The first ring opening 21 is also provided with a locking opening 7, and the inner ring body 3 is attached to the side edge of the locking opening 7, which is close to the second ring opening 22. The position of the first assembly cambered surface corresponding to the locking part 7 is provided with a stable cambered surface 61, the stable cambered surface 61 is an inner concave surface, and the inner ring body 3 is attached to the stable cambered surface 61.
In the working process of the rod end joint bearing, the locking port part 7 on the first ring port 21 can avoid the generation of forward release action of the inner ring body 3 and the self-lubricating layer whenever the inner ring body 3 receives outward stretching force and has a trend of outward action. The inner ring body 3 is limited in the outer ring body 2 by the wrapping surface formed by the first assembly cambered surface and the second assembly cambered surface 41 in cooperation with the locking part 7. After the inner ring body 3 is arranged in the outer ring body 2, the front part of the inner ring body 3 is attached to the side edge of the locking part 7 close to the second ring opening 22, namely the inner side edge of the locking part 7, at the position where the axis of the inner ring body 3 and the axis of the outer ring body 2 are coincident, and the design effectively reduces the front-back gap between the inner ring body 3 and the outer ring body 2, so that the assembly compactness of the inner ring body 3 and the outer ring body 2 is improved. The stable cambered surface 61 is used for assisting the inner ring body 3 to keep stable in the running process of the rod end joint bearing, and avoids the position of the first assembly cambered surface corresponding to the locking part 7 from forming point contact or line contact with the inner ring body 3 due to machining errors, so that the integral running effect of the rod end joint bearing is affected.
The assembly grooves 5 are arranged in a central symmetry manner by taking the central axis of the outer ring body 2 as the axis. The assembly grooves 5 are arranged on the first ring opening 21 of the outer ring body 2 in a central symmetry structure, the area of the first ring opening 21, where the assembly grooves 5 are not arranged, is a locking opening part 7, the number of the assembly grooves 5 is even, the structure is an outer arc groove, and the inner ring body 3 can be ensured to be smoothly arranged in the outer ring body 2.
The rod end body 1 includes, but is not limited to, three structures, one of which is; the end, far away from the outer ring body 2, of the rod end body 1 is of a hollow structure, an inner thread structure is arranged on the inner wall of the hollow structure, and the rod end body 1 is used for being directly connected with screws of various mechanical equipment; the end of the third rod end body 1 far away from the outer ring body 2 is of a hollow structure, the outer surface of the hollow structure is provided with external threads, the inner wall of the hollow structure is provided with internal threads, and the rod end body 1 is used for compound connection. The rod end body 1 with the different structures can effectively improve the universality of the assembled plastic rod end joint bearing disclosed in the application. In this embodiment, rod end body 1 is hollow structure, and its hollow structure inner wall is provided with the internal thread for connect the screw rod of all kinds of equipment, it is convenient to assemble.
The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the assembled plastic rod end joint bearing, which comprises the following steps:
s1: injection molding the inner ring body 3;
s2: injection molding the rod end body 1;
s3: injection molding the sealing member 4;
s4: the inner ring body 3 is arranged in the outer ring body 2 from the first ring opening 21;
s5: and adjusting the angle of the inner ring body 3 to the position where the inner ring body 3 and the outer ring body 2 are concentric, loading the sealing element 4 into the assembly groove 5 from the first ring opening 21, buckling the buckling inner groove on the outer ring body 2 by the buckling strip 42 on the sealing element 4, and attaching the second assembly cambered surface 41 on the inner edge of the sealing element 4 to the inner ring body 3 to complete the assembly of the assembled plastic rod end joint bearing.
In the method, the inner ring body 3, the outer ring body 2 and the sealing piece 4 are respectively subjected to mold opening injection molding, and the injection molding requirements comprise: 1. the inner ring body 3 is concentric with the outer ring body 2; 2. the first assembling cambered surface on the outer ring body 2 corresponds to the second assembling cambered surface 41 on the sealing element 4; the two influencing hardness standards are used for ensuring smooth operation of the inner ring body 3 after assembly forming. After injection molding of the three components, the inner ring body 3 can be smoothly installed in the outer ring body 2 by the assembly groove 5, and after the assembly, the sealing element 4 is buckled on the first ring opening 21, so that the plastic rod end joint bearing with stable structure and smooth operation is obtained. When in actual use, the movable rod can be smoothly operated only by connecting the movable rod with the ring opening in the middle of the inner ring body 3.
The manufacturing method of the rod end knuckle bearing in this embodiment is as follows: firstly, injection molding an inner ring body 3, wherein a ring opening for connecting a movable rod is formed in the middle of the inner ring body 3, and the radian of the outer surface of the inner ring body 3 meets the design size requirement after cooling and stabilization under the support of test data; then the outer ring body 2 is injection molded, so that the radius of the first assembling cambered surface of the outer ring body 2 is ensured to be matched with the radius of the inner ring body 3; in the present embodiment, the assembly groove 5 has a two-half arc structure separately disposed in the left-right direction of the first ring opening 21; finally, the sealing element 4 is injection molded, so that the second assembling cambered surface 41 of the sealing element 4 corresponds to the second assembling cambered surface 41 of the outer ring body 2. The injection molded inner ring body 3 and outer ring body 2 have uniform density, complete structure and smooth and flawless inner and outer surfaces.
After the injection molding is completed, the inner ring body 33 is installed in the outer ring body 22 vertically installed in a posture in which the central axis is vertical, and since the diameter of the inner ring body 33 is slightly smaller than the distance between the left and right fitting grooves 5, the inner ring body 33 can be smoothly installed in the outer ring body 22, and after the installation, the inner ring body 33 is rotated so that the central axis thereof rotates by 90 ° and coincides with the central axis of the outer ring body 22, at this time, the inner ring body 33 and the outer ring body 22 remain in a concentric state, and the inner ring body 33 cannot be removed from the first ring port 2121 under the restriction of the lock port 7. The locking part 7 is matched with the first assembling cambered surface to ensure the anti-interference performance of the assembling structure. After the inner ring body 33 is installed, the sealing element 4 is pressed into the assembly groove 5 on the first ring opening 21, so that the clamping strip 42 is completely buckled with the clamping inner groove, and the whole plastic rod end joint bearing is manufactured. When the plastic rod end joint formed by injection molding and assembled is operated, the self-lubricating rod end joint has the characteristics of self-lubrication, good running smoothness and stability, light weight, low cost and the like, and can be applied to the fields of medicines, foods and the like.
It should be noted that the assembly groove 5 may be disposed as a plurality of through grooves uniformly formed around the first ring opening 2121 for simultaneously performing injection molding to obtain the self-lubricating layer 4 with uniform density and complete structure.

