Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a scalp separator, which includes a connecting seat 1, a connecting rod 2 and a plurality of cutting members 3 for separating scalp; connecting seat 1 is located to a plurality of connecting rods 2 circumference, and arbitrary connecting rod 2 one end rotates with connecting seat 1 to be connected, and arbitrary connecting rod 2 other end rotates with cutting member 3 to be connected.
In this example, when the scalp is removed at necropsy, the scalp is cut from both ears toward the top of the head, and a small hole is cut in the scalp at the top of the head. A plurality of cutting members 3 are inserted into the small holes of the scalp at the top of the head, the operator squeezes the end of the connecting base 1, and the connecting base 1 transmits force to the cutting members 3 through the connecting rod 2. Along with the movement of the connecting seat 1, the connecting rod 2 can rotate around the connecting seat 1, the cutting piece 3 and the connecting rod 2 rotate relatively, the free end of the cutting piece 3 is always positioned at the joint of the scalp and the skull, the scalp is pushed to turn outwards by the force of the cutting piece 3, and finally the complete separation of the front and back two-piece scalp and the skull is realized.
Compared with the prior art that the scalp is directly lifted by the forceps, the operation of the embodiment is simpler, and the scalp is not easy to damage in the process of separating the scalp.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a scalp separator, which includes a connecting seat 1, a connecting rod 2 and a plurality of cutting members 3 for separating scalp; connecting seat 1 is located to a plurality of connecting rods 2 circumference, and arbitrary connecting rod 2 one end rotates with connecting seat 1 to be connected, and arbitrary connecting rod 2 other end rotates with cutting member 3 to be connected.
In this example, when the scalp is removed at necropsy, the scalp is cut from both ears toward the top of the head, and a small hole is cut in the scalp at the top of the head. Two hands of the corpse penetrate through the locking rings 13, the length of the telescopic part 12 is adjusted, the fixing frame 11 is located above the vertex of the head, at the moment, the cutting parts 3 are inserted into small holes of the scalp at the vertex of the head, the handle 9 is rotated by an operator, the push rod 7 pushes the connecting seat 1 to move to the vertex of the head due to the threaded connection of the push rod 7 and the fixing frame 11, and the connecting seat 1 transmits the pushing force to the cutting parts 3 through the connecting rod 2. Because the push rod 7 is rotatably connected with the connecting seat 1 through the bearing 10, when the push rod 7 rotates, the cutting part 3, the connecting rod 2 and the connecting seat 1 cannot rotate.
Compared with the embodiment 1, the connecting seat 1 can be ensured to move to the top of the head by rotating the handle 9, the operation is simpler, and time and labor are saved; and the telescopic piece 12, the locking ring 13 and the fixing frame 11 can ensure that the skull does not deviate in the scalp separating process, so that the scalp separation is simpler.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, each cutting member 3 includes a connecting plate 4, one end of the connecting plate 4 is rotatably connected to the connecting rod 2, and the other end of the connecting plate 4 is a free end; one side surface of the connecting plate 4 is an arc surface facing the central axis of the connecting seat 1.
In detail, if connecting plate 4 and connecting rod 2 were made integratively, can lead to connecting plate 4 can't laminate with the skull all the time, at the separation scalp in-process, along with connecting seat 1 constantly is close to the top of the head, the contained angle of connecting plate 4 and connecting seat 1 axis is bigger and bigger, and the free end of connecting plate 4 is probably propped the scalp brokenly. One side of the connecting plate 4 is arc-shaped, so that the connecting plate 4 can be tightly attached to the skull, and the free end of the connecting plate 4 cannot be far away from the joint of the scalp and the skull.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, any of the cutting members 3 further comprises a blade 5 and a squeezing head 6; blade 5 and extrusion head 6 all locate the free end of connecting plate 4, and blade 5 is located between connecting seat 1 axis and the extrusion head 6. The section of the blade 5 can be a right triangle, when the scalp is separated, the surface of the right-angle side of the blade 5 is attached to the skull, and the extrusion head 6 is contacted with the scalp. The blade 5 is affected by the pressure of the connecting plate 4, the scalp is peeled from the skull at the point of the blade 5, and the scalp which is just separated from the skull is squeezed away by the squeezing head 6. It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the scalp is not damaged by the extrusion head 6 during the scalp separation process, an end of the extrusion head 6 away from the connecting plate 4 needs to be set to be a cambered surface. The extrusion head 6 can be made of rubber, so that the extrusion head 6 has a certain buffering function and the extrusion head 6 can not damage the scalp.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, one end of the push rod 7 is provided with a first baffle 19 and a second baffle 20, the connecting base 1 is provided with the mounting hole 8, the push rod 7 is slidably disposed in the mounting hole 8, and the connecting base 1 is located between the first baffle 19 and the second baffle 20.
