According to the invention, by designing the electronic tag, when the electronic tag is used, the electronic tag is placed in the outer packing box of goods, and the packing box seals the electronic tag inside and enables the electronic tag to be in a non-visible light state; the electronic tag is provided with an unpacking detection sensor 3, when the outer packing box is opened, the unpacking detection sensor 3 is in a visible light state, the unpacking detection sensor 3 generates a signal, the MCU processor 2 defines the signal as a visible light event after receiving the signal and reports the visible light event to the telecommunication base station through the NB-IOT module, the telecommunication base station uploads the received data to the IOT platform, the application layer receives the data information through the IOT platform and shows that the outer packing box does not flow any more, after unpacking, the unpacking detection sensor 3 has an unpacking self-destruction function, so that the actual quantity of flowing products is obtained, and the problems that the existing system cannot accurately count the quantity of flowing stock products, the regional sale analysis cannot be carried out according to the actual stock condition and the production index is influenced are solved.

Claims (9)
1. An intelligent logistics management and control platform system is characterized by comprising an intelligent sensing layer, a network layer and an application layer, wherein,
the intelligent sensing layer is used for acquiring the position information of the goods and the opening and closing state information of the external packing box of the goods;
the network layer is used for completing data transmission between the intelligent sensing layer and the application layer;
and the application layer carries out functional operation according to the data transmitted by the network layer, and the operation instruction is simultaneously fed back to the network layer for data processing.
2. The intelligent logistics management and control platform system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent sensing layer comprises an electronic tag, the electronic tag is placed in an external packing box of goods, the packing box seals the electronic tag inside, and the electronic tag is in a non-visible light state; the electronic tag comprises a shell, wherein an unpacking detection sensor for detecting whether the outer packing box is opened or not is arranged in the shell, an MCU processor and a wireless communication module are also arranged in the shell, and the MCU processor is respectively in control connection with the unpacking detection sensor and the wireless communication module; when the outer packing box is opened, the unpacking detection sensor is in a visible light state, the unpacking detection sensor generates a signal, the MCU processor receives the signal and defines the signal as a visible light event, and the event is reported to the network layer through the wireless communication module.

The intelligent logistics management and control platform system of claim 2, wherein the network layer comprises a telecommunication base station and an IOT platform, the wireless communication module is an NB-IOT module, and the NB-IOT module establishes data connection with the IOT platform through the telecommunication base station.

The intelligent logistics management and control platform system of claim 3, wherein the electronic tag is provided with an intelligent sensor module, the intelligent sensor module wakes up periodically, starts to search for a network after waking up, packs related data information after successful network search, and reports the related data information to the telecommunication base station and the IOT platform through the NB-IOT module; and each time the intelligent sensor module is periodically awakened, the network layer calls a telecom base station positioning API interface to acquire position information, quickly positions the current position and the transfer node of a certain product, and transmits the position information to the application layer in real time.
5. The intelligent logistics management and control platform system of claim 3, wherein the application layer comprises three subsystems of an electronic tag management system, an anti-counterfeiting and anti-fleeing management system and a channel big data analysis system, and the three subsystems are respectively used for realizing the functions of electronic tag state management, fleeing goods judgment and alarm, product circulation positioning, product logistics positioning, channel management and data statistics and analysis.

The intelligent logistics management and control platform system of claim 1, further comprising a display layer, wherein the display layer realizes external access service support in a client-side manner, and realizes management of electronic tags, product positioning, historical track and channel conflict alarm service functions; the client is a mobile phone or a computer.
7. The intelligent logistics management and control platform system of claim 1, further connected with other systems, wherein the other systems include but are not limited to ERP system, IES system and logistics tracking system.
8. The intelligent logistics management and control platform system of claim 4, wherein a power module is further configured in the housing, and the power module is respectively connected with the MCU processor, the wireless communication module, the unpacking detection sensor and the intelligent sensor module for supplying power.
9. A method for using an intelligent logistics management and control platform system, wherein the intelligent logistics management and control platform system of any one of claims 2-7 is adopted, and the method comprises the following steps:
placing an electronic tag in an outer packaging box, and enabling the electronic tag to be in a non-visible light state;
secondly, the electronic tag flows together with the outer packaging box, the intelligent sensor module in the electronic tag is awakened periodically, the network is searched after awakening, and after the network is searched successfully, relevant data information is packaged and reported to the telecommunication base station and the IOT platform through the NB-IOT module; each time the intelligent sensor module is periodically awakened, the network layer calls a telecom base station positioning API interface to acquire position information and transmits the position information to the application layer in real time, and the application layer records and stores the position information and quickly positions the current position and the transfer node of a certain product;
step three, when the outer packaging box is opened, the box opening detection sensor is in a visible light state, the box opening detection sensor generates a signal, the MCU processor defines the signal as a visible light event after receiving the signal, and reports the visible light event to the telecommunication base station through the NB-IOT module, the telecommunication base station uploads the received data to the IOT platform, the application layer receives the data information through the IOT platform, and the actual quantity of the flowing products is obtained after the outer packaging box does not flow any more;
and step four, the user checks the current position and the circulation node of a certain product through the WeChat public number installed in the client, checks the specific delivery record and the inventory condition of a certain dealer and performs area analysis.
