Abstract
The invention discloses a positioning display protection device and a belt conveyor, which comprise a power supply protection module, a fault alarm module, a signal transfer module and a protection switch unit which are electrically connected; the power supply protection module is used for carrying out power supply indication and electric protection on the system; the action alarm signal and/or the self fault signal of the protection switch unit correspondingly make different positioning alarm indications through the fault alarm module; the protection switch unit has an address coding function. The whole device does not need PLC or upper computer transfer judgment, the protection switch unit has a self-diagnosis function, and meanwhile, the protection switch unit has an address coding function, no matter the protection switch unit gives an alarm for action and/or gives an alarm for a fault signal of the protection switch unit, the corresponding fault alarm module gives out corresponding light alarm prompt, the corresponding fault protection switch is quickly prompted to be positioned, and the overhaul or patrol personnel can visually check and judge at a distance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of belt conveyors, in particular to a positioning display protection device and a belt conveyor which are suitable for the fields of electric power, steel, coal, water conservancy, chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials and the like.
Background
At present, belt conveyors are widely applied to the fields of electric power, steel, coal, water conservancy, chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials and the like. The safety protection device in the belt conveyor system is an essential part of the system design, and plays a vital role in the normal operation of the belt conveyor and the safety of personnel. However, with the increasing distance of belt conveyors, companies have put more and more demands on conventional protection switches, such as: the pull-cord switch and the deviation switch are required to have an address coding function.
At present, most manufacturers adopt a scheme that a control circuit board in a protection switch takes a single chip microcomputer as a monitoring host, an address coding function is embedded in the single chip microcomputer, signals are transmitted to a PLC control system or an upper computer between the protection switches in a parallel bus mode, and address codes and the like are inquired through the PLC control system or the upper computer.
The patent technology of the prior invention, the grant notice number: the invention patent application of CN 105109906B discloses the following technical contents: and each wireless node is utilized to carry out address coding, wherein a deviation signal is sent to the PLC unit, and the PLC unit judges according to the severity of belt deviation. The deviation signal must be transmitted back to the PLC to judge the field condition. The scheme has the problems that the query mode is single, the on-site maintenance personnel cannot visually obtain the positioning fault information, the positioning fault information can be obtained only through a PLC control system or an upper computer, and meanwhile, the false alarm is easily caused by interference.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical defects, the invention aims to provide a protection device which does not need a PLC (programmable logic controller) or an upper computer to perform transfer judgment in the whole system and can intuitively judge the current fault type and the positioning display of the fault occurrence position aiming at different light alarm indications.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the technical scheme is that the protection device for positioning display comprises a power supply protection module, a fault alarm module, a signal transfer module and a protection switch unit which are electrically connected; the power supply protection module is used for carrying out power supply indication and electric protection on the system; the action alarm signal and/or the self fault signal of the protection switch unit correspondingly make different positioning alarm indications through the fault alarm module; the protection switch unit has an address coding function.
Preferably, the protection switch units are arranged in pairs at regular intervals along two sides of the belt; one or more pairs of said protection switch units define an address, using a set of fault alarm modules.
Preferably, the protection switch unit includes a conventional switch and/or a digital switch.
Preferably, the conventional switch comprises one or more of a pull switch, a deviation switch, a tearing-proof switch, a slipping switch, a material flow switch and a blocking switch.
Preferably, the fault alarm module respectively gives different light alarm indications to the action alarm signal and/or the self fault signal of the protection switch unit.
Preferably, the power protection module comprises a power indicator light and a circuit breaker.
Preferably, the signal transfer module is electrically connected with the protection switch unit through a KVVP shielded cable; the signal relay module comprises a terminal block and an intermediate relay.
Preferably, the intelligent alarm device further comprises a box body, and a power supply protection module, a fault alarm module and a signal transfer module are arranged in the box body.
The technical scheme also relates to a belt conveyor which comprises the protective device for positioning display.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the whole device does not need transfer judgment of a PLC or an upper computer, the protection switch unit has a self-diagnosis function, meanwhile, the protection switch unit has an address coding function, one or more pairs of protection switch units define an address, and a set of fault alarm module is used; no matter the protection switch unit is used for alarming according to action and/or alarming according to a signal of a fault of the protection switch unit, the corresponding fault alarming module gives out corresponding light alarming prompt to quickly prompt the positioning of the corresponding fault protection switch, and the maintenance or inspection personnel can visually check and judge at a far position (without shielding things) instead of reaching the installation position of the protection switch, and the light alarming prompt has more obvious effect at night.
2. Aiming at different signals of the protection switch unit, the fault alarm module respectively makes light prompts with different colors, and the fault type is intuitively and quickly judged. The maintainer can judge the fault type who takes place only through the colour of rotatory light to adopt different maintenance schemes according to the fault type, greatly improved event processing efficiency.
