In this embodiment, the coupon generation module 401 is configured to generate the public coupon and a plurality of virtual coupon codes for members in a group to use when a condition for triggering generation of the public coupon is satisfied, and in this way, when a plurality of groups participate in distribution activities of the public coupon, a cumbersome process that the generation condition of the public coupon needs to be repeatedly created for each company is avoided, and the efficiency of generation and distribution of the coupon is improved.

The present embodiment provides a management system of an electronic coupon, which is based on embodiment 4 or embodiment 5, as shown in fig. 7, wherein the management system further includes an order management module 403 and a coupon code status modification module 404;
the order management module 403 is configured to invoke the ticket code state modification module 404 when an order placing instruction is received and the order placing instruction is associated with a usage instruction of a public coupon, and the ticket code state modification module 404 is configured to modify a state of any virtual ticket code, which is in an unused state, to be unused.
For example, under the condition of charging the virtual coupon code of 100-20 with the actual stock of 10 sent by 1000, the order management module 403 is used for calling the coupon code state modification module 404 when the user places an order and uses the corresponding public coupon, and the module can be used for modifying the state of an unused virtual coupon code to be used randomly or according to a preset sequence, and at this time, the actual stock of the corresponding public coupon becomes 9.
The use of public coupons is further explained by the interaction of the user account with the management platform as follows:
as shown in fig. 4, in the ordering process of the user, for example, when a certain product or service is queried, it is queried whether the available stock balance of the virtual coupon code corresponding to the public coupon of the company account associated with the current intercept point user account is greater than 0, if not, it is indicated that there is no available public coupon, and the product list or service list queried to the original price is directly displayed to the user; if yes, the public coupon is available, and a product list or a service list with marked price (namely, the original price and the price after the coupon is used) is displayed to the user. The user selects a product which can use the coupon, clicks a 'submit order' button, at the moment, whether the available inventory allowance of a virtual coupon code corresponding to the public coupon of the company account associated with the current intercept point user account is larger than 0 or not is inquired again, if not, the public coupon is prompted to be used up in advance, whether the order is continuously placed according to the amount of the non-coupon is prompted to the user, and the user can pay or initiate price inquiry again; if still greater than 0, consumption information associated with the user account, virtual coupon code, and order number is generated and the actual inventory of public coupons is decremented by 1. At the moment, the user is prompted to continue paying to complete the order placing, and when the user pays, the successful use of the inventory of the public coupons is indicated.
In this embodiment, the order management module 403 is configured to query the available stock balance of the virtual coupon code under the company account associated with the real-time user account when querying the product or service and placing an order by the user, so as to avoid the occurrence of over-sale, for example, in the process of selecting a product by the user, other users of the same company have used all the stocks of the public coupon, and at this time, the current user cannot use the public coupon.
In this embodiment, when the user uses a public coupon, the coupon code state modification module 404 marks the state of a virtual coupon code corresponding to the public coupon managed by the management platform as used, so as to reduce the actual inventory of the public coupon.
In a specific embodiment, the order management module 403 is further configured to invoke the ticket code state modification module 404 when the order cancellation instruction is received and the order associated with the order cancellation instruction is associated with the usage instruction of the public coupon, and the ticket code state modification module 404 is configured to modify the state of the corresponding virtual ticket code to be unused.
For example, under the condition of charging the virtual coupon code of 100-20 with the actual stock of 10 sent by 1000, if the order management module 403 inquires that the actual stock of the current public coupon is 9, if a certain order is cancelled and the order is associated with information that the employee under the company to which the coupon belongs uses the public coupon, the coupon code state modification module 404 marks the state of the virtual coupon code associated with the used public coupon as unused.
The cancellation process of public coupons is further explained below by the interaction of the user account with the management platform:
the order management module 403 is configured to, when a user account initiates a refund for a certain committed order record, and if the order has a corresponding relationship between the user account, the virtual ticket code, and the order number, reverse-check a company account associated with the account, and return the virtual ticket code to an available stock pool of a current company account, that is, the ticket code state modification module 404 marks a current state of the virtual ticket code as unused, so that the refund is successful.
In this embodiment, after the user uses the electronic coupon, if the predetermined order is cancelled, since the coupon is not bound to the user account of the specific user, the used public coupon is re-marked from the used state to an unused state, the corresponding stock is returned to the company account, and other users can continue to use the electronic coupon, thereby further improving the intelligence and convenience of the management of the public coupon.
The present embodiment provides an electronic device, which may be represented in the form of a computing device (for example, may be a server device), and includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, where the processor executes the computer program to implement the method for managing an electronic coupon in any one of embodiments 1 to 3.
