s6: pouring the cleaned polyester raw material and the cleaned additive into the heating box 151, starting the heating box 151 and the stirring component 153, and fully heating and stirring the polyester raw material and the additive to obtain a mixed solution;
s7: the valve 152 is opened, and the mixed liquid flows from the heating tank 151 to the spinning tank 161, so as to perform the spinning step.

comprises an operation table, a cleaning box, a filtering kettle, a first extraction pump, a second extraction pump, a recovery pipe, a conveying pipe, an electric screw rod, a sleeve, a supporting block, a connecting rod, a baffle frame, a filtering net, a filtering plate, a heating module and a textile module, wherein the cleaning box is fixedly connected with the operation table and positioned above the operation table, the filtering kettle is fixedly connected with the operation table and positioned above the operation table, the input end of the first extraction pump is communicated with the cleaning box, one end of the recovery pipe is fixedly connected with the output end of the first extraction pump, the other end of the recovery pipe is communicated with the filtering kettle, the input end of the second extraction pump is communicated with the filtering kettle, one end of the conveying pipe is fixedly connected with the output end of the second extraction pump, the other end of the conveying pipe is communicated with the cleaning box, and the electric screw rod is fixedly connected with the cleaning box, and is located wash the lateral wall of case, the sleeve with the output fixed connection of electronic lead screw, the supporting shoe with sleeve fixed connection, and be located telescopic lateral wall, the one end of connecting rod with the sleeve can be dismantled the connection, keep off the other end fixed connection of frame and connecting rod, and be located wash the incasement, the filter screen with keep off frame fixed connection, and be located keep off the frame, it is provided with in the washing incasement the filter to wash the incasement, weaving module with operation panel fixed connection, and be located the top of operation panel, heating module with weaving case intercommunication, and be located the top of weaving case.

controlling the first extraction pump to operate, and filtering a cleaning agent flowing into the filtering kettle from the cleaning tank through the recovery pipe;
cleaning impurities on the filter screen, controlling the second extraction pump to operate, and enabling the filtered cleaning agent to flow into the cleaning box from the filtering kettle through the conveying pipe for next cleaning;
pouring the cleaned polyester raw material and the cleaned additive into the heating box, starting the heating box and the stirring assembly, and fully heating and stirring the polyester raw material and the additive to obtain a mixed solution;
and opening the valve, and enabling the mixed liquid to flow to the spinning box from the heating box to perform a spinning step.
