The drying and sterilizing technology of the existing livestock transport vehicle mainly adopts an air heater to heat the air in the whole room, because different parts of the transport vehicle are made of different materials, the difference of heating capacity is large, tires of the vehicle body are usually made of rubber materials, and after the vehicle body reaches the specified temperature, the tires do not reach the specified temperature, if the vehicle body is continuously heated, the tires are damaged, so that the heating of the tire area becomes the key problem of drying and sterilizing the transport vehicle. In the prior art, a device which can heat a vehicle body and a tire simultaneously and enable the tire to reach a specified temperature on the premise of not damaging the vehicle body is lacked.
