(5) and (3) extruding and granulating: adding the cold mixture into an extruder for granulation to obtain a granular material; the temperatures of the first zone, the second zone and the third zone of the extruder cylinder are 162 ℃, and the temperature of the fourth zone of the extruder cylinder is 158 ℃; the temperature of the die confluence core area is 157 ℃, the temperature of the die opening area is 162 ℃, and the temperature of the die confluence core area is always lower than the temperatures of the first area, the second area, the third area and the die opening area of the machine barrel by 5 ℃;
(6) drying and dehumidifying: drying and dehumidifying the granular material at the temperature of 75 ℃ for 1.8h to obtain dried granular material;
(7) molding: respectively sending the dried granules into an injection molding machine 1 for producing 110 vertical inspection, an injection molding machine 2 for producing 110 straight-through, an injection molding machine 3 for producing 110x75H type and an injection molding machine 4 for producing 40 x 25 reducing tee joint through pipelines, and molding to obtain the ultra-fine activated calcium carbonate filled rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe fittings which are respectively as follows: 110 vertical inspection, 110 straight-through, 110x75H type, 40 x 25 reducing tee.
The mixing equipment used in this example was produced by yili limited, zhang gang city, and the model number was: SRL-Z1000/2500; the extruder used was a model number of a product of Zhang hong bell mechanical limited: BRZ 80/156; the injection molding machine used was a model number of 250T/300T manufactured by Haitian Plastic machine group Co.
The polyvinyl chloride resin powder used in this example was obtained from Yibin Tianyuan group, Ltd., SG-8 type, and had a density of 1.38 to 1.40g/cm3
The superfine active calcium carbonate used in the example is purchased from Guangxi and American New Material science and technology Limited, the water content is 0.05 percent, and the pH value is 7-8.
The calcium zinc stabilizer used in this example was purchased from Guangdong Xinda New Material science and technology, Inc., and the product grade was industrial grade.
The acrylic impact modifier used in the present example is obtained from Shandong Ruifeng Polymer materials Co., Ltd, and has a molecular weight of 30000-60000 and a pH of 6-8.
The lubricant used in the example is purchased from Guangdong Huanji chemical Co., Ltd, has a softening point of 103-106 ℃ and a density of 0.94-0.96 g/cm3
The process flow agent used in this example was purchased from new environmental protection materials, inc, and the product grade was industrial grade.
The titanium dioxide used in this example was purchased from the dragon boa herbori ltd, R-type, density 4.26g/cm3, refractive index 2.72.
The surface observation results of the rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe produced in this example are shown in Table 8 below

According to the performance measurement results, the preparation method of the hard polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting filled with the ultrafine active calcium carbonate replaces the common light calcium carbonate with the ultrafine active calcium carbonate, and the use amount of other auxiliary agent components is reduced under the condition of keeping the filling part unchanged, so that the product quality is improved, and the formula cost is reduced; according to the method, the mixed material which is well mixed in hot is slowly stirred for several minutes from high speed to low speed in the hot mixing equipment, and then is discharged into the cold mixing equipment for cold mixing, so that static electricity is eliminated, the fluidity of the dry mixed material is improved, and the glossiness of extruded particles can be improved; according to the application, the mixed powder is melted and extruded through an extruder, and is cut into granules and then sent to an injection molding machine for injection molding production, at the moment, after the mixed formula material is subjected to preheating and plasticizing treatment, the molten material is more uniform after one-time plasticizing and melting, so that the product flowability of various hard polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting products is good, the cold spots of the products are reduced, and the product performance is improved; the temperature of the extrusion granulation confluence core area is controlled to be 4-6 ℃ lower than that of the first area, the second area, the third area and the die area of the machine barrel all the time, so that the produced granulated material is more compact, the surface quality of a PVC-U pipe fitting product injected in the later period is high, and the generation of black lines of the product is reduced; drying and dehumidifying step is add to this application, and the drying and dehumidifying step is used for dehumidifying and drying a small amount of moisture in the raw materials, and the surface quality of the hard polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting product of output, especially thick wall product this moment has obvious improvement, and no bubble produces.

Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.

