Description

PCB independent network inspection method and device, computer equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of electronic automation technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for checking a PCB independent network, a computer device, and a storage medium.
Background
As the complexity of a PCB (printed circuit board) design is increased, more devices are mounted on the PCB, and the size of the devices is reduced. For PCB design, the PCB schematic diagram is designed firstly, and then the PCB schematic diagram is synchronized to a PCB design file.
In the manufacture of the PCB schematic diagram, when the device pins are connected by lines, the situation that the pins are not connected due to the shielding of schematic diagram connection points or other lines is difficult to avoid. As shown in fig. 1, in designing, it is desirable that pin1 and pin2 are connected to a pin of another device at the same time, and actually, a schematic diagram is manufactured in fig. 1, in which line1 is connected to line2, and line1 and line2 are not connected to line3, which obviously does not meet the design requirement, but it is difficult to see that line3 is not connected to line1 and line2 by naked eyes.
In addition, since the pin1 and the pin2 in the manufacturing diagram are already connected with a network and have connectivity, the design process cannot report errors; when the PCB schematic diagram is synchronized into a PCB design file, because the PCB packaging diagram is communicated with the PCB packaging diagram through a network, errors cannot be detected in the PCB design file process, and certain detection loss exists.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the schematic diagram, in the prior art, a mode of manually moving a connecting line of the schematic diagram and checking whether the connecting line is disconnected is generally adopted to ensure that the manufactured schematic diagram is consistent with the actual requirement, specifically, the line3 is moved, because the line3 is not connected with the line1 and the line2, the result shown in the checking diagram in fig. 1 is obtained, and then the problem is found.
In the prior art, whether line connection is correct or not needs to be determined by manually checking the schematic diagram connecting lines, so that the workload is high, the efficiency is low, and missing detection is easily caused by manual negligence.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, the present application is described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
First, the terms are defined and explained:
PCB: printedcuiutitbard, printed circuit board; the electronic component is an important electronic component support and a carrier for electrically interconnecting electronic components.
PCB packaging diagram: the PCB-Package represents a graph of various parameters (such as length and width, size of a pad, pitch, etc.) of a component, and is used for calling when drawing the PCB.
PCB network: i.e. the PCBNet, a network formed by the interconnection of the pins of the components determines a connection relationship.
Network name: the connection relation is given a name, namely a network name, and the default that the network names are the same is to have the connection relation.
Independent network: IndependentNet, indednet for short, means that 2 or more than 2 pins on a single PCB package are connected together to form a network, and the network is not connected to pins of other PCB packages, i.e. the network is only interconnected with pins of the own PCB package.
Script: the method is an extension of batch files and is a pure text saving program.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a PCB independent network inspection method is provided. The method can be applied to the PCB design stage, and the PCB independent network is checked so as to find out the specific position of the pin connected with the independent network. The method can be executed by a PCB independent network inspection device, the device can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode, and the device can be integrated in PCB design equipment or third-party electronic equipment.
In this embodiment, the method may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, determining a PCB packaging diagram contained in a PCB to be detected.
And 102, determining pins corresponding to the PCB packaging diagrams.
The PCB to be detected refers to the PCB of the PCB independent network to be detected. The PCB comprises a plurality of PCB packaging drawings, and each PCB packaging drawing comprises a plurality of pins.
It should be noted that, in the PCB design, multiple PCB package diagrams in the same PCB have unique corresponding package identifiers; the same PCB packaging diagram contains the pin with the unique corresponding pin identification. However, different PCB package views may contain pins of the same pin identification. The package identifier can be a name or a serial number of the PCB package diagram, and can be a mark with a unique identification function; the pin identifier may be a serial number of the pin in the corresponding PCB package diagram, and may be a mark capable of playing a role of unique identification in the corresponding PCB package diagram.
In this embodiment, by determining the PCB package diagram included in the PCB to be detected and recording the package identifier of each PCB package diagram, for each PCB package diagram, the pin corresponding to the PCB package diagram, that is, the pin included in the PCB package diagram, is further determined, and the pin identifier of each pin is recorded, and meanwhile, the corresponding relationship between the pin identifier and the package identifier can be established, so that in the subsequent process of checking the independent network of the PCB, the PCB package diagram corresponding to the pin of the independent network can be determined according to the corresponding relationship, and further, the specific position of the pin can be quickly located in the subsequent process of performing the related processing on the independent network, thereby facilitating the subsequent processing and improving the efficiency of the subsequent processing.
103, acquiring connection information of each pin; the connection information includes a PCB package diagram connected to the pin wiring.
And step 104, when the PCB packaging diagram in the connection information only contains the PCB packaging diagram to which the pin belongs, determining that the network corresponding to the pin is an independent network.
