Abstract
The present invention relates to a stroller capable of covering the whole seat part with a simple structure. The baby carriage of the application is provided with: a vehicle body frame and a sunroof; the vehicle body frame includes: front and rear legs extending in the up-down direction; a pair of armrests (15) provided at both ends in the width direction of the seat surface; and a pair of armrest support members, the upper end of which is connected to the rear ends of the pair of armrests; the awning includes awning ribs (31, 32), and the awning ribs (31, 32) are mounted to be rotatable in the front-rear direction via a rotation shaft (33) connecting the armrest (15) and the armrest support member (17).

Background
Conventionally, in a stroller, a sunshade covering a space above a seat portion is provided so that sunlight does not directly irradiate an infant seated on the seat portion. This conventional awning is detachably attached to a rear end portion of a seat of a stroller.
Jp 2019-43231 a (patent document 1) discloses a supporting device that is attached to a connecting rod at an intermediate position to support a sunshade cloth. Further, japanese patent application laid-open No. 2006-116995 (patent document 2) discloses a support rod to which a sunroof angle member is inserted and attached to a distal end portion of a connection rod. Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.

An outline of the stroller 1 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6. Fig. 1, 2(a) and 3 show a state in which the pressing bar is set at the opposite pressing position. FIG. 2(b) shows a state in which the pushing rod is set at the back surface pushing position. In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, the body frame of the back-to-back switching stroller is mainly shown in the drawings, and the infant seat and the like are not shown in the drawings. In particular, in fig. 1 to 6, only the awning rib is shown, and illustration of the awning cloth and the auxiliary awning rib is omitted. In the following description, the front-rear direction corresponds to the front-rear direction of the stroller, and the left-right direction corresponds to the left-right direction viewed from the front of the stroller.
The stroller 1 of the present embodiment includes: a pair of front legs 11, a pair of rear legs 13, an armrest 15, an armrest support member 17, a seat support member 18, and a backrest support member 19, which are the vehicle body frame 10. The vehicle body frame 10 other than the seat support member 18 and the backrest support member 19 is provided in a pair left and right spaced apart in the width direction (vehicle width direction).
As shown in fig. 2(b), the upper end of the front leg 11 is connected to the front end of an armrest 15 extending in the front-rear direction of the stroller 1 in a rotatable manner. As shown in fig. 3, the rear end of the seat support member 18 and the lower end of the armrest support member 17 (which cannot be visually confirmed to overlap the upper portions of the armrest 15 and the front leg 11) are connected to each other via a connecting portion 17 a. The rear end of the seat support member 18 is rotatably connected to the lower end of the backrest support member 19 at a position different from the swing shaft 24. The seat support member 18 supports a seat of an infant from below, and the backrest support member 19 supports a backrest of an infant from below. Although not shown, a hammock is hung on the seat support member 18 and the backrest support member 19, and a cushion is attached to the hammock. Accordingly, a seating surface for forming a seat portion is formed on the seat support member 18, and the seat support member 18 supports the seating surface from below.
The push rod 20 is provided swingably in the front-rear direction with respect to the vehicle body frame 10, and is switchable between a face-side push position (fig. 1, 2(a), 3) and a back-side push position (fig. 2 (b)). Specifically, the swing shaft 24 is disposed at a position adjacent to the rear leg 13.
The armrest support member 17 is a member extending upward and downward. The upper end of the armrest support member 17 is rotatably connected to the rear end of the armrest 15. The lower end of the armrest support member 17 is rotatably connected to the lower end of the push rod 20, the upper end of the inversion bracket 23, and the rear end of the seat support member 18 via a swing shaft 24.
