s1, when the equipment is used, firstly, the standard steel needing to be cooled is placed in the placing box (7), then the equipment is started through the control panel (18), so that the servo motor (4) is controlled to drive the rotating shaft (5) to rotate, at the moment, the rotating shaft (5) drives the shaft sleeve (6) and the placing box (7) to rotate, and the placing box (7) is inclined to the inside of the water receiving box (2);
s2, guiding the liquid in the filter box (9) into the spray head (175) through the water pump (14) in cooperation with the return pipe (15) and the hose (16), spraying the mark steel in the placing box (7) by the spray head (175), starting the driving motor (112) to drive the driving belt pulley (114) to rotate, driving the double-groove belt pulley (117) to rotate under the driving of the driving belt pulley (114), driving the driven belt pulley (172) and the reciprocating screw rod (171) to rotate through the double-groove belt pulley (117), and sliding the sliding block (174) to slide outside the reciprocating screw rod (171) and the auxiliary rod (173) so as to reciprocate the position of the spray head (175);
s3, liquid sprayed out through a spray head (175) enters the inside of the water receiving box (2) after the box (7) is placed, at the moment, the liquid inside the water receiving box (2) enters the inside of the filter cartridge (10) through a guide pipe (8), the filter cartridge (10) rotates under the driving of a driving motor (112) and a cross rod (113), impurities inside the liquid are filtered on the inner wall of the filter cartridge (10), when the filter cartridge (10) drives the impurities to rotate to the upper side of the slag collection box (115), the impurities fall into the slag collection box (115), meanwhile, the conveying auger (116) rotates inside the slag collection box (115) under the driving of a double-groove belt pulley (117), and under the conveying of the conveying auger (116), the impurities inside the slag collection box (115) are discharged through a slag discharge pipe (118);
s4, when liquid is filtered, the fan (121) is started, the fan (121) passes through the air pipe (122) and the branch pipe (123) to the inside of the filter box (9), the gas entering the inside of the filter box (9) can cool the liquid, and meanwhile, impurities adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter cartridge (10) can be blown off to the inside of the slag collection box (115).
