, whether a target picture without the camera shooting device reaches a preset early warning level or not is judged according to the early warning keywords, if the target picture reaches the preset early warning level, an alarm confirmation message is generated and sent to terminal equipment of a manager nearest to the target position or the manager nearest to the target position is directly contacted (when the method is specifically implemented, the manager nearest to the target position can be contacted in a telephone dialing, voice call or video call mode), so that the manager can arrive at the site for confirmation; if the preset early warning level is not reached, no processing is carried out, namely, the warning condition confirmation message is not pushed or the manager is not contacted.
In this embodiment of the present invention, when the cell management server receives the image capturing information uploaded by the image capturing apparatus, the method further includes:
carrying out image recognition on the camera shooting information, and acquiring the face information of a human body when the human body image is recognized to exist; comparing and matching the collected face information with face images stored in a face database, and if the face images are matched, not executing early warning operation; and if the face image is not matched, executing early warning operation. An existing residential district is generally provided with an access control system, but the access control system cannot completely prevent external people from entering the residential district through crowds; according to the invention, the face information is collected by utilizing the camera devices distributed at various positions in the cell and is compared and matched with the stored face image, so that active personnel in the cell can be effectively eliminated, strangers mixed in the cell can be conveniently tracked and positioned, and the safety of the cell is ensured.
According to the invention, the target picture uploaded by the mobile terminal and the camera shooting information uploaded by the camera shooting equipment are effectively combined, so that the uploaded target picture can be used for timely discovering and processing the potential safety hazard which is hidden in the cell and is difficult to discover, the uploaded camera shooting information can be used for troubleshooting the activity personnel in the cell, meanwhile, the alarm condition can be confirmed and hidden according to the uploaded target picture and the camera shooting information, the cell can be well comprehensively and effectively supervised, and the potential safety hazard can be timely discovered and timely solved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the face database at least comprises an owner face database and a visitor face database. The owner face database stores face images of all owners and family members in a community; the visitor face database stores face images of external people who visit the cell within a certain time period, for example, the visitor face database stores face images of external people who visit the cell within the last week, and of course, the specific time period can be set according to actual needs. In addition, when the system is specifically implemented, the face database can also store face images of managers, fire fighters, inspection personnel and the like so that related personnel can move in a cell.

Certainly, after the detailed early warning information is generated, a voice broadcaster in the cell can be triggered to play the early warning information or trigger an alarm in the cell to send out an alarm sound, for example, when a fire breaks out, the voice broadcaster can be triggered to broadcast the voice information, so that related personnel can timely escape from a fire scene after receiving the information.
In specific implementation, the associated terminal device may include a PC management terminal, a mobile terminal of a manager, a mobile terminal of an owner, an alert receiving terminal of a related execution mechanism, and the like; for example, when a fire is found, the generated detailed warning information may be simultaneously pushed to a warning reception terminal of a fire department, a PC management terminal, a mobile terminal of a manager, a mobile terminal of a related owner, and the like. For another example, when there is a human face image that cannot be matched, the generated detailed warning information may be pushed to a PC management terminal, a mobile terminal of a manager, a mobile terminal of each owner in a cell, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the detailed warning information includes warning position information, picture information, warning level information, or warning reason description information. The early warning position information can facilitate related personnel to timely and accurately find out a specific position, and the processing efficiency is improved; the picture information and the early warning reason description information can be convenient for relevant personnel to know the field situation so as to make more preparations.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before receiving a target picture uploaded by a mobile terminal, the method further includes:
acquiring account information of a mobile terminal uploading a target picture, authenticating the acquired account information, and receiving the target picture uploaded by the mobile terminal if the authentication is passed; and if the authentication is not passed, not receiving the target picture uploaded by the mobile terminal. By authenticating the account information of the mobile terminal, only the mobile terminal authorized by the cell management server can upload the target picture, and the unauthorized mobile terminal cannot upload the target picture, so that irrelevant personnel can be prevented from uploading useless target pictures, and the behavior of uploading the target pictures by users can be conveniently supervised.
During specific implementation, an initial credit score can be allocated to each authorized account number of the mobile terminal, and in the using process, if the target picture uploaded by the mobile terminal is real, credit score increase processing is performed on the account number of the mobile terminal; if the target picture uploaded by the mobile terminal is not real, performing credit deduction processing on the account number of the mobile terminal; meanwhile, after a preset period is reached, counting the total credit points of each mobile terminal, giving rewards to users with the total credit points exceeding a first preset value, and giving punishment to users with the total credit points lower than a second preset value; through the method, the enthusiasm of personnel participation in the community can be improved, and the behavior of uploading the target picture by the user can be effectively monitored.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when receiving a target picture uploaded by a mobile terminal, the method further includes:
detecting whether the target picture has character annotation information, if so, executing subsequent character annotation information extraction operation; and if not, directly deleting the received target picture. Because the fact that no character annotation information exists is not beneficial to rapid judgment of the early warning information, the target picture without the character annotation information is directly deleted, and the processing efficiency can be improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when receiving a target picture uploaded by a mobile terminal, the method further includes:
acquiring the uploading time of a target picture, matching the similarity of the received target picture and the target picture stored in a first preset time period of a first designated position according to the uploading time, if the similarity exceeds a preset similarity value, not executing subsequent early warning keyword matching operation, and directly storing the target picture in the first designated position; and if the similarity does not exceed the preset similarity value, executing subsequent early warning keyword matching operation. The first preset time period refers to a time period extracted before the uploading time is taken as an end point, for example, the uploading time of the target picture is 13:00, all the target pictures in one hour can be extracted before, that is, all the target pictures stored to the first designated position between 12:00 and 13:00 are obtained for similarity matching; the preset similarity value may be set according to actual needs, for example, the preset similarity value may be set to be greater than 85%.
In the specific implementation, a plurality of users may upload the target picture at the same position in the same time period, so as to avoid repeated early warning operation, after the target picture is received, the received target picture is subjected to similarity matching with the target picture stored in the first preset time period at the first appointed position according to the uploading time, and the target picture is directly stored when the similarity exceeds the preset similarity value, so that the early warning keyword matching is not performed, and the repeated early warning can be greatly reduced.
In this embodiment of the present invention, after storing the corresponding target picture in the second designated location, the method further includes: reviewing the target picture stored in the second designated position in a second preset time period, generating a prompt message according to a review result, and pushing the generated prompt message to the associated terminal equipment; the second preset time period may be set according to actual needs, for example, the second preset time period may be set to be within 12 hours; the associated terminal device may include a mobile terminal of an owner, a terminal of a relevant manager, and the like. In specific implementation, the cell manager may perform a review operation on the target picture stored in the second designated location on the PC management terminal, and generate a prompt message according to a review result and push the prompt message to the associated terminal device. For example, when the reviewed target picture is scrawled in a public place by a person, a prompt message such as "do not scrawled in the public place" can be generated, and the prompt message is pushed to the scrawling personnel; identity information of the scrawling personnel can be confirmed through image recognition and the like, and account information of a mobile terminal of the scrawling personnel is obtained according to the identity information, so that information pushing is achieved. Meanwhile, in the process of review, the early warning keywords can be added and modified according to the keyword information appearing in the target picture.
In specific implementation, after the detailed early warning information or the prompt message is generated, the target picture in the first designated position or the second designated position can be filed according to the actual processing condition of the information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the text annotation information comprises position information and keyword description information. Of course, in a specific implementation, the text annotation information may also include other useful information, such as a shooting date, a shooting person, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal is a mobile phone of a proprietor or an inspection terminal of an inspection worker.
In the embodiment of the invention, the early warning keyword is provided with an early warning level; and when the early warning keywords are matched, executing corresponding early warning operation according to the early warning levels of the early warning keywords. All the devices adopted in the method of the first embodiment of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Based on the same inventive concept, the application provides an electronic device embodiment corresponding to the first embodiment, which is detailed in the third embodiment.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 4, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, any one of the first embodiment modes may be implemented.
Since the electronic device described in this embodiment is a device used for implementing the method in the first embodiment of the present application, based on the method described in the first embodiment of the present application, a specific implementation of the electronic device in this embodiment and various variations thereof can be understood by those skilled in the art, and therefore, how to implement the method in the first embodiment of the present application by the electronic device is not described in detail herein. The equipment used by those skilled in the art to implement the methods in the embodiments of the present application is within the scope of the present application.
Based on the same inventive concept, the application provides a storage medium corresponding to the fourth embodiment, which is described in detail in the fourth embodiment.