Unlike embodiment 1, in this embodiment, the outer surface of the end body 1 far away from the outer ring body 2 is provided with an external thread structure, the end body 1 is a screw structure, and the end body 1 is used for connecting screw holes of various mechanical devices.
The rod end body 1 in the embodiment 1 is a female rod end body 1, and the diversity of the male rod end body 1 in the embodiment 2 can ensure that the rod end joint bearing can adapt to the requirements of various mechanical equipment, and the adaptability and the universality of the rod end joint bearing are effectively improved.

a first assembly cambered surface is arranged between the first ring opening and the second ring opening of the outer ring body; the inner edge of the sealing piece is provided with a second assembly cambered surface, and the radius of the second assembly cambered surface corresponds to the radius of the radian of the first assembly cambered surface;
after the sealing element is installed in the assembly groove, the second assembly cambered surface is jointed with the first assembly cambered surface to form a wrapping surface for the inner ring body together;
the axial height of the inner ring body is smaller than the radial length, and the inner ring body is attached to the first assembling cambered surface;
the rod end body and the outer ring body are of an integrated structure, and the outer ring body and the inner ring body are injection molding pieces.

s2: injection molding the rod end body;
s3: injection molding the sealing piece;
s4: the inner ring body is arranged in the outer ring body from the first ring opening;
s5: the inner ring body is arranged in the outer ring body which is vertically arranged in a central axis vertical posture, the angle of the inner ring body is adjusted to the concentric position of the inner ring body and the outer ring body, the sealing element is arranged in the assembly groove from the first ring opening, the clamping strip on the sealing element is buckled with the clamping inner groove on the outer ring body, the second assembly cambered surface of the inner edge of the sealing element is attached to the inner ring body, and the assembly of the joint bearing of the assembled plastic rod end is completed.