In this embodiment, for each PCB package diagram, the pins in the PCB package diagram are sequentially traversed, for each pin, the route connected to the pin is determined, then the PCB package diagram connected to the route is obtained, and the set of all the PCB package diagrams connected to the route connected to the pin is used as the connection information of the pin.
In a specific implementation, when a pin has no line connected thereto, it may be considered that a PCB package diagram in connection information of the pin is empty, and it is determined that a network corresponding to the pin is a single-ended network.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a PCB to be inspected provided in the present embodiment; the PCB to be detected comprises a PCB packaging diagram U1 and a PCB packaging diagram U2; wherein, PCB packaging diagram U1 contains 8 pins, and the pin sign that corresponds is respectively: pin 1-Pin 8; the PCB package diagram U2 includes 4 pins, and the corresponding pin identifiers are: pin1 to Pin 4.
Taking Pin1 of PCB package U1 as an example, Pin1 has no connection line, and thus, the net corresponding to Pin1 is determined to be a single-ended net.
Or, when the other end of the line connected to one pin is not connected to a pin of any PCB package diagram, the PCB package diagram in the connection information of the pin may also be considered as empty, and the network corresponding to the pin is determined to be a single-ended network.
Illustratively, taking the Pin2 of the PCB package U1 in fig. 3 as an example, the Pin2 is connected with a line, but the other end of the line is not connected with a Pin of any PCB package, so that the net corresponding to the Pin2 is determined to be a single-ended net.
It is understood that a single-ended network, also known as a single-point network, refers to a network with only one pin of one package leading out, which is not connected to its own package and other package pins.
When the other end of the circuit connected with one pin is connected with the pin of other PCB packaging diagrams outside the PCB packaging diagram to which the pin belongs, the PCB packaging diagram in the connection information of the pin is considered as the other PCB packaging diagrams, and the network corresponding to the pin is determined to be an independent network.
Illustratively, taking the Pin5 of the PCB package diagram U1 in fig. 3 as an example, the other end of the trace of the Pin5 is connected to the Pin2 of the PCB package diagram U2, and therefore, the network corresponding to the Pin5 is a non-independent network.
Or, when the other end of the line connected with one pin is connected with both the other pin of the PCB package diagram to which the pin belongs and the pin of the other PCB package diagram outside the PCB package diagram to which the pin belongs, the PCB package diagram in the connection information of the pin is considered to be the set of the PCB package diagram to which the pin belongs and the other PCB package diagrams, and the network corresponding to the pin is determined to be the dependent network.
Illustratively, taking Pin6 of the PCB package diagram U1 in fig. 3 as an example, the other end of the trace of Pin6 is connected to Pin1 of the PCB package diagram U2 and to Pin7 of the PCB package diagram U1, so the corresponding net of Pin6 is a dependent net.
It is understood that a non-independent network refers to a PCB network to which 2 or more than 2 pins of the package are connected.
When the other end of the circuit connected with one pin is only connected with other pins of the PCB packaging diagram to which the pin belongs, the PCB packaging diagram in the connection information of the pin is considered as the PCB packaging diagram to which the pin belongs, and the network corresponding to the pin is determined to be an independent network.
Illustratively, taking the Pin3 of the PCB package diagram U1 in fig. 3 as an example, the other end of the trace of the Pin3 is connected to the Pin4 of the PCB package diagram U1, and therefore, the net corresponding to the Pin3 is an independent net.
It is understood that a stand-alone network refers to a PCB network to which 2 or more than 2 pins of a package are connected.
In this embodiment, by obtaining connection information of each pin in each PCB package diagram, a network type corresponding to each pin may be determined, and the pin may be correspondingly marked according to the network type; the network types include independent networks, dependent networks and single-ended networks.
It should be noted that, in an alternative embodiment, when the actual requirement is to check the independent network, when the corresponding network type is determined according to the connection information of the pin, only the independent network type may be determined and marked.
And step 105, recording the information of the independent network.
In this embodiment, information of the independent network needs to be recorded, so as to determine whether the independent network meets the actual design requirement in the following.
Specifically, the recording information of the independent network may include:
and recording the pin identification of the pin connected with the independent network and the packaging identification of the PCB packaging diagram to which the pin belongs into the inspection result report according to a preset specification.
In practical application, the preset specification can be represented by an inspection result report template, and by obtaining the inspection result report template, when the network corresponding to the pins is determined to be an independent network, the pin identifiers of the pins connected with the independent network and the package identifiers of the PCB package diagrams to which the pins belong are filled in the corresponding positions of the inspection result report template to obtain the inspection result report. When the network corresponding to the subsequently checked pin is an independent network, whether the independent network is already recorded in the check result report or not can be judged, and if the independent network is already recorded in the check result report, skipping is performed; and if no record is recorded in the inspection result report, filling the pin identification of each pin of the independent network connection and the packaging mark of the PCB packaging diagram to which the pin identification belongs into the obtained inspection result report.