Claims (10)
1. A community security monitoring management method is characterized by comprising the following steps: the management method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a cell management server receives a target picture uploaded by a mobile terminal, wherein the target picture carries character annotation information;
extracting character annotation information from the target picture, matching the extracted character annotation information with an early warning keyword stored in a keyword database, executing early warning operation if the extracted character annotation information is matched with the early warning keyword, and storing the corresponding target picture to a first designated position; and if the early warning keywords are not matched, the early warning operation is not executed, and the corresponding target picture is stored in the second appointed position.
2. The community security monitoring and management method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the management method further comprises the following steps:
the cell management server receives camera information uploaded by camera equipment in the cell and stores the received camera information to a third designated position;
searching whether a camera device is installed at a corresponding position of a target picture matched with the early warning keyword according to the target picture and the character annotation information, if so, acquiring the camera information of the camera device from a third specified position, and confirming the target picture and the character annotation information according to the camera information; if not, the shooting information acquisition operation is not executed;
when the cell management server receives the camera shooting information uploaded by the camera shooting equipment, the method further comprises the following steps:
carrying out image recognition on the camera shooting information, and acquiring the face information of a human body when the human body image is recognized to exist; comparing and matching the collected face information with face images stored in a face database, and if the face images are matched, not executing early warning operation; and if the face image is not matched, executing early warning operation.

The community security monitoring and management method according to claim 2, characterized in that: the executing the early warning operation comprises: generating detailed early warning information, and pushing the generated detailed early warning information to each associated terminal device; the detailed early warning information comprises early warning position information, picture information, early warning level information or early warning reason description information.
4. The community security monitoring and management method according to claim 1, characterized in that: before receiving the target picture uploaded by the mobile terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring account information of a mobile terminal uploading a target picture, authenticating the acquired account information, and receiving the target picture uploaded by the mobile terminal if the authentication is passed; and if the authentication is not passed, not receiving the target picture uploaded by the mobile terminal.
5. The community security monitoring and management method according to claim 4, characterized in that: when receiving the target picture uploaded by the mobile terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
detecting whether the target picture has character annotation information, if so, executing subsequent character annotation information extraction operation; and if not, directly deleting the received target picture.
6. The community security monitoring and management method according to claim 5, characterized in that: when receiving the target picture uploaded by the mobile terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring the uploading time of a target picture, matching the similarity of the received target picture and the target picture stored in a first preset time period of a first designated position according to the uploading time, if the similarity exceeds a preset similarity value, not executing subsequent early warning keyword matching operation, and directly storing the target picture in the first designated position; and if the similarity does not exceed the preset similarity value, executing subsequent early warning keyword matching operation.
7. The community security monitoring and management method according to claim 1, characterized in that: after the corresponding target picture is stored in the second designated position, the method further comprises the following steps:
and reviewing the target picture stored in the second appointed position in a second preset time period, generating a prompt message according to a review result, and pushing the generated prompt message to the associated terminal equipment.
