Abstract
A preparation method and application of a soft capsule film coating premix comprises the following steps: 1) weighing and preparing materials; 2) dispersing; 3) totally mixing; 4) and packaging and warehousing, preparing the film coating premix into coating liquid, and spraying the coating liquid outside the pill to form a layer of functional film. The film coating premix prepared by the invention adopts the optimal dispersion time, ensures that all materials are fully and uniformly mixed and dispersed, the fineness meets the requirement of the optimal mesh number, and the hopper mixing agent mixes the materials dispersed by the wet mixing granulator for 60 minutes at fixed points, thereby ensuring the consistency of the same batch of products, improving the stability of the products and further ensuring the coating to achieve the optimal effect.

Technical Field

Background
The soft capsule preparation is commonly used in medicines or health-care foods, the market demand of health-care products, particularly soft capsules, is getting bigger, the requirement on the quality of the soft capsule is getting higher, and the coating plays a great role in improving the quality of the soft capsule.
The soft capsule is prepared from gelatin, glycerol or other suitable medicinal adjuvants, and can be made into capsule or capsule. The soft capsule preparation is mostly used for water insolubility; the liquid oily substance can be directly sealed into a capsule, the preparation is a new preparation formulation, the soft capsule preparation has many advantages, and can solve the problems that some traditional Chinese medicine preparations cannot solve, but also has some problems, such as difficult storage, easy caking, adhesion, deformation, capsule skin breakage, oil leakage, seam cracking and the like in the places where the soft capsule meets damp and heat.

thirdly, slowly adding the weighed film coating premix to the vortex of the stirred solvent in a flowing manner, and finishing the adding within 3-5 minutes;
d. basic parameters of the film coating machine:

the spray guns are vertical to the pill bed and are 20-30 cm apart, the sector of the coating liquid sprayed out of the spray nozzles is arranged in the upper middle part of the pill bed, two adjusting bolts are arranged on the spray guns, the atomization adjustment can be adjusted until the atomization surfaces of the three spray guns are not overlapped, the spray amount adjustment can be adjusted according to the actual situation in the coating process, so that the spray amount reaches the maximum under certain rotating speed, air inlet and outlet amount and pill core temperature, namely, the hand feeling feels that the surface of the pill core which is just sprayed with the coating liquid has a damp feeling but does not generate a pill sticking phenomenon;
f. controlling various parameters in the coating process:

in the whole coating process, the spraying amount is the maximum amount under the set parameters, namely under the condition that the rotating speed and the temperature of the pill cores are determined, the pill cores which are just sprayed with the coating liquid are felt to be moist by hands but not to be sticky, and the pill cores at the bottommost part of the tablet bed are basically dry;
g. cleaning the coating machine:
after coating, washing with ethanol, sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide alkaline solution.
And c, uniformly stirring the coating solution in the step c for not less than 45 minutes to fully dissolve and disperse the coating solution in the solvent.
And f, increasing the rotating speed of a coating machine when the coating liquid with poor flowability is used for coating.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the film coating premix prepared by the invention adopts the optimal dispersion time, ensures that all materials are fully and uniformly mixed and dispersed, the fineness meets the requirement of the optimal mesh number, and the hopper mixing agent mixes the materials dispersed by the wet mixing granulator for 60 minutes at fixed points, thereby ensuring the consistency of the same batch of products, improving the stability of the products and further ensuring the coating to achieve the optimal effect.

Detailed Description
A preparation method of a soft capsule film coating premix comprises the following steps:
1) weighing and preparing materials: accurately weighing the quantities of the components of the film forming agent, the plasticizer and the colorant by using an electronic balance and an electronic platform scale according to a production instruction, storing the components in a low-density polyethylene bag, marking, and fastening a bag opening;
2) dispersing: unpacking a bag opening of a material to be dispersed, pouring the material into a pot of a wet mixing granulation machine, wherein the model of the wet mixing granulation machine is HLSG-220B, sequentially opening keys of a stirring I, a stirring II, a cutter I and a cutter II every 10 seconds, mixing and dispersing for 15 minutes, opening a pot cover of the wet mixing granulation machine, after checking the mixing and dispersing conditions, covering the pot cover, dispersing for 15 minutes again, setting the rotation number operation parameter of the mixing granulation machine in the dispersing step to be 300 revolutions per minute, and discharging after the dispersing is finished;

The solid content of the enteric JHPS type film coating premix is generally 8.0 to 14.0 percent,

regulating atomization:
in the early coating process, the atomization is adjusted to be maximum, and the brightness of the added color can be properly adjusted to be smaller in the later period;
controlling the spraying amount:
in the whole coating process, the spraying amount is the maximum amount under the set parameters, namely under the condition that the rotating speed and the temperature of the pill cores are determined, the pill cores which are just sprayed with the coating liquid are felt to be moist by hands but not to be sticky, and the pill cores at the bottommost part of the tablet bed are basically dry;
g. cleaning the coating machine:
after coating, washing with ethanol, sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide alkaline solution.
In the cleaning process of the infusion pipeline and the spray gun, the coating liquid is not remained as much as possible, and the infusion pipeline and the spray gun are thoroughly cleaned after being soaked by the corresponding solution, so that the infusion pipeline is ensured to be free of the residual coating liquid; the spray gun must not be cleaned by hard objects, and a soft brush or a swab can be used to avoid damaging precision parts of the spray gun and influencing the spraying or atomizing effect.
And c, uniformly stirring the coating solution in the step c for not less than 45 minutes to fully dissolve and disperse the coating solution in the solvent.
And f, increasing the rotating speed of a coating machine when the coating liquid with poor flowability is used for coating.
The stirring and cutting of the wet mixing granulator were run simultaneously, and the coating effect was verified by fixed point sampling tests on the material for different dispersion times of 20min, 40min, 60min and 70min, as shown in table 1.

1) weighing and preparing materials: accurately weighing the quantities of the components of the film forming agent, the plasticizer and the colorant by using an electronic balance and an electronic platform scale according to a production instruction, storing the components in a low-density polyethylene bag, marking, and fastening a bag opening;
2) dispersing: unpacking the to-be-dispersed materials, pouring the to-be-dispersed materials into a pot of a wet mixing granulator, sequentially opening keys of a stirring I, a stirring II, a cutter I and a cutter II every 10 seconds, mixing and dispersing for 15 minutes, opening a pot cover of the wet mixing granulator, covering the pot cover after checking the mixing and dispersing conditions, dispersing for 15 minutes again, and discharging after the dispersing is finished;
3) total mixing: untie the bag mouth of the mixed material, pour into the hopper blender, set for mixing time 60 minutes, start to start it to stop automatically, open the discharge port, press "discharging" button, discharge to the low density polyethylene bag, until finishing discharging;
