The invention relates to a spinneret plate polishing device and a spinneret plate polishing method, wherein the polishing device comprises a clamp for fixing an annular spinneret plate and a rotation executing mechanism for driving the clamp to rotate; the polishing mechanism comprises a first guide wheel, a second guide wheel, an abrasive belt and an elastic pressing assembly, wherein the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel are parallel to each other, the abrasive belt is wound between the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel, and the elastic pressing assembly enables the first guide wheel to press a cloth hole area of an annular spinneret plate on the clamp; the axis of the first guide wheel is parallel to the radial direction of the annular spinneret plate on the clamp. Background
Spinneret plates are key components of chemical fiber spinning machines and function to convert a viscous fluid polymer melt or solution through orifices into a stream of fine cross-sectional shapes which is solidified by a solidifying medium such as air or a solidifying bath to form fibers. The higher the smoothness of the hole distribution area on the spinneret plate, the higher the product quality, so that the spinneret plate needs to be polished in the spinneret plate processing process.
However, for the annular spinneret plate, the cloth hole area is in a concave annular shape, and the traditional grinding and polishing equipment cannot process the annular spinneret plate. At present, no polishing equipment specially aiming at the annular spinneret plate exists, and only a manual grinding mode can be adopted, so that the labor is wasted, the efficiency is low, the consistency of the produced spinneret plate is poor, and the smooth finish cannot meet the requirement.

The first guide wheel seat 42 is movably disposed on the support 41, the first guide wheel 43 is rotatably disposed on the first guide wheel seat 42, and when the first guide wheel seat 42 moves relative to the second guide wheel seat 44, the axes of the first guide wheel 43 and the second guide wheel 45 are always parallel to each other, and the axis of the first guide wheel 43 is parallel to the radial direction of the annular spinneret plate 1 on the fixture 2.
Specifically, a guide rail is disposed on the bracket 41, and the first guide wheel seat 42 is movably disposed on the guide rail. The elastic pressing assembly is used for pressing the annular spinneret hole area on the fixture by the first guide wheel, and the elastic pressing assembly comprises an elastic piece which is arranged between the first guide wheel seat 42 and the bracket 41 and presses the first guide wheel seat 42 to move towards the direction away from the second guide wheel seat 44. A sanding belt 46 is wound between the first guide wheel 43 and the second guide wheel 45.
The damping adjustment assembly is used to adjust the rotational damping of the at least one guide wheel. S5, when the hole area of the annular spinneret 1 is polished smooth, the friction between the hole area and the abrasive belt 46 is reduced, and the abrasive belt 46 cannot be driven to move. When the abrasive belt does not move along the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel any more, the rotation executing mechanism is closed, and the polishing process is finished at the moment.