The lower end of the armrest support member 17 is provided so as to be switchable between a locked position and an unlocked position with respect to the rear leg 13. The position where the armrest support member 17 is locked with respect to the rear leg 13 is the traveling state shown in fig. 1, and the lower end portion of the armrest support member 17 is in contact with the central portion of the rear leg 13. The position at which the armrest support member 17 is unlocked from the rear leg 13 is the folded state shown in fig. 4, and the lower end of the armrest support member 17 is in contact with the lower end of the rear leg 13. Specifically, a lock portion (not shown) that can lock the rear leg 13 is provided at the lower end portion of the armrest support member 17, and the lock between the rear leg 13 and the armrest support member 17 is released by releasing the lock of the lock portion. As described above, both width-direction end portions of the front guard 16 are connected to the rear end portions of the seat support members 18 via the connecting portions 17a, and are both width-direction end portions. Accordingly, the width-directional dimension of the space region S matches the width-directional dimension of the coupling portion 17a that couples the lower end portion of the armrest support member 17 and the rear end portion of the seat support member 18. That is, both ends in the width direction of the front guard 16 are located at positions separated from the armrest 15 by the width direction dimension of the coupling portion 17 a. Next, the folding structure of the stroller 1 will be described. As described above, the rear end portion of the seat support member 18, the lower end portion of the armrest support member 17, the lower end portion of the push rod 20, and the upper end portion of the inversion bracket 23 are coupled to each other via the swing shaft 24. The lower end of the armrest support member 17 is provided so as to be switchable between a locked position and an unlocked position with respect to the rear leg 13.
To shift from the deployed state (back pressing position) shown in fig. 1 to the folded state shown in fig. 4, the lock between the lock portion of the lower end portion of the armrest support member 17 and the rear leg 13 is released, the inversion bracket 23 is inverted upward and downward, and the lower end portion of the push rod 20 abutting on the upper side of the rear leg 13 abuts on the lower side of the rear leg 13. In this folded state, as shown in fig. 4, the front leg 11 and the rear leg 13 are spaced closer to each other in the front-rear direction, and the front guard 16 stands upward along the push rod 20. The lower end of the inner sunshade rib 31 and the lower end of the outer sunshade rib 32 are rotatably connected by a ratchet mechanism and can be fixed at an arbitrary angle. Fig. 7(a) is a view showing a state where the awning 30 is fully opened, fig. 7(b) is a view showing a state where a part of the awning rib is folded, and fig. 7(c) is a view showing a state where the awning rib is further folded. The inner sunshade rib 31 and the outer sunshade rib 32 are rotatably attached in the front-rear direction. The inner sunshade rib 31 is located further inward in the width direction than the pair of handrails 15 and is a front sunshade rib located forward of the seat portion. The outer sunshade rib 32 is located further to the outer side in the width direction than the pair of armrests 15, and is a rear sunshade rib located rearward of the seat portion. Therefore, in the following description, the inner sunshade rib 31 is referred to as a front sunshade rib, and the outer sunshade rib 32 is referred to as a rear sunshade rib.
The front sunshade rib 31 and the rear sunshade rib 32 have curved shapes extending rearward from the rotation shaft 33 and standing upward. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the front sunshade rib 31 and the rear sunshade rib 32 include: support portions 31a and 32a attached to the rotating shaft 33; and main bodies 31b, 32b connected to the support portions 31a, 32 a.
The support portions 31a and 32a have an inverted L shape in side view, and have a first portion close to the rotation axis 33 and a 2 nd portion extending from the first portion. The angle formed by the first portion and the 2 nd portion is approximately 90 degrees. The awning cloth 34 is stretched over the front awning rib 31 and the rear awning rib 32, and has a dome-shaped three-dimensional shape. As shown in fig. 9(a) and 9(b), the awning cloth 34 typically has a double-layer structure, and includes an outer cloth 34a and an inner cloth 34b that cover the outer and inner sides of the front and rear awning ribs 31, 32, respectively. The outer cloth 34a and the inner cloth 34b are sewn to, for example, outer peripheral edges of the respective cloths.
