The working principle is as follows: the invention pours the cobalt sulfate solution into the first filter screen cylinder 16, simultaneously starts the driving motor 8, the driving motor 8 drives the linkage gear 9 to rotate through the driving gear 7, so that the first electric telescopic rod 10 drives the fixed connecting ring 14 to rotate along the annular supporting chute 11, the cobalt sulfate solution is diffused to the periphery under the action of centrifugal force and sequentially passes through the first filter screen cylinder 16 and the second filter screen cylinder 15, large-particle residues in the cobalt sulfate solution are blocked in the first filter screen cylinder 16, small-particle residues are filtered in the second filter screen cylinder 15, simultaneously when the cobalt sulfate solution flows downwards through the second filter screen cylinder 15 under the action of centrifugal force, the second electric telescopic rod 25 is synchronously started to extend upwards and slowly, in the process, the ball screw 20 rotates relative to the screw rod sleeve 21, so that the lifting filter screen plate 23 rotates in the process of rising upwards, the raised strip-shaped raised filter screen 32 is swept in the cobalt sulfate solution to filter smaller particle residues conveniently, so that further filtering is realized, finally, the cobalt sulfate solution flows into the recovery barrel 27 through the corrugated expansion pipe 28, when impurities in the first filter screen barrel 15 and the second filter screen barrel 16 need to be removed, the driving motor 8 is stopped, the first electric telescopic rod 10 is started to extend downwards, the extrusion ring 13 extrudes the elastic extrusion ejector rod 19 downwards, the elastic extrusion ejector rod 19 distributed around the extrusion ring bends outwards to expand the first filter screen barrel 16 and the second filter screen barrel 15, the first filter screen barrel 16 and the second filter screen barrel 15 expand outwards due to the extrusion of the elastic extrusion ejector rod 19, so that meshes are enlarged, residues clamped on the meshes fall off conveniently, and the closed ring 17 and the closed circular plate 18 fall down along with the downward extension of the first electric telescopic rod 10, so that the lower ends of the first filter screen cylinder 16 and the second filter screen cylinder 15 are opened, residues filtered conveniently fall on the lifting filter screen plate 23, and then the lifting filter screen plate 23 is taken out; when the cobalt sulfate solution is filtered, after flowing out from the bottom of the filter cartridge 1, the vibrator 3 is started, and the electric guide rail 2 is started simultaneously to drive the vibrator 3 to move downwards, so that the vibrator 3 contacts the outer wall of the filter cartridge 1 from top to bottom and drives the side wall of the filter cartridge 1 to vibrate, so that residual solution adhered to the inner wall of the filter cartridge 1 and parts connected with the inner part of the filter cartridge 1 can shake off and fully flow out, and when the vibrator 3 moves downwards to the bottommost part, the second approach induction switch 5 is triggered to drive the electric guide rail 2 to move upwards with the vibrator 3, and the vibrator reciprocates in the mode.
