Abstract
本发明公开了轻量化内饰板及其毛坯上墙安装工艺,内饰板包括依次设置的装饰层、芯层和基层,所述装饰层、芯层和基层的厚度比例为3:5:1,所述芯层采用密度为1100‑1650g/m2的PP玻纤板,所述装饰层和所述芯层之间设置有阻燃层和抗菌层。本发明采用PP玻纤作为芯层,复合表面装饰层和底层基层,实现板材的轻量化设计。表面设置有不规则的凸起的横条纹,板材表面立体感强,外观自然美观。本发明内饰板结构简单,性能优良,不易开裂破损,适用范围较广。采用具有上述特征的内饰板用于墙面装饰,可直接上墙,不用找平,环保安全,且施工操作简单。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料技术领域,更具体涉及一种轻量化内饰板及其毛坯上墙安装工艺。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对于建筑材料或装饰材料的环保性、安全性、以及实用性都有了更高的要求,人们对汽车及家装内饰材料的轻量化需求日益增加。目前市场上传统轻量化复合板多采用人造板结构,用普通的粘合剂粘接而成。人造板则是利用天然木材和其加工中的边角废料,经过机械加工而成的板材,在生产过程中绝大部分采用脲醛树脂或改性的脲醛胶,这类胶黏剂具有胶接强度高、不易开胶的特点,但它在一定条件下会产生甲醛释放,甲醛被世界卫生组织确定为致癌和致畸性物质,对人体健康造成一定的危害。现有家装及办公内饰,墙面多采用墙纸、墙布等装饰材料,提高美观性,但施工安装时均需要墙面找平,施工复杂。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种轻量化内饰板及其毛坯上墙安装工艺,采用本内饰板对墙面进行装饰,可直接上墙,不用找平,环保安全,且施工操作简单。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种轻量化内饰板,包括依次设置的装饰层、芯层和基层,所述装饰层、芯层和基层的厚度比例为3:5:1,所述芯层采用密度为1100-1650g/m2的PP玻纤板,所述装饰层和所述芯层之间设置有阻燃层和抗菌层。
装饰层采用质地较轻的针织面料,基层采用无纺布,复合形成的复合板,质地较轻,总密度在1150-1800g/m2。实现板材的轻量化功能,且具有阻燃和抗菌功能,安全环保。
进一步,所述装饰层采的表面设置有若干凸起的横条纹,所述横条纹的长度设置在10-15cm,宽度为0.1-0.3cm。表面具有凹凸感,可以增强触摸时的手感;同时观赏时也更具立体感,可以使外观更加自然、富有真实感。
进一步,上下相邻所述横条纹之间设置有交接段,上下最大间隔为0.4-0.6cm。横条纹为曲线形,相邻上下与左右直接均相交接重合,上下两层之间的间隔亦为不等距。设置横条纹增大装饰层表面的摩擦性能,用于汽车内饰板或者房屋墙板,表面形成不规则的凸条花型,防滑且提高美观性。
进一步,所述阻燃层采用石墨层,阻燃层根据板材用途采用石墨粉涂层或者在板材内添加阻燃剂形成,该阻燃层有足够的热稳定性把阻燃主体和热源隔开,从而延缓和终止聚合物的分解,而且本身无毒,受热时不产生有毒和腐蚀性气体,并能大大降低发烟量,减少对人体的伤害。
进一步,所述基层采用无纺布,与所述芯层之间涂有粘结层,通过高温热压复合而成,粘结层采用胶水涂覆在基层的上表面后,与芯层通过复合机热压复合而成,结构紧实,长期使用后不易产生开裂等质量问题。
进一步,所述抗菌层采用纳米抗菌板,能够强效抗菌、抑菌、效果持久。
一种轻量化内饰板的毛坯上墙安装工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(1)在墙面上固定安装若干安装槽,
(2)将内饰板直接粘在墙板上,不用找平;
(3)内饰板的各边角固定在安装槽内;
(4)对墙面进行检验,保证整体平整度。
采用具有上述特征的内饰板用于墙面装饰,无需墙面毛坯找平,直接在墙面上安装若干个安装槽,在墙面打上粘贴胶剂,内饰板卡入安装槽内后,进行按压平整即可。墙面上的安装槽根据位置需要进行调整配置,包括工字槽、单面槽,墙面中间部位的竖直安装槽两侧均设有卡槽,边缘(墙面上下左右边缘处)的安装槽只需要设置单面槽即可。
进一步,对墙面进行平整度检验时,若发现内饰板有凸起不平处,对其进行按压,利用其本身弹性和底部粘贴剂进行调整。在墙面上涂覆粘贴剂(具有一定的厚度),在粘贴剂未干固的情况下,对内饰板进行按压,在内饰板的弹性性能和底部粘贴剂的共同矫正下,使得墙板表面达到平整装状态。
综上所述,本发明内饰板采用PP玻纤作为芯层,复合表面装饰层和底层基层,实现板材的轻量化设计。表面设置有不规则的凸起的横条纹,板材表面立体感强,外观自然美观。本发明结构简单,性能优良,不易开裂破损,适用范围较广。本发明内饰板做墙面装饰时,无需毛坯找平,直接上墙,边缘利用工字型安装槽进行连接固定,操作简单,整体平整度及美观性较好。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图2对本发明一种轻量化内饰板及其毛坯上墙安装工艺的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
一种轻量化内饰板,包括依次设置的装饰层1、芯层4和基层5,所述装饰层1、芯层4和基层5的厚度比例为3:5:1,所述芯层4采用密度为1100-1650g/m2的PP玻纤板,所述装饰层1和所述芯层4之间设置有阻燃层2和抗菌层3。
装饰层1采用质地较轻的针织面料,基层5采用无纺布,复合形成的复合板,质地较轻,总密度在1150-1800g/m2。实现板材的轻量化功能,且具有阻燃和抗菌功能,安全环保。
本实施例优选地,所述装饰层1采的表面设置有若干凸起的横条纹,所述横条纹的长度设置在10-15cm,宽度为0.1-0.3cm。表面具有凹凸感,可以增强触摸时的手感;同时观赏时也更具立体感,可以使外观更加自然、富有真实感。