Between the front sunshade rib 31 and the rear sunshade rib 32, a plurality of first and second auxiliary sunshade ribs 35 are provided which are not connected to the rotation shaft 33. The 1 st auxiliary sunshade rib 35 is located on the front sunshade rib 31 side, and the 2 nd auxiliary sunshade rib 36 is located on the rear sunshade rib 32 side. The front and rear sunshade ribs 31, 32 and the first and second auxiliary sunshade ribs 35, 36 are spaced substantially at the same interval. The first and second auxiliary sunshade ribs 35 and 36 are covered with the outer cloth 34a and the inner cloth 34b of the sunshade cloth 34 on the outer side and the inner side, similarly to the front and rear sunshade ribs 31 and 32. The first and second auxiliary sunshade ribs 35 and 36 are formed of, for example, a synthetic resin, have a certain degree of flexibility, and have higher flexibility than the front and rear sunshade ribs 31 and 32. The first and second auxiliary sunshade ribs 35 and 36 have substantially the same shape and are elongated linearly, but are sandwiched between the outer cloth 34a and the inner cloth 34b of the canopy 34, and thus have the same inverted U-shape as the front and rear sunshade ribs 31 and 32.
A 3 rd auxiliary sunshade rib 37 is provided behind the rear sunshade rib 32, and the sunshade cloth 34 is also laid on the 3 rd auxiliary sunshade rib 37. The 3 rd auxiliary canopy rib 37 has substantially the same shape as the first and second auxiliary canopy ribs 35 and 36, but is formed to have a shorter length in the longitudinal direction than the first and second auxiliary canopy ribs 37. The outer side and the inner side of the sunshade plate portion 38 are covered with the outer cloth 34a and the inner cloth 34b of the sunshade cloth 34. The sunshade portion 38 is formed of a plate-shaped synthetic resin and has a curved shape along the shape of the front sunshade rib 31. By providing the sunshade portion 38, sunlight can be shielded even further.
In recent years, a height of a seat surface of a stroller is higher than that of an existing stroller in order to reduce an influence of dust or radiant heat from a road surface. On the other hand, the height of the push rod matches the height of the hand position of the person, and therefore remains the same as the height of the existing push rod. Therefore, when the sunshade is attached to the armrest, the length of the sunshade ribs is shortened, and the seat area covered by the sunshade is reduced, so that the infant is forced in a state where the sunshade is opened. The stroller 1 of the present embodiment includes the following features: by improving the structure of the sunshade 30, the height of the push rod 20 is kept constant even when the seat surface is high, and the space covered by the sunshade 30 is increased.
In the conventional stroller, since the front fender is provided and the sunroof is in interference with the front fender even when the sunroof is opened forward, the sunroof cannot be opened forward of the front fender. In the present embodiment, since the space region S is provided between the armrest 15 and the front guard 16, the inner awning rib 31 can be positioned in the space region S. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 7(a), the front sunshade rib 31 does not interfere with the front guard 16, and therefore the front of the seat unit can be covered with the sunshade 30. In addition, since the rear sunroof frame 32 is located at the outer side in the width direction than the armrest 15, the space behind the sunroof 30 can be made wider than the space in front. As described above, the entire upper region of the seat portion covered with the sunroof 30 is made to be the closed space, and the entire upper region of the seat portion covered with the sunroof 30 can be made larger, thereby reducing the feeling of pressure on the infant.
In addition, in the conventional stroller, the canopy is attached to the upper end of the armrest support member coupled to the armrest, and the pivot axis of the canopy is positioned behind and above the armrest, so that the length of the canopy frame is shortened. In the present embodiment, the front and rear sunshade ribs 31, 32 are provided rotatably via the rotation shaft 33 connecting the armrest 15 and the armrest support member 17, and therefore the positions of the sunshade ribs can be located more forward and downward than in the conventional stroller. Accordingly, the space covered by the sunroof 30 can be increased, and the entire area above the seat portion can be covered by the sunroof 30.