Fig. 8 shows a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of the present embodiment, and as shown in fig. 8, the electronic device 9 specifically includes:
at least one processor 91, at least one memory 92, and a bus 93 for connecting the various system components (including the processor 91 and the memory 92), wherein:
the bus 93 includes a data bus, an address bus, and a control bus.
The processor 91 executes various functional applications and data processing, such as a method for managing an electronic coupon according to any one of embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention, by executing the computer program stored in the memory 92.
The electronic device 9 may further communicate with one or more external devices 94 (e.g., a keyboard, a pointing device, etc.). Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 95. Also, the electronic device 9 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the Internet) via the network adapter 96. The network adapter 96 communicates with the other modules of the electronic device 9 via the bus 93. It should be understood that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the electronic device 9, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processors, external disk drive arrays, RAID (disk array) systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, etc.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several units/modules or sub-units/modules of the electronic device are mentioned, such a division is merely exemplary and not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more of the units/modules described above may be embodied in one unit/module, according to embodiments of the application. Conversely, the features and functions of one unit/module described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of units/modules.

The present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the program, when executed by a processor, implementing the steps of the method for managing electronic coupons of any one of embodiments 1-3.
More specific examples, among others, that the readable storage medium may employ may include, but are not limited to: a portable disk, a hard disk, random access memory, read only memory, erasable programmable read only memory, optical storage device, magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In a possible implementation manner, the present invention can also be implemented in the form of a program product including program code for causing a terminal device to execute steps of implementing the method for managing electronic coupons of any one of embodiments 1-3 when the program product is run on the terminal device.
Where program code for carrying out the invention is written in any combination of one or more programming languages, the program code may be executed entirely on the user device, partly on the user device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user device and partly on a remote device or entirely on the remote device.
While specific embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that this is by way of example only, and that the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims. Various changes and modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A management method of electronic coupons, characterized in that said management method comprises:
generating a public coupon and a plurality of virtual coupon codes corresponding to the public coupon;
issuing the public coupon into a corresponding company account;
the public coupon is an electronic coupon that is available for use with a user account associated with the corporate account, and the virtual coupon codes represent an actual inventory of the public coupon.
2. The method for managing electronic coupons of claim 1 wherein said step of issuing said public coupon to a corresponding corporate account further comprises:
and when an ordering instruction is received and is associated with a use instruction of the public coupon, modifying the state of any virtual coupon code with an unused state into the used state.
3. The method for managing electronic coupons according to claim 2, wherein said step of modifying the state of any virtual coupon code whose state is unused to the state of the virtual coupon code that is used further comprises:
and when an order canceling instruction is received and the order associated with the order canceling instruction is associated with the using instruction of the public coupon, modifying the state of the corresponding virtual coupon code into unused.
4. A method for managing electronic coupons according to any of claims 1 to 3 and also comprising:
when the account state of the company account triggers a public coupon generating condition, executing the step of generating the public coupon and a plurality of virtual coupon codes;
the generation condition comprises the corresponding relation between the account state of the user account and the type of the public coupon and the number of the virtual coupon codes under the corresponding type.
5. A management system for electronic coupons, said management system comprising: the system comprises a coupon generating module and a coupon issuing module;
the coupon generating module is used for generating a public coupon and a plurality of virtual coupon codes corresponding to the public coupon;
the coupon issuing module is used for issuing the public coupons to corresponding company accounts;
the public coupon is an electronic coupon that is available for use with a user account associated with the corporate account, and the virtual coupon codes represent an actual inventory of the public coupon.
6. The system for managing electronic coupons of claim 5 wherein said management system further includes an order management module and a coupon code status modification module;
the order management module is used for calling the ticket code state modification module when an order placing instruction is received and the order placing instruction is associated with a using instruction of the public coupon, and the ticket code state modification module is used for modifying the state of any virtual ticket code with an unused state into a used state.
7. The system for managing electronic coupons of claim 6 wherein said order management module is further configured to invoke said coupon code status modification module when an order cancellation instruction is received and an order associated with said order cancellation instruction is associated with an instruction for using said public coupon, said coupon code status modification module being configured to modify the status of a corresponding virtual coupon code to be unused.
8. The system for managing electronic coupons according to any one of claims 5-7, wherein said coupon generation module is used for generating a public coupon and a plurality of virtual coupon codes when the account status of said company account triggers the condition for generating the public coupon;
the generation condition comprises the corresponding relation between the account state of the user account and the type of the public coupon and the number of the virtual coupon codes under the corresponding type.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of managing electronic coupons of any of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for managing electronic coupons recited in any one of claims 1 to 4.
