When the fabric dyeing machine is used, fabric for textile printing and dyeing is placed on the electric conveyor 1 and is conveyed to the bottom of the printing and dyeing roller 2 through the electric conveyor 1, meanwhile, the starting motor 11 drives the rotating rod A6 to rotate, the rotating rod A6 drives the printing and dyeing roller 2 to rotate, the printing and dyeing roller 2 and the electric conveyor 1 rotate at the same speed and prints and dyes the surface of the textile fabric through the raised grains of the printing and dyeing roller 2, the hot air blower 5 is started to transmit hot air into the printing and dyeing roller 2 through the connecting frame 12 during printing and dyeing, the printed and dyed textile fabric is dried in time through the air outlet 8, meanwhile, the rotating rod B9 is fixed by the connecting frame 12 and the fixing plate A4, so that the convex block 10 on the outer wall of the rotating rod B9 is kept at the position at the lower left side, and then repeatedly collides with the plurality of poking rods 31, thereby driving the poking rods 31 to rotate, the sliding opening and closing plate 36 is pushed by the connecting rod 35 at the other end to the filter screen fixing frame 37 to move to the inside the air outlet 8, therefore, hot air in the printing and dyeing roller 2 can be timely dried through the filter screen fixing frame 37 to textile cloth which is just printed and dyed on the lower side, and meanwhile, other air outlets 8 are kept closed, so that the hot air pressure of the air outlet 8 at the position needing to dry the cloth on the inclined lower side is enough, the drying efficiency and energy conservation are ensured, meanwhile, when the poke rod 31 touches the convex block 10, the poke rod 31 is poked to push air in the cylindrical frame 34 to enter the poke rod 31 through the air groove 44, and then the slide block 42 is pushed to be outwards extruded with the round-head slide block 41, so that the round-head slide block 41 is extended to enable the round-head slide block 41 to be continuously connected with the rotating rod B9 to be poked when the poked rod 31 is poked to be separated by the rotating rod B9, thereby enabling the time of the filter screen fixing frame 37 staying at the air outlet 8 for a long time as much as possible, and further increasing the drying time and working efficiency of the hot air to the textile cloth through the air outlet 8, when the filter screen fixing frame 37 is pushed to the inside of the air outlet 8 by the sliding opening plate 36, the air is filtered through the filter screen 51, thereby preventing lime dust containing sand in hot air from blowing into printed cloth, causing the quality of the cloth to be affected, and the shifting block B53 is contacted with the shifting block A52 and shifted when the filter screen fixing frame 37 moves, thereby causing the filter screen fixing frame 37 to vibrate, pushing the filter screen fixing frame 37 to extrude the elastic plate 54 to vibrate back and forth inside the sliding opening plate 36, thereby causing dust and sand on the surface of the filter screen 51 not to be blocked and affecting the air outlet efficiency during long-term work, meanwhile, when the sliding opening plate 36 moves into the strip groove 38, the air in the strip groove 38 is sprayed into the filter screen 51 through the communicating air groove 55 and the filter screen fixing frame 37, thereby further self-cleaning of the dust inside the filter screen 51, thereby further guaranteed filter screen 51's ventilation smoothness nature, promoted dustproof work efficiency of stoving then.
