When the chestnuts with overlarge volumes need to be processed and the chestnuts are contacted with the blades, even if the springs 5 are extruded by the chestnuts, the blades 6 still can mark the chestnuts with overlarge openings and affect the marking efficiency and the quality of the chestnut kernels. Therefore, when the chestnut with a large volume is cut, the adjusting nut 7 is screwed out of the roller 1 for a certain distance in advance, and the depth of cutting the chestnut can be controlled.
When the chestnut with too small volume contacts with the blade 6, the extrusion force applied by the spring 5 is too small, the reaction force applied by the spring 5 on the supporting part 4 is too small, and the chestnut skin is difficult to be scratched, therefore, when the chestnut with small volume is scratched, the chestnut skin can be scratched by screwing the adjusting nut 7 to the side of the roller for a certain distance in advance.
