One side of the second bevel gear 23, which is far away from the center line of the flat platform 10, is engaged with a group of vertical first bevel gears 22, the middle parts of the outer side surfaces of the first bevel gears 22 are fixedly provided with second transmission rods 31 which are parallel to the bottom of the flat platform 10, the tail ends of the second transmission rods 31 are rotatably connected with a group of first transmission rods 20 which are parallel to the second transmission rods 31 and located at the bottom of the flat platform 10 right below the ball screw 15 through transverse transmission belts 21, and the first transmission rods 20 and the second transmission rods 31 are rotatably connected to the flat platform 10 through support frames 17. The tail end of the first transmission rod 20, which is far away from the center of the flat platform 10, is connected with a group of longitudinal transmission belts 19 in an upward rotating mode, the longitudinal transmission belts 19 vertically penetrate through holes formed in the wall of the flat platform 10 and are connected to the ball screw 15 in a rotating mode, and therefore the row wind wheel 25 is driven to rotate under the rotating connection of the longitudinal transmission belts 19, the first transmission rods 20, the transverse transmission belts 21 and the second transmission rods 31 by means of rotation of the ball screw 15, and therefore the textile cloth is leveled by the device, and meanwhile the textile cloth is fixed stably by means of rotation of the ball screw 15.
As a further scheme of the present invention, the inner side surface of the wind groove 24 is provided with a stabilizing device, the stabilizing device comprises a ring of magnet ring 27 arranged inside the wind groove 24, the magnet ring 27 is arranged to absorb the magnetic impurities carried on the textile cloth downwards by the magnetic action of the magnet ring 27 when the exhaust wind wheel 25 performs suction stabilization on the textile cloth placed on the leveling table 10, and the magnetic impurities on the textile cloth can be easily and quickly absorbed under the action of the ball screw 15.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the ironing machine is used, firstly, the textile cloth to be flattened is circularly and movably laid on the top of the flattening table 10, then the servo motor 14 is started to drive the ball screw 15 to rotate, the ironing roller 12 driven by the rotary motor 28 is driven to roll by the aid of the circular reciprocating movement of the nut 16 and the ball screw 15 so as to flatten the textile cloth on the flattening table 10, at the moment, the exhaust wheel 25 inside the air groove 24 is driven to rotate by the aid of the rotation of the ball screw 15 through the rotating connection of the longitudinal transmission belt 19, the first transmission rod 20, the transverse transmission belt 21 and the second transmission rod 31 and the steering engagement of the first bevel gear 22 and the second bevel gear 23, and then the textile cloth laid on the flattening table 10 is applied with downward air suction force through the air suction hole 18, so that the textile cloth in the flattening process can be stably operated.