In detail, because the push rod 7 needs to push the connecting seat 1 to slide, and the push rod 7 can rotate while moving axially, in order to avoid the push rod 7 to drive the connecting seat 1 to rotate together, the middle part of the connecting seat 1 is provided with a mounting hole 8, and the push rod 7 can rotate in the mounting hole 8. If the push rod 7 and the connecting seat 1 are integrated, when the push rod 7 is rotated, the connecting seat 1 can drive the connecting rod 2 and the cutting piece 3 to rotate together, the cutting piece 3 is attached to the scalp and the skull, the cutting piece 3 can be subjected to resistance of the scalp, the resistance can be transmitted to the push rod 7, and the push rod 7 is hard to rotate; secondly, if the torsion force of the push rod 7 is large, the cutting part 3 and the connecting rod 2 rotate along with the connecting seat 1, and at the moment, the scalp is easily damaged by the cutting part 3 and the connecting rod 2.
In detail, in order to ensure that the axial force of the push rod 7 is smoothly transmitted to the connecting seat 1, a first baffle plate 19 and a second baffle plate 20 are disposed on the push rod 7, the connecting seat 1 is located between the first baffle plate 19 and the second baffle plate 20, when the push rod 7 moves towards the scalp, the first baffle plate 19 pushes the connecting seat 1 to move, and the second baffle plate 20 prevents the connecting seat 1 from falling off from the push rod 7.
In this embodiment, a handle 9 is disposed at an end of the push rod 7 away from the connecting base 1, the handle 9 is detachably connected to the push rod 7, and the second baffle 20 is fixed at an end of the push rod 7 away from the handle 9. As shown in fig. 3, when the push rod 7, the first baffle plate 19, the bearing 10 and the connecting base 1 are installed, the bearing 10 is installed in the installation hole 8, at this time, the push rod 7 penetrates through the bearing 10 from the bottom of the connecting base 1, then penetrates through the first baffle plate 19, is fixed with the handle 9, and then the first baffle plate 19 is welded to the push rod 7. In the present embodiment, the push rod 7, the first baffle plate 19 and the second baffle plate 20 may be made of stainless steel.
It should be noted that, when welding the first baffle plate 19, a gap of 0.2-1 mm needs to be reserved between the first baffle plate 19 and the connecting seat 1, if the first baffle plate 19 is too close (less than 0.2mm) to the end surface of the connecting seat 1, the first baffle plate 19 and the connecting seat 1 are both subjected to heavy abrasion, and even the first baffle plate 19 drives the connecting seat 1 to rotate by virtue of friction force; if the first baffle 19 is too far away from the end face of the connecting seat 1 (greater than 1mm), the connecting seat 1 and the push rod 7 will shake, which is not beneficial to separating the scalp.
In detail, the side wall of the handle 9 may be provided with anti-slip threads, which facilitate the operator to rotate the handle 9, and the anti-slip threads may increase the friction force between the handle 9 and the palm.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bearing 10 is provided in the mounting hole 8, and the push rod 7 is fitted in the inner hole of the bearing 10. If do not have bearing 10, push rod 7 and mounting hole 8 direct contact because push rod 7 often rotates, lead to push rod 7 and mounting hole 8 to wear seriously, long-term wearing and tearing back, the gap is bigger and bigger between push rod 7 and the mounting hole 8, and push rod 7 can take place to rock with connecting seat 1, is unfavorable for separating the scalp.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the scalp separator includes a fixed frame 11, a pair of extensible members 12, and a pair of locking rings 13 through which an arm passes; the push rod 7 penetrates through the fixed frame 11, and the push rod 7 is connected with the fixed frame 11 in a sliding manner; one end of any telescopic part 12 is rotationally connected with the fixed frame 11, and the other end of any telescopic part 12 is connected with the locking ring 13. The fixing frame 11 is provided with a threaded hole, the outer side wall of the push rod 7 is provided with threads, and the push rod 7 is in threaded connection with the mounting hole 8.
In detail, the fixing frame 11 has a certain supporting function. As shown in fig. 2, when the handle 9 is rotated, the fixing frame 11 is in a static state relative to the corpse, the resistance of the scalp to the cutting element 3 is finally transmitted to the fixing frame 11 through the push rod 7, at this time, the force of the push rod 7 to the fixing frame 11 makes the fixing frame 11 far away from the skull of the corpse, and the telescopic element 12 and the locking ring 13 prevent the fixing frame 11 from far away from the corpse. The fixing frame 11 can also ensure that the skull of the corpse does not shake, which affects the scalp separation of operators.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 6 and 7, the telescopic member 12 includes a support rod 14, a locking cover 15 and a sleeve 16 having an open end; one end of the support rod 14 is rotatably connected with the fixed frame 11, and the other end of the support rod 14 penetrates through the lock cover 15 and is inserted into the sleeve 16; the bottom of the sleeve 16 is rotatably connected to the locking ring 13.
