A steel bar mesh cage drying production line for aerated concrete plates comprises a drying box body (1), a feeding track (11) arranged at the head end of the drying box body (1) and a discharging track (12) arranged at the tail end of the drying box body (1), it is characterized by also comprising a cylinder mould transfer vehicle (2) and a convection air supply mechanism (3), the mesh cage transfer vehicle (2) enters the drying box body (1) from the feeding track (11) and leaves the drying box body (1) from the discharging track (12), in the process that the mesh cage transfer trolley (2) is transferred to the tail end of the drying box body (1) along the length direction of the drying box body (1), the convection air supply mechanism (3) controls the convection of air in the drying box body (1) and gradually transfers the moist water vapor to the head end of the drying box body (1) for outputting;
the convection gas supply mechanism (3) comprises an annular gas passing assembly (31), a rotary driving piece (32) and a gas pumping assembly (33), when the cylinder mould transfer vehicle (2) moves to the convection gas supply mechanism (3), the annular gas passing assembly (31) is driven to rotate by the rotary driving piece (32), and the gas pumping assembly (33) pumps or adsorbs steam to the cylinder mould transfer vehicle (2);
the annular gas passing assembly (31) comprises a rectangular gas passing ring (310) formed by splicing two C-shaped pipes (311) and a start-stop control unit (312) arranged in the C-shaped pipes (311), wherein the C-shaped pipes (311) are provided with gas holes A (3111) facing the gas passing ring (310) and gas holes B (3112) opposite to the gas holes A (3111), the gas holes A (3111) and the gas holes B (3112) are controlled by the start-stop control unit (312) to be alternately opened, the gas holes B (3112) are opened when the gas passing ring (310) rotates to a horizontal state, and the gas holes A (3111) are opened when the gas passing ring (310) is in a non-horizontal state;
the gas pumping assembly (33) comprises a gas pump (331), a pumping unit (332) and a guide (333), the guide (333) comprises an upper outlet (3331) and a lower outlet (3332), the gas pump (331) conducts the C-shaped pipe (311) through the upper outlet (3331) to pump dry hot air, and the pumping unit (332) conducts the C-shaped pipe (311) through the lower outlet (3332);
the pumping unit (332) is a piston-cylinder, a baffle (3333) is arranged in the middle of the lower outlet (3332) to divide the lower outlet (3332) into a first port (33321) and a second port (33322), and the air outlet end of the pumping unit (332) is connected with the second port (33322);
the baffle plate (3333) is used for controlling the air flow to flow from the second port (33322) to the first port (33321) but not to flow in the reverse direction;
the drying box further comprises a cabin door (4), the cabin doors (4) are respectively arranged at the head end and the tail end of the drying box body (1), and the rotary driving piece (32) drives the cabin doors (4) to ascend, close or descend to open a channel;
be equipped with gas collection storehouse (41) on hatch door (4), when passing gas ring (310) and rotating to the horizontality, gas pocket B (3112) intercommunication gas collection storehouse (41), when hatch door (4) descend to the bottom, gas collection storehouse (41) with stoving box (1) outside switches on.
