Two first limit protrusions 34 are provided on the first limit wall 331 and are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction. The two first limiting protrusions 34 are matched, so that when the support frame 3 is guided, the shaft connecting part 32 can be prevented from rotating relative to the guide chute 12, the support frame 3 can only slide along the guide chute 12, the support frame 3 can be matched with the guide chute 12, and the spray gun 2 is stably supported on the guide plate 1.
Referring to fig. 9 and fig. 7, the side wall of the second limiting wall 332 facing the first limiting wall 331 is convexly provided with second limiting protrusions 35, and the second limiting protrusions 35 are disposed corresponding to the first limiting protrusions 34 one by one. The second limiting protrusion 35 and the first limiting protrusion 34 can respectively extend into the guide sliding groove 12 from two sides of the guide plate 1 to slide, so that the connection between the support frame 3 and the guide sliding groove 12 is more stable.
It is understood that the first position-limiting protrusion 34 may also extend to the second position-limiting protrusion 35 and be integrally connected with the second position-limiting protrusion 35.
It should be noted that, the guide chute 12 is disposed at the top edge of the guide plate 1, so that the limit protrusion on the limit portion 33 can be in sliding connection with the guide chute 12 on the guide plate 1, thereby simplifying the structure of the whole device and reducing the production cost.
The operation trajectory and the movement process of the spray gun 2 in the present embodiment will be specifically described below. In the present embodiment, the spray gun 2 is arranged obliquely downward in the front direction so that the nozzle 21 at the front end of the spray gun 2 can spray toward the upper front direction.
Referring to fig. 8 and 11, when the spray gun 2 moves forward along with the support frame 3 on the arc-shaped guide chute 12, i.e. in the process from the state of fig. 8 to the state of fig. 11, the rear end of the spray gun 2 and the support frame 3 move forward in an arc-shaped manner, and the front end of the spray gun 2 moves downward synchronously while sliding forward relative to the guide plate 1, so that the whole spray gun 2 can rotate along with the support frame 3 relative to the guide plate 1, and the forward extension and the gradual steering of the spray gun 2 are realized.
Therefore, when the spray gun 2 moves forwards on the arc-shaped guide chute 12, the spray gun 2 can slide and rotate relative to the guide plate 1, the transverse extending distance of the spray gun 2 is prolonged, and meanwhile, the vertical dimension H of the spray gun 2 is gradually increased along with the rotation of the spray gun 2, so that the extending distance of the spray gun 2 in the height direction can be prolonged. And then when making spray gun 2 shrink in the toilet lid, its occupation space in the direction of height of toilet lid inside can reduce, still can guarantee that its protrusion distance under the state of stretching out is longer, has realized carrying out the scheme that long distance stretches out and draws back in the low space, and then is favorable to realizing the frivolousization and the miniaturization of closestool to effectively guarantee spray gun 2's protrusion distance.
It can be understood that, when the guide chute 12 adopts a sectional structure of the transverse groove section 121 and the inclined groove section 122, the spray gun 2 moves on the transverse groove section 121 along with the support frame 3, and then moves on the inclined groove section 122, so that the spray gun 2 can slide and rotate relative to the guide plate 1, the transverse extension distance of the spray gun 2 is increased, and the vertical dimension H of the spray gun 2 is gradually increased along with the rotation of the spray gun 2, so that the extension distance in the height direction can be increased.
It should be noted that when the driving motor 4 is controlled to rotate reversely, the moving track and the moving mode of the spray gun 2 are opposite to the moving process, and are not described herein again.
In the whole movement process of the forward movement of the spray gun 2, the vertical dimension H of the spray gun 2 can be gradually increased, so that the vertical dimension H of the spray gun 2 in a contraction state is smaller, and the vertical dimension H in an extension state is larger. It is advantageous to reduce the space occupied by the spray gun 2 and the cleaning device 100 in the toilet lid and to increase and lengthen the extension distance of the spray gun 2 in the extended state.
Referring to fig. 12, based on the above-mentioned cleaning device 100, an embodiment of the invention further provides an intelligent toilet. The intelligent toilet mainly includes a toilet body (not shown), a toilet lid 200, a seat 300, a lid 400 and a cleaning device 100.
Wherein, the toilet lid 200 is disposed on the top of the toilet body. The seat 300 is provided on the top surface of the front end of the toilet lid and is hinge-coupled with the toilet lid 200. The lid 400 is disposed over the seat 300 and is hinged to the toilet lid 200. The cleaning device 100 is disposed inside the toilet lid 200, and the cleaning device 100 is the cleaning device 100 described above.
Referring to fig. 12 in conjunction with fig. 1, when the spray gun 2 is in a retracted state, the spray gun 2 is hidden inside the toilet lid 200.
Referring to fig. 12 in conjunction with fig. 2, when the spray gun 2 is in the extended state, the spray gun 2 is exposed out of the toilet lid 200 and extends into the lower portion of the seat 300.
