Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾的制备方法。采用方法的要点是将100%羊毛面料同时经过染色和抗菌抗病毒助剂处理,采用光触媒‑CSP光催化技术,经由面料后整理等形成围巾成品。该方法有效破坏粒子周围细菌和病毒的生成结构,持续抑制细菌和病毒生长繁殖,特别适用于抗菌抗病毒功能围巾的生产。本发明制备的抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾外形美观大方,且具备抗菌抗病毒功能,有效提高了围巾在疫情当下的使用性能,具有重要的现实意义。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种羊毛围巾的制备方法,特别涉及一种抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾的制备方法,属于纺织工程技术领域。
背景技术
21世纪以来,随着科学技术的发展和生活水平的提高,人们不再满足于对纺织品的单一功能需求,高性能、多功能纺织品不断涌现,多功能差别化成为纺织行业发展的重要方向。在人们生活环境中,细菌、病毒等微生物无处不在,对纺织品赋予抗菌、抗病毒功能,可减少细菌、病毒对人体的危害,符合人们对卫生健康绿色生活的需求。
目前受全球疫情的影响,人们对防护性纺织品的关注度增加,服装服饰、家纺用品、窗帘门帘等产品的表面与人频繁接触后,容易携带滋生细菌病毒,如何制备具有长久抗菌抗病毒功能的面料成为亟待解决的问题。
在抗菌抗病毒织物制备领域,中国专利(CN 111455493 A)“一种抗菌抗病毒面料及其制备方法和应用”以10-15%纳米银抗菌母粒,85-90%聚酰胺、聚丙烯PP或聚酯PET为原料,有效提高了面料抑菌率,经过多次水洗后仍旧保持良好的抗病毒活性和抗菌效果;中国专利(CN 112227074 A)“一种抗菌抗病毒防霉纺织品及其制备方法”选用硝酸银、亚甲基双胍类有机盐或季铵盐类抗菌剂为整理剂,由一定重量份涤纶纤维和棉纤维织造成的半制品经过浸轧功能整理而成,有效防止细菌、病毒和霉菌的滋生,克服了现有抗病毒纺织品抗病毒效果差、防霉功能不耐洗和手感差的缺陷;中国专利(CN 111304928 A) “一种抗菌抗病毒轻薄毛精纺面料及其生产方法”包括内层、外层和中间层,内层为1/1或者2/1组织的石墨烯毛精纺机织物,中间层为功能性水性聚氨酯乳液形成的高分子薄膜阻隔层,外层为银离子抗菌抗病毒层,赋予了面料安全长效的抗菌和抗病毒功能,同时具有远红外、防静电等功能;海外专利(WO 2011073697A1)“Method for Producing Antibacterial Fabrics”采用防止起毛的物质对织物纱线进行预处理,以涂层方式实现银纳米粒子在织物上均匀沉积,显著提高了织物的抗菌性能;海外专利(US 2019330771A1)“Antibacterial Yary andAntibacterial Fabrics”采用外部能量产生电荷的功能性聚合物的核心纱线和比核心纱线吸湿性更高的第一护套纱线为原料,使织物具有优异的抗菌和防臭性能。截至目前,还未见到利用光触媒-CSP光催化技术制备具有抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾的相关工艺技术出现。
围巾作为时尚配饰越来越受到人们的喜爱和追捧,然而围巾在长时间佩戴过程中易造成织物附着污渍、滋生细菌病毒;在疫情当下,佩戴有抗菌抗病毒功能的围巾能够长效抑制围巾内细菌、病毒和霉菌的滋生,有效分解霉菌异味,达到一巾多用效果,具有重要的显示意义。
发明内容
为了高效完全去除织物上的细菌、真菌和霉菌,保持织物清洁,防止细菌再生和繁殖,起到一巾多用的效果,本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是采用以下步骤:
1)将一定量的抗菌抗病毒助剂溶解于60g水中,配置成分散均匀的抗菌抗病毒助剂悬浊液;
2)将步骤1)得到的分散均匀的抗菌抗病毒助剂悬浊液加入到80-200g 具有一定规格的100%羊毛面料中进行染整,得到抗菌抗病毒羊毛面料;
3)将步骤2)中得到的抗菌抗病毒羊毛面料按一定克重,经款式设计制版、裁剪、加工、产品后整理、整烫工艺处理,得到抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾。