Claims (10)

1. The hard polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting filled with the superfine active calcium carbonate is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin powder, 7-10 parts of superfine active calcium carbonate, 5-5.5 parts of stabilizer, 3.5-4 parts of impact resistance agent, 0.2-0.3 part of lubricant, 1-1.5 parts of processing flowing agent and 3-4 parts of titanium dioxide.

The ultra-fine activated calcium carbonate filled rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ultra-fine activated calcium carbonate filled rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting is composed of the following raw materials by weight: 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin powder, 8 parts of superfine active calcium carbonate, 5.2 parts of stabilizer, 3.7 parts of impact resistance agent, 0.25 part of lubricant, 1.2 parts of processing flowing agent and 3.5 parts of titanium dioxide.
3. The pipe fitting of claim 1, wherein the stabilizer is calcium zinc stabilizer.
4. The ultra-fine activated calcium carbonate filled rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting as claimed in claim 1, wherein said impact resistant agent is an acrylate impact resistant agent.
5. A method for preparing a rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting filled with the ultrafine active calcium carbonate according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing: weighing raw materials for forming the rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting according to the proportion;
(2) primary heat mixing: putting the raw materials for forming the rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting into mixing equipment for hot mixing, wherein the temperature of primary hot mixing is 115-120 ℃, the rotating speed is 1350-1450 r/min, and the time is 10-15 min;
(3) secondary thermal mixing: immediately carrying out secondary thermal mixing after the primary thermal mixing is finished, wherein the temperature of the secondary thermal mixing is 117-122 ℃, the rotating speed is 400-500 r/min, and the time is 2.5-3.5 min, so as to obtain a thermal mixed material;
(4) cold mixing: putting the hot mixed material into a cold mixer at the temperature of 55-60 ℃, and performing cold mixing for 15-20 min to obtain a cold mixed material;
(5) and (3) extruding and granulating: adding the cold mixture into an extruder for granulation to obtain a granular material; the temperature of a machine barrel of the extruder is 155-165 ℃; the temperature of the die confluence core area is 155-160 ℃, the temperature of the die opening area is 160-165 ℃, and the temperature of the die confluence core area is always 4-6 ℃ lower than that of the first area, the second area, the third area and the die opening area of the machine barrel;
(6) drying and dehumidifying: drying and dehumidifying the granular material for 1.5-2 h at the temperature of 70-80 ℃ to obtain dried granular material;
(7) molding: and (3) feeding the dried granules into an injection molding machine, and molding to obtain the hard polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting filled with the superfine activated calcium carbonate.

The method for preparing a hard polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting filled with ultrafine active calcium carbonate according to claim 5, wherein the raw materials for preparing the hard polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting in the step (2) are put into a mixing device for hot mixing, and the temperature of the first hot mixing is 118 ℃, the rotating speed is 1400r/min, and the time is 13 min.

The method for preparing a rigid PVC pipe fitting filled with ultrafine activated calcium carbonate according to claim 5, wherein the step (3) is carried out by performing secondary thermal mixing immediately after the primary thermal mixing is finished, wherein the temperature of the secondary thermal mixing is 120 ℃, the rotation speed is 450r/min, and the time is 3.0min, so as to obtain the hot mixed material.

The method for preparing the hard polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting filled with the ultrafine active calcium carbonate according to claim 5, wherein in the step (4), the hot mixed material is placed at a temperature of 58 ℃ for cold mixing, and the cold mixing time is 18min, so that a cold mixed material is obtained.

The method for preparing a rigid PVC pipe filled with ultrafine activated calcium carbonate according to claim 5, wherein in step (5), the temperatures of the first zone, the second zone and the third zone of the extruder cylinder are 162 ℃, the temperature of the fourth zone of the extruder cylinder is 158 ℃, the temperature of the die confluence zone is 157 ℃ and the temperature of the die orifice zone is 162 ℃.
10. The method for preparing a hard polyvinyl chloride pipe fitting filled with ultrafine active calcium carbonate according to claim 5, wherein in the step (6), the granules are placed at a temperature of 75 ℃ for drying and dehumidifying for 1.8h to obtain dried granules.
