and the dimension classification submodule 220 is used for classifying the yoga action posture information of the user according to the body type information corresponding to the flexibility dimension, the balance dimension and the strength dimension to generate dimension posture classification information.
And the evaluation module 300 is used for evaluating each yoga action posture of the user according to the dimension posture classification information and a preset body type evaluation standard of each evaluation dimension to generate body evaluation information of the user.
In order to solve the technical problem that yoga beginners can not carry out the exercise of pertinence yoga exercise according to own health condition among the prior art, this system lets yoga coach and beginners know the true condition of user self health through the yoga style of some bases, carry out the evaluation of a plurality of dimensions to user's health condition, in order to obtain a comprehensive reasonable evaluation result, make the pertinence exercise plan according to the evaluation result in the convenience follow-up, in order to improve the weak link of oneself, complement the short slab of oneself, reach effectual yoga exercise effect. Firstly, after the user makes some basic yoga actions in sequence according to the yoga exercise action exercise sequence, the posture acquisition module 100 acquires the related yoga action posture information of the user, wherein the yoga action posture information includes various posture types, the maintaining time of each posture type, the action forms of various parts, and the like. After acquiring yoga action posture information of a user, in order to ensure the comprehensiveness of evaluation, evaluation is performed from multiple dimensions, each evaluation dimension and a style corresponding to each evaluation dimension are set firstly, a reference basis is provided for subsequent classification evaluation, the general evaluation dimensions comprise three dimensions of flexibility, balance and strength, the classification module 200 classifies the yoga action posture information of the user according to different dimensions to obtain dimension posture classification information, and the dimension posture classification information comprises dimensions, posture styles, posture maintaining time and the like; after classification, the evaluation module 300 evaluates the yoga action postures of the user in each dimension according to the style evaluation standards of different dimensions, evaluates the body state of the user from multiple dimensions, and generates body evaluation information of the user, wherein the body evaluation information of the user comprises evaluation grades, evaluation scores, evaluation results of each dimension and other information.
This system lets the user know the true condition of self health through the yoga style of some foundations, combines a plurality of dimensions of assessing to assess the user's health condition to obtain a comprehensive assessment result, make the pertinence exercise plan according to the assessment result conveniently follow-up, reach effectual yoga exercise effect.
As shown in fig. 3, according to the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the evaluation module 300 includes a flexibility evaluation sub-module 310, a balance evaluation sub-module 320, a strength evaluation sub-module 330, and an evaluation information sub-module 340, wherein:
the flexibility evaluation sub-module 310 is configured to perform flexibility evaluation on each yoga action posture of the user according to the flexibility dimension posture information in the dimension posture classification information and a preset flexibility dimension style evaluation standard in each evaluation dimension, and generate user flexibility evaluation information;
the balance evaluation sub-module 320 is configured to perform balance evaluation on each yoga action posture of the user according to balance dimension posture information in the dimension posture classification information and a preset body type evaluation standard of a balance dimension in each evaluation dimension, and generate user balance evaluation information;
the strength evaluation sub-module 330 is configured to perform strength evaluation on each yoga action posture of the user according to the strength dimension posture information in the dimension posture classification information and a preset body type evaluation standard of the strength dimension in each evaluation dimension, and generate user strength evaluation information;
and the evaluation information sub-module 340 is configured to generate user body evaluation information according to the user flexibility evaluation information, the user balance evaluation information, and the user strength evaluation information.
In order to ensure that the physical condition of the user is comprehensively and accurately evaluated, the evaluation standards of all style types with different dimensions are set according to the requirements of different dimensions, and then the flexibility evaluation sub-module 310 evaluates 5 style types of standing anteflexion type, cattle face type, lotus seat type, sitting angle type and monkey type of the user according to the style evaluation standard of the flexibility dimensions, so that the flexibility evaluation information of the user is generated; the flexibility evaluation information includes an evaluation level and an evaluation score of the flexibility dimension. The balance evaluation sub-module 320 evaluates whether the tree-type standard of the user is satisfied according to the body-type evaluation standard of the balance dimension, and generates user balance evaluation information, which includes the balance ability level and the score. The force evaluation sub-module 330 evaluates whether the elbow holding fantasy chair type, elbow flat type, locust type and side plate type of the user are standardized according to the body type evaluation standard of the force dimension to generate user force evaluation information, wherein the user force evaluation information comprises force level and score. And finally, the evaluation information submodule 340 forms complete user body evaluation information according to the evaluation information of the three dimensions.
As shown in fig. 3, according to the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the yoga exercise physical assessment system further includes a graph drawing module 400 for drawing and displaying the dimension assessment graph according to the user physical assessment information.
In order to facilitate visual and clear observation of the physical conditions of users with multiple dimensions, the dimension evaluation graph is established, and the visual graph of three dimensions of the FBS is drawn.
As shown in fig. 4, in a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, which includes a memory 101 for storing one or more programs; a processor 102. The one or more programs, when executed by the processor 102, implement the method of any of the first aspects as described above.