In the present embodiment, the inner canopy rib 31 is provided so as to be located further inward in the width direction than the armrest 15, and the pressure rod 20 does not interfere with the canopy 30, so that the pressure rod 20 can be switched between the face-to-face pressing state and the back-face pressing state even in the state where the canopy 30 is open.
As mentioned above, the awning 30 can be folded in a manner that the angles of each other are variable. In the present embodiment, the holder 40 is used to change the opening degree of the awning 30. The holder 40 will be described below.

Next, the holder 40 will be described with reference to fig. 7(a), 7(b), 7(c) to 9(a), and 9 (b). The holder 40 is attached to a portion where the rear sunshade rib 32 is located, and holds the 2 nd auxiliary sunshade rib 36 or the 1 st auxiliary sunshade rib 35 from above. Fig. 7(b) shows a state where the 2 nd auxiliary awning bone 36 is held by the holder 40. Fig. 7(c) shows a state where the 1 st auxiliary awning bone 35 is held by the holder 40. When the 1 st auxiliary awning bone 35 is held by the holder 40, the awning 30 may be further closed than when the 2 nd auxiliary awning bone 36 is held.
As shown in fig. 7(a), 7(b), 7(c), and 9(a), the holder 40 of the present embodiment is sewn to a portion located above the rear canopy rib 32, that is, to the outer cloth 34a of the canopy cloth 34 located in the vicinity of the rear canopy rib 32, but may be directly attached to the rear canopy rib 32. The holder 40 may be attached to a portion located above the front sunshade rib 31, not to the rear sunshade rib 32.
As shown in fig. 9(a), the holder 40 has a holder body 41 and a receiving opening 42 in the form of an inverted U-shape. The holder body 41 is formed of, for example, synthetic resin. The holder body 41 includes: a first portion 41a having a receiving opening 42; and a 2 nd portion 41b of a flat shape. Although the first portion 41a of the present embodiment has an inverted U-shaped outer shape, the receiving opening 42 has an inverted U-shaped outer shape, and the outer shape is not limited. The 2 nd portion 41b has a plate shape and is formed with a through hole 46. A band-shaped member 47 is inserted through the through hole 46. Accordingly, the holder 40 is attached to the awning cloth 34 located above the rear awning rib 32 via the belt-like member 47.
The receiving opening 42 includes: a semicircular groove portion 43 located on the deep side; and a guide groove portion 44 extending from the semicircular groove portion 43 to the opening edge. The opening width of the guide groove 44 is slightly smaller than the diameter (opening width) of the semicircular groove 43. The opening width of the semicircular groove 43 is smaller than the width of the 2 nd auxiliary awning rib 36 covered with the awning cloth 34. The opening width of the guide groove 44 is substantially the same as the width of the 2 nd auxiliary awning rib 36 covered with the awning cloth 34. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 9(b), the 2 nd auxiliary awning rib 36 covered with the awning cloth 34 is held in the semicircular groove 43 located above the opening edge of the holder 40 by passing through the guide groove 44.
With this configuration, even when the holder 40 is used with the opening angles of the front sunshade rib 31 and the rear sunshade rib 32 being narrowed, the 1 st auxiliary sunshade rib 35 not connected to the rotation shaft 33 or the sunshade cloth 34 stretched between the 2 nd auxiliary sunshade rib 36 and the front sunshade rib 31 can be put in a tensioned state, and the sunshade cloth 34 can be prevented from being loosened. In addition, it is sufficient to hold the 2 nd auxiliary sunroof frame 36 from above by the holder 40, so that the 2 nd auxiliary sunroof frame 36 can be detached from the holder 40 with one hand when the sunroof 30 is opened. Therefore, the opening degree of the awning 30 can be easily adjusted with a simple configuration.
