The tensile steel wire 35 or tensile nylon wire serves to increase the tensile strength of the seal rail.
The sealing rail bar is made of rubber, the cross section of the sealing rail bar 16 is in a V shape with a plane bottom surface, the upper ends of two side edges of the sealing rail bar are provided with V-shaped grooves 38, a plurality of tensile steel wires or tensile nylon wires are longitudinally arranged in the sealing rail bar at intervals, and semicircular compression sealing strips 31 are longitudinally arranged on the bottom surface of the sealing rail bar at intervals. The semicircular compression of the sealing strip 31 enables the underside of the sealing rail to be more effectively sealed flush with the ground. The width of the bottom surface of the sealing rail is less than the width of the V-shaped sealing bar hole 26 or between the two bar bodies, and the width of the middle part of the sealing rail is greater than the width of the V-shaped sealing bar hole or between the two bar bodies.
The rear end of the sealing rail 16 is in a slope shape 11, and the bottom of the rear side edge of the door leaf corresponding to the sealing rail is provided with a rail groove 36 corresponding to the cross section of the sealing rail. The slope 11 at the rear end of the sealing rail 16 is fixed on the floor 12 outside the back side of the door leaf corresponding to the door frame edge. When the door leaf is closed, the rail groove 36 is clamped with the sealing rail and is used for sealing the bottom of the rear side edge of the door leaf; when the door leaf is opened, the bottom of the inner front side of the door leaf moves to the rear end of the sealing rail bar.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the pulling structure is composed of a vertical rod 18, a weight block 3, a bottom tray 19, a pressure-bearing nut 20 and a hook 50. The vertical rod is a steel rod, a hook is arranged at the upper end of the vertical rod 18, the hook 50 is connected with the other end of the traction rope 5, the lower portion of the vertical rod is an outer threaded portion in threaded connection with the pressure-bearing nut 20, through holes capable of being formed in the vertical rod in a penetrating mode are formed in the middle of the balancing weight and the bottom tray, and the balancing weights 3 sequentially penetrate through the vertical rod and are fixed on the vertical rod 18 through the bottom tray 19 and the pressure-bearing nut 20. The number of the balancing weights 3 can move upwards or move along the groove of the sliding guide column by means of the downward pulling force of the balancing weights 3 after the sealing rail bar loses the jacking force of the jacking wheel.
The working principle of the embodiment 1 is as follows: fig. 1 to 2 show the door leaf in the closed state of the structure shown in embodiment 1, in which each pressing wheel 13 presses against the middle of the upper end face of the inner side of the corresponding sealing rail 16 by the pressure of the pressing spring 10, so that the sealing rail is pressed and sealed in the gap between the bottom surface of the door leaf and the ground by each pressing wheel from top to bottom, thereby completing the sealing of the gap at the bottom of the door; in the opening process of the door leaf, each jacking wheel 13 gradually loses jacking pressure on the sealing rail from front to back along with the backward movement of the door leaf, the upper end of the sealing rail losing the jacking pressure moves upwards by the aid of the pulling lug 9 and the pulling rope through the pulling force of the balancing weight 3 or moves to the inner upper end of the door leaf along the groove of the sliding guide column, and when the door leaf is opened, the inner front side edge of the door leaf moves to the rear end of the sealing rail on the bottom wheel set and the bottom rail 25. Conversely, each jacking wheel 13 also moves forwards along with the closing of the door leaf, the middle part of the inner upper end of the sealing rail bar is jacked from the rear slope to the front part gradually, the jacking force enables the front end of the sealing rail bar to move downwards gradually and horizontally, and the upper part of the balancing weight 3 moves upwards through the traction lug 9 and the traction rope to store the force to the lower end of the guide wheel 4 in the door leaf again.
Example 2: the drawing structure is different from that of the embodiment 1, and the rest is the same, so the description is not repeated. Referring to fig. 6 to 7, the drawing structure is composed of a plurality of drawing guide wheels 41, a motor 45, a main shaft 39, a shaft coupling 46, a capstan wheel 40, a driving sprocket 49, a chain 42, a driven sprocket 44, a driving bottom shaft 47, a driving bottom wheel 48 and a plurality of bearing pairs 43. The middle parts of the driving bottom wheel 48 and the driven chain wheel 44 are respectively fixed on the middle part of the driving bottom shaft 47, the two sides of the driving bottom shaft are connected with the inside of the door leaf of the corresponding part through the bearing pair 43 in a shaft mode, the inside of the door leaf at the upper end of the driven chain wheel is provided with a main shaft 39 through the bearing pair shaft, and the main shaft at the upper end of the driven chain wheel is provided with a driving chain wheel 49. The driving sprocket 49 rotates the driven sprocket 44, the driving bottom shaft 47 and the driving bottom wheel 48 via the chain 42. The main shaft 39 is connected with the motor shaft through a coupler 46, the motor 45 is positioned in the door leaf on one side of the main shaft, the main shaft is also provided with a capstan wheel 40, and the other end of the traction rope 5 which bypasses the guide wheel 4 and the plurality of traction guide wheels 41 is fixed on the capstan wheel. The motor drives the driving bottom wheel 48 and the winch wheel 40 to rotate in the same direction through the main shaft, and the driving bottom wheel 48 drives the bottom wheel set 23 to drive the door leaf to move on the bottom rail 25, so that the door leaf is opened and closed.
The length of the traction rope wound on the winch wheel is the same as the moving length of the door leaf.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the door leaf is in a closed state, each jacking wheel 13 is jacked on the middle part of the upper end surface of the inner side of the sealing rail bar 16 by the pressure of the jacking spring 10, so that the sealing rail bar is pressed and sealed in a gap between the bottom surface of the door leaf and the ground by each jacking wheel from top to bottom, and the gap between the bottom surface of the door leaf and the ground is sealed; at the moment, the traction rope on the winch wheel is completely released under the driving of the motor and the main shaft (clockwise rotation), and the end of the traction rope is fixed on the winch wheel. In the door leaf opening process, the winch wheel is driven to rotate reversely (anticlockwise rotation) by the motor and the main shaft, the traction rope is wound on the winch wheel reversely, and the driving bottom wheel 48 drives the bottom wheel group to drive the door leaf to move reversely on the bottom rail 25 along with the anticlockwise rotation of the motor shaft and the main shaft, so that the door leaf is opened. In the opening process of the door leaf, each jacking wheel 13 gradually loses jacking pressure on the sealing rail from front to back along with the backward movement of the door leaf, the upper end of the sealing rail losing the jacking pressure moves upwards or moves to the inner upper end of the door leaf along the groove of the sliding guide column by virtue of the pulling lug 9 and the pulling rope wound by the capstan wheel through pulling force, and after the door leaf is opened, the inner front side edge of the door leaf moves to the rear end of the sealing rail on the bottom wheel set and the bottom rail 25. On the contrary, each top pressure wheel 13 gradually presses the middle part of the inner upper end of the sealing rail bar from the rear slope to the front along with the closing forward movement of the door leaf, and the traction ropes wound on the winch wheel are gradually and completely discharged under the driving of the motor and the main shaft (clockwise rotation).
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