3. The signal transfer module adopts the intermediate relay as signal isolation, can effectively avoid signal interference, and the intermediate relay can become the multichannel with signal switching simultaneously, and scalability is good.
4. One or more pairs of protection switch units are used as an address code, but not each protection switch unit is used as an address code, so that the functional requirement of actual address coding is met, and the cost is reduced.
5. Besides the conventional switch, the system can also be connected with other arbitrary digital switches, and has good compatibility and expandability.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In the embodiment, taking the application of the protection device with positioning display to a belt conveyor as an example, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the protection device includes a box body 1, a power protection module 2, a fault alarm module 3, a signal transfer module 4 and a protection switch 5; the power supply protection module 2 is used for carrying out power supply indication and electric protection on the system; the action alarm signal and/or the self fault signal of the protection switch 5 correspondingly make different positioning alarm instructions through the fault alarm module 3, when the protection switch 5 acts, namely, external force enables the protection switch 5 to act to send out an alarm signal, the signal is transmitted to the signal transfer module 4 through a KVVP shielded cable between the protection switch 5 and the signal transfer module 4, after receiving the signal, a relay in the signal transfer module 4 divides the signal into two paths, one path is transmitted to the fault alarm module 3, and the other path is transmitted and output to other external equipment through a terminal strip. And after receiving the alarm signal, the fault alarm module 3 drives the yellow LED alarm indicating lamp to rotate for indicating, and prompts the fault occurrence position of the maintainer. When the protection switch 5 breaks down, the signal transmission mode is the same as the above, and finally the red LED alarm indicating lamp is driven to rotate and indicate through the fault alarm module 3, so that the fault position of a maintainer is prompted. The on-site maintenance personnel can judge the occurrence of the corresponding fault type only by rotating the color of the lamp, so that different maintenance schemes are adopted according to the fault type.
The power protection module 2 includes a power indicator and a circuit breaker. The signal transfer module 4 is electrically connected with the protection switch unit 5 through a KVVP shielded cable; the signal transfer module 4 comprises a terminal block and an intermediate relay; the signal relay module 4 isolates and relays the external access signal.
The protection switch units are arranged in pairs at intervals along two sides of the belt; one or more pairs of protection switch units define an address, and a set of fault alarm modules are used. The protection switch unit comprises a conventional switch and/or a digital switch. The conventional switch comprises one or more of a pull-cord switch, a deviation switch, a tearing-proof switch, a slipping switch, a material flow switch and a blocking switch.
The protection switch 5 selects a deviation switch, the deviation switches are arranged on two sides of a belt of the belt conveyor in pairs, a pair of deviation switches are arranged at two ends of the belt respectively, a pair of deviation switches are arranged at positions which are 30-50 meters away from the two ends respectively, and the four pairs of deviation switches effectively prevent economic loss caused by deviation of the belt.
The protection switch selects a pull-cord switch, an accident address is defined by every 2-3 pairs of pull-cord switches, and a set of alarm system is used. The pull-cord switches are arranged on two sides of the belt in pairs, and a pair of pull-cord switches is arranged at intervals of 30 meters to 50 meters from one end of the belt to the other end of the belt. The distance between each pair of paired pull-cord switches is too short, so that the economic cost is too large, and the distance between each pair of pull-cord switches is too far, so that the accidents are not facilitated to be timely taken.

Claims (9)
1. A protection device for positioning display is characterized in that: the system comprises a power supply protection module, a fault alarm module, a signal transfer module and a protection switch unit which are electrically connected; the power supply protection module is used for carrying out power supply indication and electric protection on the system; the action alarm signal and/or the self fault signal of the protection switch unit correspondingly make different positioning alarm indications through the fault alarm module; the protection switch unit has an address coding function.
2. The protective device for the positioning display according to claim 1, wherein the protective switch units are arranged in pairs at regular intervals along both sides of the belt; one or more pairs of said protection switch units define an address, using a set of fault alarm modules.
3. A positioning display protection device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said protection switch unit comprises a conventional switch and/or a digital switch.
4. The protective device of claim 3, wherein the conventional switch comprises one or more of a pull switch, a yaw switch, a tear switch, a slip switch, a material flow switch, and a jam switch.
5. The protection device with the positioning display function according to claim 1, wherein the fault alarm module is used for respectively giving different light alarm indications to the action alarm signal and/or the self fault signal of the protection switch unit.
6. The protective device of claim 1, wherein the power protection module comprises a power indicator and a circuit breaker.
7. The protection device for positioning display according to claim 1, wherein the signal relay module is electrically connected with the protection switch unit through a KVVP shielded cable; the signal relay module comprises a terminal block and an intermediate relay.
8. The protection device for positioning display according to claim 1, further comprising a box body, wherein a power protection module, a fault alarm module and a signal transfer module are arranged in the box body.
9. A belt conveyor comprising a positioning display protection device as claimed in any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8.