Generally, one PCB corresponds to one inspection result report, that is, one inspection result report records related information of an independent network in the corresponding PCB; or, one PCB encapsulation map corresponds to one inspection result report, that is, related information of the independent network in the corresponding PCB encapsulation map is recorded in one inspection result report.
Optionally, the recording, according to a preset specification, the pin identifier of the pin connected to the independent network and the package identifier of the PCB package diagram to which the pin belongs in the inspection result report may further include:
the coordinate position of the pins of the independent network connections in the PCB is recorded in the inspection report.
In this embodiment, in addition to recording the pin identifier of the pin connected to the independent network, the inspection result report may also record the coordinate position of each pin in the PCB, so that each pin connected to the independent network may be quickly located during subsequent processing.
Specifically, during the PCB design process, the PCB design thereof may be placed in a planar rectangular coordinate system. When the independent network is determined, the coordinate positions of the pins can be determined according to the positions of the pins connected with the independent network in the PCB, and the coordinate position information is recorded in the corresponding area of the inspection result report.
Further, the method may further include:
and displaying the inspection result report.
In this embodiment, when an inspection result report is generated or related information of a new independent network is added to the inspection result report, the inspection result report is displayed on a corresponding display interface. Optionally, after the pins of the PCB or the PCB package diagram corresponding to the inspection result report are all inspected, the inspection result report is displayed on the corresponding display interface.
Further, the method may further include:
receiving a display instruction; the display instruction comprises a target PCB identification;
acquiring a target inspection result report corresponding to the target PCB from the plurality of inspection result reports;
and displaying a target inspection result report.
In this embodiment, after all the pins of the PCB or the PCB package diagram corresponding to the inspection result report are inspected, the inspection result report may be saved. Therefore, a plurality of inspection result reports that have been inspected can be stored. When a user needs to check the independent network inspection result of a certain PCB or the independent network inspection result of a certain PCB packaging diagram, a related display instruction can be sent, and when the display instruction is received, a target inspection result report can be determined according to a target PCB identifier in the display instruction or a target packaging identifier of the target PCB packaging diagram, and the target inspection result report is displayed on a display interface.
Further, the method may further include:
receiving a trigger operation aiming at the coordinate position of the pin in the inspection result report;
and marking the pins of the display coordinate positions in the PCB corresponding to the inspection result report.
In this embodiment, the coordinate position of the pin of the independent network is recorded in the inspection result report, and the coordinate position may establish a link relationship with the actual position of the pin in the PCB, and when a trigger operation for the coordinate position of any pin in the inspection result report is received, the pin displaying the coordinate position may be marked in the PCB of the inspection result report. The trigger operation may be a click operation, such as a single click or a double click operation.
Illustratively, when a user clicks the coordinate position of any pin in the inspection result report, the interface may jump to the PCB design drawing corresponding to the inspection result report and locate the pin at the coordinate position clicked by the user, thereby facilitating the user to perform troubleshooting, correction and other processing.
The method includes the steps that a PCB packaging diagram contained in a PCB to be detected is determined; determining pins corresponding to the PCB packaging diagrams; acquiring connection information of each pin; the connection information comprises a PCB packaging diagram connected with the pin circuit; when the PCB packaging diagram in the connection information only contains the PCB packaging diagram to which the pin belongs, determining that the network corresponding to the pin is an independent network; information of the independent network is recorded. The method can realize automatic inspection of the PCB independent network and automatically record the related information of the independent network, and has high accuracy and efficiency.

When the method is used, a user can automatically load and operate the script file corresponding to the PCB independent network inspection method by triggering the inspection control, and the script file is operated to realize one-by-one inspection of the PCB packaging diagrams in the PCB, and the inspection flow shown in the figure 4 is executed:
step 401, determining a PCB packaging diagram of a PCB; specifically, each PCB packaging diagram can be determined according to the packaging name of the PCB packaging diagram contained in the PCB;

step 406, not recording, and continuing to execute step 407;
step 407, checking the next pin, and returning to step 403;
step 408, checking the next PCB packaging diagram and returning to step 402;
and step 409, finishing the check and outputting a check result.
The pins in the PCB packaging diagrams are inspected one by inspecting the PCB packaging diagrams in the PCB and aiming at each PCB packaging diagram, and after the inspection of one PCB packaging diagram is finished, the next PCB packaging diagram is continuously inspected until the inspection of all the PCB packaging diagrams of the PCB is finished.