Although the holder 40 of the present embodiment is described as being attached to the portion where the front canopy rib 31 or the rear canopy rib 32 is located, it may be attached to the portion where the auxiliary canopy ribs 35, 36, and 37 are located. That is, the portion to which the holder 40 is attached may be either the sunshade rib connected to the rotation shaft or the auxiliary sunshade rib not connected to the rotation shaft. For example, the holder 40 may be provided at a portion where the auxiliary sunshade rib is disposed, and the holder 40 may hold the sunshade rib or the auxiliary sunshade rib. Even in this case, the holder 40 can be used to prevent the awning cloth from being loosened, and the opening degree of the awning 30 can be easily adjusted with a simple configuration.
The awning 30 of the present embodiment includes: front and rear awning frames 31, 32 connected to the rotating shaft 33; and auxiliary awning ribs 35, 36, 37 not connected to the rotating shaft 33. However, the awning frame 30 may be provided with two or more awning frames, whether or not they are connected to the rotating shaft 33.
In the present embodiment, the inner sunshade rib 31 located on the inner side in the width direction is a front sunshade rib, and the outer sunshade rib 32 located on the outer side in the width direction is a rear sunshade rib, but the inner sunshade rib 31 may be a rear sunshade rib, and the outer sunshade rib 32 may be a front sunshade rib. That is, the sunshade ribs located on the inner side in the width direction of the armrest 15 may be sunshade ribs located on the rear side.
The canopy ribs rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 33 are two canopy ribs provided with the front canopy rib 31 and the rear canopy rib 32, but at least one of the two canopy ribs may be provided. In this case, the awning rib rotatably coupled to the rotating shaft 33 is preferably an awning rib positioned on the inner side in the width direction. Two or more sunshade ribs such as a middle sunshade rib connected to the rotation shaft 33 may be provided between the front sunshade rib 31 and the rear sunshade rib 32.
The front sunshade rib 31 and the rear sunshade rib 32 have been described as having curved shapes extending rearward from the rotation shaft 33 and standing upward, but may have a general linear shape.
In the present embodiment, the stroller 1 is described as a foldable stroller, but may be an unfoldable stroller. In this case, the lower end portion of the armrest support member 17 may be connected to any member of the vehicle body frame 10, or may be connected to the rear leg 13, for example. The push rod 20 of the stroller 1 is of a back-to-face switching type, but may be fixed to either of a back-to-face type or a face-to-face type.
In the above-described embodiment, the child-care implement to which the sunshade is attached is a stroller, but the child-care implement is not limited to this, and may be any child-care implement such as a baby seat, a baby cradle, or a child-care chair.
While the embodiments of the present application have been described above with reference to the drawings, the present application is not limited to the stroller of the illustrated embodiments. Various modifications and variations can be made to the embodiments with respect to the drawings within the same scope as or within the equivalent scope to the present application.
Claims (5)
1. A stroller is provided with:
a vehicle body frame and a sunroof;
the vehicle body frame includes: front and rear legs extending in the up-down direction; a pair of armrests provided at both ends in the width direction of the seat surface; and a pair of armrest support members, the upper end portions of which are connected to the rear end portions of the pair of armrests;
the awning includes an awning rib mounted to be rotatable in a forward and backward direction via a rotation shaft connecting the armrest and the armrest support member.
2. The stroller of claim 1, wherein the sunshade ribs include an inner sunshade rib on an inner side in the width direction and an outer sunshade rib on an outer side in the width direction.
3. The stroller of claim 2, wherein the inboard sunroof bone is a forward sunroof bone rotatable in a forward direction,
the outer awning rib is a rear awning rib which can rotate towards the rear.
4. The stroller of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sunshade ribs have a curved shape extending rearward from the rotation axis and then standing upward.
5. The stroller of any of claims 1-3, wherein the stroller is collapsible,
the armrest support member is provided such that an upper end portion thereof is rotatably coupled to a rear end portion of the armrest, and a lower end portion thereof is switchable between a position locked to the rear foot and a position unlocked from the locking.
