Abstract
The application discloses multiple spot projection screen, which is characterized by comprising a screen and a projection module. The scheme is suitable for general diffuse reflection type curtains. The brightness and the gain are improved through a multi-point projection mode, compared with the existing laser television screen, the brightness and the gain are improved by more than several times, the anti-interference capability is greatly enhanced, and the requirement on the screen is greatly reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to projection devices, and more particularly to a multi-point projection screen.
Background
At present, the household laser television on the market adopts an ultra-short focal oblique projection mode and is matched with an anti-light curtain to enhance the picture contrast. It has the main disadvantages that:
firstly, the brightness of the single point light source cannot reach a high level all the time, and the ideal visual effect cannot be achieved when the indoor ambient light is turned on, especially when the size is larger than 120 inches.
Secondly, because the light-resistant curtain adopts a geometric structure with a special angle, only a point light source can be used, and the luminous intensity of the point light source cannot meet the requirement of a large-size screen due to factors such as heat dissipation limited by the luminous intensity and the like.
Thirdly, the brightness of the projection light at the four corners of the screen is relatively low, the center of the projection light is high, in order to make the brightness of the picture consistent, the brightness at the center position can only be sacrificed under the condition of software adjustment, and the brightness uniformity of the picture cannot be balanced by improving the brightness at the four corners, so that the overall brightness is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multipoint projection screen scheme to solve the problem of insufficient brightness of a projection screen in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the application provides the following technical scheme: the application discloses multiple spot projection screen, including screen, projection unit.
Preferably, the screen can be a diffuse reflection type screen, especially the high brightness micro-curved projection screen described in patent 2021102861077, which can better exert the high brightness effect of the device.
Preferably, the projection module can be composed of a plurality of same projection units, the projection modules can be arranged on the upper side, the lower side, the left side and the right side of the screen, the modules support various image data processing devices, finally, the brightness of the picture is improved in a multipoint projection mode, and the brightness of each module can be intelligently adjusted, so that the whole picture, including the center and the periphery, can reach a relatively close brightness level.
Preferably, the projection module can be composed of a plurality of same projection units, and because the brightness and the gain are improved by more than several times compared with the current laser television screen, the anti-interference capability is greatly enhanced, and the requirement on the screen is greatly reduced.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an up-down multipoint projection structure provided by the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a side view of an up-down multipoint projection structure provided by the present invention.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the bottom-up projection light path according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical features of the present invention easier to understand, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below, and the detailed description will be made with reference to the drawings:
fig. 1 shows one example of the present invention.
The structure of the projection screen comprises a 1 diffuse reflection type projection screen, a group of projection modules are arranged at the upper part and the lower part respectively, such as a 2 top projection module and a 4 bottom projection module in figure 1, the projection modules can be provided with at least 2 projection units, such as 3 in figure 1, and the data processing can be internally arranged at the back side of the 1 screen shown in figure 1 or in the 4 bottom projection module.
Further, as shown in the optical path diagram of fig. 3, the three bottom projection units are at the same horizontal height and at different positions, so that a special optical lens is required to correct the three projection units, so that the patterns projected on the screen by the three projection units are completely overlapped.
Through the technical implementation, the projection brightness can be directly and effectively improved, and the higher brightness can also support larger screen size.
Further, when the size of the screen is continuously increased and the projection brightness above the screen is difficult to ensure, the projection module shown in 2 in fig. 1 can be added, and the projection brightness from top to bottom can be enhanced through the same correction processing of the lens and the mirror image processing of the image data.
Because the curtain is the diffuse reflection, so have the biggest visual angle, compared with fresnel lens curtain and black grid curtain, it does not need specific projection angle, and is more nimble reliable when the design preparation concrete object.
The invention can increase the projection brightness by several times, which makes it possible to adjust the local brightness higher than the average brightness in a software manner, i.e. to reduce the local brightness.
The foregoing is considered to be merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of this application and not all embodiments thereof. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
