The inner and outer locking arms 6 are provided with inner and outer locking arm rotating shafts 64, and the inner and outer locking arms 6 swing back and forth around the inner and outer locking arm rotating shafts 64. The inner and outer locking arms 6 are also provided with lock cylinder mounting holes 63 connected with the outer opening lock cylinder, the outer opening lock cylinder can drive the inner and outer locking arms 6 to swing back and forth by a key by taking the inner and outer locking arm rotating shaft 64 as a center, and the locking pin 13 is separated from the hook 21 of the inner and outer opening arm 2 by the inner and outer locking arm rotating shaft 64 in the swinging process, so that the outer opening lock cylinder outside the vehicle door can not open the vehicle door.
The inner and outer locking arms 6 are controlled by the outer opening lock cylinder, the inner and outer locking arms 6 can be provided with an electric control remote control lock, the electric control remote control lock is arranged on the inner and outer locking arms 6 to receive opening and closing signal instructions of a remote control key, and the opening and closing signal instructions of the remote control key are matched with the electric control remote control lock to realize door opening and closing actions. The remote control key sends weak electric waves, the automobile antenna receives signals of the electric waves, the signal codes are identified through the remote control module, and then the electric control remote control lock (a motor or an electromagnetic coil) executes the actions of opening and closing the automobile door.
An inner locking swing arm 7 is connected to the other end of the inner and outer locking arm 6, and the inner locking swing arm 7 swings the inner and outer locking arm 6 to disengage the locking pin 13 from the hook 21 of the inner and outer opening arm 2. The other end of the inner and outer locking arms 6 is provided with a ball head 62 connected with the inner locking swing arm 7, the inner locking swing arm 7 is connected with an automatic locking system, when the vehicle speed reaches a set target vehicle speed, the automatic locking system controls the inner locking swing arm 7 to move, the inner locking swing arm 7 drives the inner and outer locking arms 6 to swing through the ball head 62, the inner and outer locking arms 6 enable the locking pin 13 to be separated from the hook 21 of the inner and outer opening arms 2 through swinging, and the vehicle door cannot be opened outside the vehicle door.
Principle of operation
The embodiment of the application provides a vehicle door lock body structure with a double-locking function, and as the vehicle door lock body structure integrates an opening linkage arm assembly 1, the opening linkage arm assembly 1 comprises an opening linkage arm 11, a locking pin swing arm 12 and a locking pin 13, the locking pin 13 is fixedly connected to one end of the locking pin swing arm 12, and the locking pin swing arm 12 is rotatably connected with the opening linkage arm 11; the inner and outer opening arms 2 are rotatably connected with the opening linkage arm 11, one end of each inner and outer opening arm 2 is provided with a hook 21 for hooking the locking pin 13, and the inner and outer opening arms 2 hook the locking pin 13 through the hooks 21 to drive the opening linkage arm 11 to swing so as to open the vehicle door; secondary locking mechanism 3, secondary locking mechanism 3 include secondary lock swing arm 31, after the other end butt of secondary lock swing arm 31 and locking round pin swing arm 12 to make locking round pin 13 break away from in the couple 21 of arm 2 is opened from inside and outside.

The door lock body is simple in structure, compact in arrangement and low in cost, and can lock the door from the inside of the vehicle, so that personal and property safety of a driver is guaranteed.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle door lock body structure with double locking functions is characterized by comprising:
the unlocking linkage arm assembly (1) comprises an unlocking linkage arm (11), a locking pin swing arm (12) and a locking pin (13), wherein the locking pin (13) is fixedly connected to one end of the locking pin swing arm (12), and the locking pin swing arm (12) is rotatably connected with the unlocking linkage arm (11);
the inner and outer opening arms (2) are rotatably connected with the opening linkage arm (11), one end of each inner and outer opening arm (2) is provided with a hook (21) which hooks the locking pin (13), and the inner and outer opening arms (2) hook the locking pin (13) through the hooks (21) to drive the opening linkage arm (11) to swing so as to open the vehicle door;
secondary locking mechanism (3), secondary locking mechanism (3) are including secondary lock swing arm (31), work as the one end of secondary lock swing arm (31) with behind the other end butt of lock round pin swing arm (12), so that lock round pin (13) are followed break away from in couple (21) of inside and outside open arm (2).
2. The vehicle door lock body structure with the double-locking function as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the secondary locking mechanism (3) further comprises a rocker arm (32), the other end of the secondary locking swing arm (31) is provided with an opening connected with the rocker arm (32), and one end of the rocker arm (32) extends into the opening of the secondary locking swing arm (31) to drive the secondary locking swing arm (31) to swing back and forth.