一种轻量化内饰板的毛坯上墙安装工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(1)在墙面上固定安装若干安装槽6,
(2)将内饰板直接粘在墙板上,不用找平;
(3)内饰板的各边角固定在安装槽6内;
(4)对墙面进行检验,保证整体平整度。
采用具有上述特征的内饰板用于墙面装饰,无需墙面毛坯找平,直接在墙面上安装若干个安装槽6,在墙面打上粘贴胶剂,内饰板卡入安装槽6内后,进行按压平整即可。墙面上的安装槽6根据位置需要进行调整配置,包括工字槽、单面槽,墙面内侧的安装槽两侧均设有卡槽,边缘(墙面上下左右边缘处)的安装槽6只需要设置单面槽即可。
本实施例优选地,对墙面进行平整度检验时,若发现内饰板有凸起不平处,对其进行按压,利用其本身弹性和底部粘贴剂进行调整。在墙面上涂覆粘贴剂(具有一定的厚度),在粘贴剂未干固的情况下,对内饰板进行按压,在内饰板的弹性性能和底部粘贴剂的共同矫正下,使得墙板表面达到平整装状态。

为了验证本方案内饰板的性能,与常用几种板材进行了对比分析,并进行各项实验检测,通过上述各实验测试数据可知,采用本申请方案的轻量化内饰板,各项性能指标均比较优异。

1.一种轻量化内饰板,其特征在于:包括依次设置的装饰层、芯层和基层,所述装饰层、芯层和基层的厚度比例为3:5:1,所述芯层采用密度为1100-1650g/m2的PP玻纤板,所述装饰层和所述芯层之间设置有阻燃层和抗菌层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻量化复合板材,其特征在于:所述装饰层采的表面设置有若干凸起的横条纹,所述横条纹的长度设置在10-15cm,宽度为0.1-0.3cm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轻量化复合板材,其特征在于:上下相邻所述横条纹之间设置有交接段,上下最大间隔为0.4-0.6cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻量化复合板材,其特征在于:所述阻燃层采用石墨层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轻量化复合板材,其特征在于:所述基层采用无纺布,与所述芯层之间涂有粘结层,通过高温热压复合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轻量化复合板材,其特征在于:所述抗菌层采用纳米抗菌板。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一所述轻量化内饰板的毛坯上墙安装工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(1)在墙面上固定安装若干安装槽,
(2)将内饰板直接粘在墙板上,不用找平;
(3)内饰板的各边角固定在安装槽内;
(4)对墙面进行检验,保证整体平整度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的轻量化内饰板的毛坯上墙安装工艺,其特征在于:对墙面进行平整度检验时,若发现内饰板有凸起不平处,对其进行按压,利用其本身弹性和底部粘贴剂进行调整。
