4) adding 0.2-1 part of N, N-diisopropylbenzamide, 1-1.5 parts of potassium aluminum silicate and 1-2 parts of a stripping auxiliary agent into 4-8 parts of fully dissolved synthetic rubber resin solution, and stirring and grinding to prepare rubber printing stripping ink; and printing ink and rubber printing demolding ink on the transfer printing film in sequence, transferring the ink to the surface of a raw rubber sheet, and manufacturing the printed rubber sheet into the rubber rain shoe.
5) At least one vent hole is arranged on the rear side surface of the rubber rain boot 1, and a waterproof breathable film 2 is hermetically arranged in each vent hole. The water retaining pieces 3 are bonded on the outer surface of the rubber rain shoe 1 along the two side edges in the vertical direction, the water retaining pieces 3 are arranged outside the air holes, and the water retaining pieces 3 are open 4 along the two transverse side edges. The water retaining sheet 3 is made of silicon rubber.
In the step 1), the reinforcing agent is white carbon black; the filler is calcium carbonate; the protective agent is 2-mercaptobenzimidazole.
In the step 3), the ink auxiliary agent comprises 0.5 part of higher alcohol, 0.5 part of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.6 part of bentonite and 0.8 part of anti-aging agent. The hydrogen content of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 0.2%, and the viscosity is 300 mPas. The anti-aging agent is anti-aging agent AW. The cas number of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 63148-57-2. The anti-aging agent AW is also called 6-ethoxy-2, 2, 4-trimethyl-1, 2-dihydroquinoline, and cas number thereof is 91-53-2.
In the step 4), the demoulding auxiliary agent is vegetable oil.
The golden pigment powder is purchased from Shanhai chemical pigment Co., Ltd, Shenzhen, and is selected from golden powder of the Shanhai chemical pigment Co., Ltd.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 is essentially the same as example 4, except that no N, N-diisopropylbenzamide is added in step 1).
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 is essentially the same as example 4, except that no N, N-diisopropylbenzamide is added in step 3).
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 is essentially the same as example 4, except that no potassium aluminum silicate is added in step 3).
Comparative example 4
Comparative example 4 is essentially the same as example 4, except that no N, N-diisopropylbenzamide is added in step 4).
Comparative example 5
Comparative example 5 is essentially the same as example 4, except that no potassium aluminum silicate is added in step 4).
Application example
The metallic effect rubber rain shoes produced in example 5 and the metallic effect rubber rain shoes of comparative examples 1 to 5 were observed for appearance coloring effect, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the above table, the rubber rain shoes with metallic effect produced by the method of example 5 have metallic texture on the surface, and the metallic powder pigment is uniformly dispersed and glossy and is not easy to fall off.
Compared with the rubber rain shoes in the comparative examples 1 to 3, in the rubber plastication process, the N, N-diisopropylbenzamide is added in the example 5, and the N, N-diisopropylbenzamide and the potassium aluminum silicate are added in the ink preparation process, so that the produced rubber rain shoes have better metal texture effect on the surface, the metal powder pigment is uniformly dispersed, and the powder is not easy to fall off.
Compared with comparative examples 2-3, in the preparation process of the ink, N-diisopropylbenzamide is added in example 5, potassium aluminum silicate is used in combination, the produced ink is suitable for being used as the ink on the surface of a rubber product, and after the ink is printed on rain shoes, the ink has metal texture and luster, and the metal powder pigment is uniformly dispersed.
Compared with the rubber rain shoes in the comparative examples 4 to 5, in the rubber printing stripping ink process, the N, N-diisopropylbenzamide is added in the example 5, the aluminum potassium silicate is used in combination, after transfer printing, the produced rubber rain shoes have uniform transfer printing patterns, uniform dispersion of metal powder pigment and difficult powder falling.

Claims (2)

1. A method for manufacturing rubber rain shoes with metallic color effects is characterized by comprising the following steps of,
1) plasticating 10-30 parts of synthetic rubber resin and 0.1-1 part of N, N-diisopropyl benzamide to obtain a raw rubber sheet;
2) cutting the raw rubber sheet into blocks, weighing the raw rubber sheet and the solvent which are cut into blocks according to the weight ratio of 1: 2.5-6, and stirring at the temperature of below 60 ℃ to obtain fully dissolved synthetic rubber resin solution;
3) taking 4-8 parts of fully dissolved synthetic rubber resin solution, adding 2-5 parts of metallic pigment powder, 0.2-1 part of N, N-diisopropylbenzamide and 0.5-1.5 parts of potassium aluminum silicate, and grinding to prepare ink;
4) printing ink on the surface of a raw rubber sheet, and manufacturing the printed rubber sheet into rubber rain shoes;
in the step 1), plasticating 10-30 parts of synthetic rubber resin, 0.1-1 part of N, N-diisopropylbenzamide and an auxiliary agent to obtain a raw rubber sheet; wherein the auxiliary agent comprises 0.1-0.5 part of reinforcing agent, 0.2-0.5 part of filling agent and 0.2-0.5 part of protective agent;
the reinforcing agent is graphene oxide and/or white carbon black; the filler is one or more of carbon black, talcum powder and calcium carbonate; the protective agent is 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy diphenyl acetone or 2-thiol benzimidazole;
in the step 2), cutting the raw rubber sheet into blocks, weighing the raw rubber sheet and cyclohexanone which are cut into blocks according to the weight ratio of 1:5, and stirring at the temperature of below 60 ℃ to obtain fully dissolved synthetic rubber resin solution;
in the step 3), 4-8 parts of fully dissolved synthetic rubber resin solution is taken, 2-5 parts of metallic pigment powder, 0.2-1 part of N, N-diisopropylbenzamide, 0.5-1.5 parts of potassium aluminum silicate and an ink auxiliary agent are added, and the mixture is ground to prepare ink;
in the step 3), the printing ink auxiliary agent comprises 0.2-0.5 part of high-carbon alcohol, 0.1-0.5 part of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.1-0.6 part of bentonite and 0.1-0.8 part of anti-aging agent;
in the step 4), printing ink and rubber printing stripping ink on the transfer film in sequence, transferring the printing ink and the rubber printing stripping ink to the surface of a raw rubber sheet, and manufacturing the printed rubber sheet into a rubber rain shoe;
the demoulding auxiliary agent is wax or vegetable oil, and the wax is one or more of microcrystalline paraffin and polyethylene wax;
the rear side surface of the rubber rain shoe (1) is provided with at least one vent hole, and a waterproof breathable film (2) is hermetically arranged in each vent hole; the water blocking piece (3) is bonded on the outer surface of the rubber rain shoe (1) along two side edges in the vertical direction, the water blocking piece (3) is arranged outside the vent hole, and the water blocking piece (3) is open (4) along two transverse side edges.
2. The method for manufacturing rubber rain shoes with metallic effect according to claim 1, wherein the water blocking sheet (3) is made of silicone rubber.
