The invention relates to a low-temperature hot melt adhesive and a preparation method and a preparation production line thereof, wherein the low-temperature hot melt adhesive comprises a core layer, one surface or two surfaces of the core layer are provided with a supporting layer in a matching way, and a sealing adhesive layer is arranged outside the supporting layer; in the preparation process, pre-adjusting equipment and preparing raw materials; extruding a core layer by using double screws of a screw machine, attaching 2 preset non-woven fabrics towards the core layer, and integrally outputting to obtain a semi-finished product; cooling, cutting and winding the output semi-finished product; coating a sealing adhesive layer on two sides of any cut and rolled semi-finished product to obtain a product, and processing to obtain a finished product; the low-temperature hot melt adhesive preparation production line comprises a screw machine, wherein one group or two groups of conveying rollers are arranged on two sides of an output port matched with the screw machine, and a water chilling unit, a cutting and winding unit and a sealing adhesive layer coating device are arranged behind the conveying rollers. The hardness of the final product prepared by the invention is 57 +/-3D, the low-temperature bending resistance can reach more than 80000 times, the surface adhesion performance is good, the softening temperature is low, and the subsequent processing and use are convenient.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to adhesives; general non-mechanical methods of adhesion; bonding methods not otherwise included; the technical field of application of adhesive materials, in particular to a low-temperature hot melt adhesive and a preparation method and a preparation production line thereof.
Background
Before the appearance of low-temperature hot melt adhesives, port treasure is used as a product with similar purposes, and due to the development of industry and the improvement of living standard and consciousness of people, people begin to pursue products which are more environment-friendly, durable and have production efficiency at the same time, and based on the development, the low-temperature hot melt adhesives appear.
Compared with the port treasure, the low-temperature hot melt adhesive has the advantages of being better in shaping effect after being cooled, waterproof, short in curing time, high in production efficiency, superior to the port treasure, fast in bonding, firm, ageing-resistant, heat-resistant, cold-resistant, good in permeability and the like, good in compatibility with other additives, capable of developing corresponding hot melt adhesive products aiming at products made of different materials, wide in application range and capable of being applied to the fields of various industries.
However, in the prior art, it is difficult to ensure the texture of the product including light, hard, elastic, stiff and the like on the basis of improving the mechanical properties of the product, or the product cannot give consideration to the support property and cannot maintain the performance at low temperature, which causes the application of the existing low-temperature hot melt adhesive to have great limitation and cannot be applied to more occasions.

In the invention, the non-woven fabric is used as a support, so that the non-woven fabric has good support performance, a hot melt adhesive layer is not damaged, the defects of the product are fewer, the low-temperature flexing resistance of the product is greatly improved, and the performance can be maintained at the low temperature of-15 ℃; meanwhile, the problem of roller sticking during large-scale production is solved, and the problem of thermal shrinkage of products is relieved.
According to the invention, the adhesive layer is set as the TPU layer, so that the adhesive force and the attractive appearance of the product are ensured, the surface of the product is smooth, no obvious defect exists, and the performance is obviously improved compared with other types.
The invention also relates to a preparation method of the low-temperature hot melt adhesive, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: pre-adjusting equipment for preparing raw materials;
in the step 1, the pre-adjusting device comprises the steps of setting the temperature of the screw machine and the temperature of the ice water machine set to a preset value and adjusting the discharging thickness of the screw machine.