所述的抗菌抗病毒助剂成份为CSP光催化TiO2粒子、CSP光催化Cu2O 粒子、CSP光催化SiO2粒子中的一种,用量为1-4g。
所述的一定规格的100%羊毛面料为经密28根/cm,纬密24根/cm,D数 85D的100%羊毛面料。
所述的一定克重的100%羊毛面料为62-65g/m2
与背景技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果是:
本发明在制备具有抗菌功能围巾的100%羊毛面料中引入新型抗菌抗病毒助剂,直接分解围巾上细菌病毒赖以生存的有机环境,长效抑制围巾内霉菌的滋生,长效分解围巾异味,达到一巾多用效果,促进了纺织服装产业绿色可持续发展。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
1)将1g成份为CSP光催化TiO2粒子的抗菌抗病毒助剂溶解于60g水中,配置成分散均匀的抗菌抗病毒助剂悬浊液;
2)将步骤1)得到的分散均匀的抗菌抗病毒助剂悬浊液加入到200g经密 28根/cm,纬密24根/cm,D数85D的100%羊毛面料中进行染整,得到抗菌抗病毒羊毛面料;
3)将步骤2)中得到的抗菌抗病毒羊毛面料按62g/m2的克重,经款式设计制版、裁剪、加工、产品后整理、整烫工艺处理,得到抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾 (a)。
实施例2:
1)将2g成份为CSP光催化Cu2O粒子的抗菌抗病毒助剂溶解于60g水中,配置成分散均匀的抗菌抗病毒助剂悬浊液;
2)将步骤1)得到的分散均匀的抗菌抗病毒助剂悬浊液加入到140g经密 28根/cm,纬密24根/cm,D数85D的100%羊毛面料中进行染整,得到抗菌抗病毒羊毛面料;
3)将步骤2)中得到的抗菌抗病毒羊毛面料按64g/m2的克重,经款式设计制版、裁剪、加工、产品后整理、整烫工艺处理,得到抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾 (b)。
实施例3:
1)将4g成份为CSP光催化SiO2粒子的抗菌抗病毒助剂溶解于60g水中,配置成分散均匀的抗菌抗病毒助剂悬浊液;
2)将步骤1)得到的分散均匀的抗菌抗病毒助剂悬浊液加入到80g经密 28根/cm,纬密24根/cm,D数85D的100%羊毛面料中进行染整,得到抗菌抗病毒羊毛面料;
3)将步骤2)中得到的抗菌抗病毒羊毛面料按65g/m2的克重,经款式设计制版、裁剪、加工、产品后整理、整烫工艺处理,得到抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾 (c)。
如图1,从实施例1制备的抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾(a)照片可以看出,羊毛纱线形貌接近于螺旋状,由于具备抗菌抗病毒功效,羊毛面料表层更具光泽度。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将一定量的抗菌抗病毒助剂溶解于60g水中,配置成分散均匀的抗菌抗病毒助剂悬浊液;
2)将步骤1)得到的分散均匀的抗菌抗病毒助剂悬浊液加入到80-200g具有一定规格的100%羊毛面料中进行染整,得到抗菌抗病毒羊毛面料;
3)将步骤2)中得到的抗菌抗病毒羊毛面料按一定克重,经款式设计制版、裁剪、加工、产品后整理、整烫工艺处理,得到抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的抗菌抗病毒助剂成份为CSP光催化TiO2粒子、CSP光催化Cu2O粒子、CSP光催化SiO2粒子中的一种,用量为1-4g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的一定规格的100%羊毛面料为经密28根/cm,纬密24根/cm,D数85D的100%羊毛面料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗病毒羊毛围巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的一定克重的100%羊毛面料为62-65g/m2
