Abstract
The invention discloses an adjustable polished rod anti-breaking device which comprises a rope hanger, a polished rod, a bearing device and a square clamp arranged on the polished rod, wherein the polished rod is provided with a polished rod body; one end of the polish rod is provided with a polish rod sealer; connecting bolts are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the bearing device, the other end of each connecting bolt is connected with the rope hanger, and the distance between the bearing device and the rope hanger can be changed by adjusting the distance of the connecting bolts; one side of the bearing device is provided with a U-shaped groove, the polished rod is placed in the U-shaped groove, the U-shaped groove is provided with a fixing plate, and the fixing plate is connected with the bearing device through a bolt to play a role in fixing the polished rod in the U-shaped groove; the square clamp is positioned between the bearing device and the rope hanger and is close to the bearing device, so that the polished rod is prevented from breaking and falling into an oil well. 1. When the device is used on equipment with larger load, the normal operation of the equipment can be still ensured after the square clip of the polish rod is broken; 2. after the polish rod is broken and taken off, the polish rod can be restored to the normal position by adjusting the distance between the bearing device and the rope hanger without operation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of protective devices, in particular to an adjustable polished rod anti-breaking device.
Background
The polish rod is not easy to break when the normal oil well is within 1000 m in depth. When the depth of the oil well exceeds 1000 m to 2000 m, the load of the pumping unit is increased due to the ever increasing depth of the oil well, and the tension and gravity acting on the polish rod are increased compared with the load of the oil well with the depth of 1000 m. Along with the increase of the production time, the polished rod can be broken when reaching a certain fatigue strength. The polish rod directly drops in the oil pipe after being broken, and the polish rod sealer can not form a closed space due to the loss of the polish rod, so that a large amount of high-pressure liquid in the well can leak outwards from a gland at the top of the polish rod sealer, and the oil is leaked in a large area, so that serious environmental pollution is caused. If the polished rod fracture phenomenon cannot be found in time, emergency treatment cannot be carried out in time, and direct environmental pollution and indirect economic loss caused by the emergency treatment cannot be measured. With the continuous expansion of the field of crude oil exploitation, the field has been expanded from land to the edge of shallow sea, and the offshore artificial island is developed towards the direction of deep sea, so that the damage generated is immeasurable.
Therefore, a corresponding solution must be developed for the hazard caused by the polished rod fracture.

With reference to fig. 1-3, an adjustable polish rod anti-breaking device comprises a polished rod eye 1, a polish rod 2, a bearing device 3 and a square clamp 4 arranged on the polish rod 2;
a polish rod sealer 5 is arranged at one end of the polish rod 2;
connecting bolts 6 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the bearing device 3 along the length direction, the other end of each connecting bolt 6 is connected with the rope hanger 1, and the distance between the bearing device 3 and the rope hanger 1 can be changed by adjusting the distance of the connecting bolts;
a U-shaped groove 7 is formed in the middle of one side of the bearing device 3, the polished rod 2 is placed in the U-shaped groove 7, a fixing plate 8 is arranged on the U-shaped groove 7, and two ends of the fixing plate 8 are connected with the bearing device 3 through bolts to fix the polished rod 2 in the U-shaped groove 7;

The load-bearing device 3 and the rope hanger 1 are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction.
The extending direction of the U-shaped groove 7 is consistent with the width direction of the bearing device 3, and two ends of the U-shaped groove 7 extend to two ends of the width direction of the bearing device 3.
One end of the polish rod 2 extends out of the U-shaped groove 7 to be connected with the polish rod sealer 5, and the other end of the polish rod 2 extends to the rope hanger 1.
The square clamp 4 is directly arranged at a certain distance from the bearing device 3.
The distance between the square clamp 4 and the load-bearing device 3 is 10 mm.
In the specific implementation of the invention, the bearing device 3 is positioned below the rope hanger 1, the bearing device 3 is connected with the rope hanger 1 through connecting bolts 6 symmetrically arranged on two sides, and the distance between the bearing device 3 and the rope hanger 1 can be changed by adjusting the length of the connecting bolts 6; the polished rod 2 penetrates through the U-shaped groove 7 on the bearing device 3, and the polished rod 2 is fixed in the U-shaped groove 7 by the fixing plate 8.
When the device works in a normal state, the connecting bolt 6 and the bearing device do not work, when the polish rod 2 is broken, the polish rod 2 below the broken part loads the polish rod load on the bearing device 3 under the action of the square clamp 4, and at the moment, the polish rod 2 moves up and down by adjusting the connecting bolt 6 to recover to a normal position.
The device meets the requirement of production after being installed, and can fundamentally prevent the occurrence of the risk of breaking and falling off of the polish rod.