Also included is a communication interface 103, and the memory 101, processor 102 and communication interface 103 are electrically connected to each other, directly or indirectly, to enable transfer or interaction of data. For example, the components may be electrically connected to each other via one or more communication buses or signal lines. The memory 101 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 102 executes the software programs and modules stored in the memory 101 to thereby execute various functional applications and data processing. The communication interface 103 may be used for communicating signaling or data with other node devices.
The Memory 101 may be, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory 101 (RAM), a Read Only Memory 101 (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory 101 (PROM), an Erasable Read Only Memory 101 (EPROM), an electrically Erasable Read Only Memory 101 (EEPROM), and the like.
The processor 102 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The Processor 102 may be a general-purpose Processor 102, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 102, a Network Processor 102 (NP), and the like; but may also be a Digital Signal processor 102 (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method and system and method can be implemented in other ways. The method and system embodiments described above are merely illustrative, for example, the flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of methods and systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated together to form an independent part, or each module may exist separately, or two or more modules may be integrated to form an independent part.
In a fourth aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by the processor 102, implements the method according to any one of the first aspect described above. The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory 101 (ROM), a Random Access Memory 101 (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Claims (10)

1. The yoga exercise body evaluation method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
acquiring yoga action posture information of a user;
classifying the yoga action posture information of the user according to preset posture information of each evaluation dimension to generate dimension posture classification information;
and evaluating each yoga action posture of the user according to the dimension posture classification information and a preset body type evaluation standard of each evaluation dimension to generate body evaluation information of the user.
2. The yoga exercise body evaluation method of claim 1, wherein the method for classifying the yoga action posture information of the user according to the preset posture information of each evaluation dimension to generate the dimension posture classification information comprises the following steps:
presetting evaluation dimensions and inputting style information corresponding to each evaluation dimension, wherein the evaluation dimensions comprise flexibility dimensions, balance dimensions and strength dimensions;
and classifying the yoga action posture information of the user according to the body type information corresponding to the flexibility dimension, the balance dimension and the strength dimension to generate dimension posture classification information.
3. The yoga exercise body evaluation method of claim 1, wherein the method for evaluating each yoga action posture of the user according to the dimension posture classification information and the preset body style evaluation standard of each evaluation dimension, and the method for generating the user body evaluation information comprises the following steps:
performing flexibility evaluation on each yoga action posture of the user according to the flexibility dimension posture information in the dimension posture classification information and a preset body type evaluation standard of the flexibility dimension in each evaluation dimension to generate user flexibility evaluation information;
carrying out balance evaluation on each yoga action posture of the user according to balance dimension posture information in the dimension posture classification information and a preset body type evaluation standard of a balance dimension in each evaluation dimension to generate user balance evaluation information;
performing force evaluation on each yoga action posture of the user according to the force dimension posture information in the dimension posture classification information and a preset body type evaluation standard of the force dimension in each evaluation dimension to generate user force evaluation information;
and generating user body evaluation information according to the user flexibility evaluation information, the user balance evaluation information and the user strength evaluation information.
4. The yoga exercise physical assessment method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
and drawing and displaying the dimension evaluation graph according to the body evaluation information of the user.

the dimension setting submodule is used for presetting evaluation dimensions and inputting style information corresponding to each evaluation dimension, and the evaluation dimensions comprise flexibility dimensions, balance dimensions and strength dimensions;
and the dimension classification submodule is used for classifying the yoga action posture information of the user according to the style information corresponding to the flexibility dimension, the balance dimension and the strength dimension to generate dimension posture classification information.
7. The yoga exercise evaluation system of claim 5, wherein the evaluation module comprises a flexibility evaluation sub-module, a balance evaluation sub-module, a strength evaluation sub-module, and an evaluation information sub-module, wherein:
the flexibility evaluation module is used for performing flexibility evaluation on each yoga action posture of the user according to the flexibility dimension posture information in the dimension posture classification information and a preset flexibility dimension body type evaluation standard in each evaluation dimension to generate user flexibility evaluation information;
the balance evaluation sub-module is used for carrying out balance evaluation on each yoga action posture of the user according to balance dimension posture information in the dimension posture classification information and preset body type evaluation standards of balance dimensions in each evaluation dimension to generate user balance evaluation information;
the force evaluation sub-module is used for carrying out force evaluation on each yoga action posture of the user according to the force dimension posture information in the dimension posture classification information and a preset body type evaluation standard of the force dimension in each evaluation dimension to generate user force evaluation information;
and the evaluation information submodule is used for generating user body evaluation information according to the user flexibility evaluation information, the user balance evaluation information and the user strength evaluation information.
8. The yoga exercise physical assessment system of claim 5, further comprising a graph drawing module for drawing and displaying the dimension assessment graph according to the user physical assessment information.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing one or more programs;
a processor;
the one or more programs, when executed by the processor, implement the method of any of claims 1-4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-4.
