The drainage management system of claim 1, wherein: remote monitoring module (3) still are connected with fire alarm module (21), fire alarm module (21) are including hot infrared human sensor (22) and alarm (23), alarm (23) are used for the artifical warning of underground garage personnel, hot infrared human sensor (22) are used for detecting whether inside personnel of underground garage are detained and feedback information gives surveillance center (7), surveillance center (7) judge whether report to the police according to the site conditions.
