Detailed Description
The following describes an apparatus and a method according to an embodiment with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an opening 2 for a doorway is provided in a building wall 1 at a landing of an elevator. A door pocket 5 including a horizontal frame 3 and a vertical frame 4 is attached to the opening 2. The door jamb 5 is assembled by adjusting the left-right position and the front-rear position for each floor in accordance with a reference point common to all floors. The opening 2 has different frame conditions depending on the building, and even in the same building, the positional relationship between the building wall 1 and the door jamb 5 differs by about ± 15mm depending on the floor. Therefore, conventionally, the position of the door jamb 5 is freely adjusted in many cases in accordance with the framework conditions of each floor, and the door jamb 5 and the building wall 1 are generally welded and fixed by using a welding piece such as a reinforcing bar for fixation. However, since the position of the door jamb 5 cannot be determined until the door jamb is welded and fixed, it is necessary to perform the operations of adjusting the door jamb 5 in the front-back direction and the left-right direction and fixing the door jamb at the same time, and it takes skill and time to assemble the door jamb 5.
In the present embodiment, there are provided an elevator door pocket assembly and a door pocket assembly method that can easily perform operations of positioning and fixing a door pocket without requiring a welding operation.
< first embodiment >
A first embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
As shown in fig. 1, an opening 2 for a doorway is provided in a building wall 1 at a landing of an elevator. A door pocket 5 including a horizontal frame 3 and a vertical frame 4 is attached to the opening 2. The door jamb 5 is assembled by adjusting the left-right position and the front-rear position for each floor in accordance with a reference point common to all floor panels. The opening 2 has different frame conditions depending on the building, and even in the same building, the positional relationship between the building wall 1 and the door jamb 5 differs by about ± 15mm depending on the floor. As shown in fig. 2, the door pocket assembly according to the embodiment includes a wall-side assembly member 11 and a door pocket-side assembly member 12, the wall-side assembly member 11 being assembled to the building wall 1, and the door pocket-side assembly member 12 being assembled to the door pocket 5.
The wall-side fitting member 11 is formed in an L shape by a long piece 11a and a short piece 11b, the short piece 11b being orthogonal to the long piece 11a and formed shorter than the long piece 11 a. The door pocket side fitting member 12 is formed in an L shape by a door pocket fitting piece 12a and a metal fitting piece 12b, and the metal fitting piece 12b is orthogonal to the door pocket fitting piece 12 a.
The door pocket 5 is fastened to the pocket mounting piece 12a of the pocket-side mounting member 12 by the fastening bolt 13 and the fastening nut 13 n. The metal fitting attachment piece 12b of the door pocket side attachment member 12 and the short piece 11b of the wall side attachment member 11 are fastened by the fastening bolt 14 and the fastening nut 14 n. Further, the long-sized piece 11a of the wall-side fitting member 11 is fitted to the building wall 1 by fastening bolts 15.
As shown in fig. 3, a long hole 16 for left and right adjustment to be fitted to the building wall 1 is provided through the long piece 11a of the wall-side fitting member 11, and a hole 17 for front and rear adjustment to be a long hole to be fitted to the door pocket-side fitting member 12 is provided through the short piece 11 b.
Two long holes 16 for left-right adjustment are formed in the longitudinal direction of the long piece 11a with the same length. The two long holes 16 for left-right adjustment are disposed at vertically symmetrical positions with respect to the holes 17 for front-rear adjustment (fastening points at which the metal fitting attachment pieces 12b of the door pocket side attachment member 12 and the short-sized pieces 11b of the wall side attachment member 11 are fastened). This is because, when the wall-side fitting member 11 is assembled after being turned upside down, the fastening bolt 15 can be constructed at the same point as the point before the turning. Thus, it is not necessary to newly open a lower hole for driving a fastening bolt in the reverse rotation, and the working time can be shortened.
Further, a tool insertion hole 18 is formed in a bent portion (a bent portion between the long piece 11a and the short piece 11 b) of the wall-side fitting member 11. Since the tool can be inserted through the tool insertion hole 18, the operator can perform the nut tightening operation for tightening the nut 14n with one hand, thereby improving the work efficiency (see fig. 12).
As shown in fig. 4, a fitting hole 19 for fitting the door pocket 5 is provided through the door pocket fitting piece 12a, and a long hole 20 for front-rear adjustment for fitting the short piece 11b is provided through the metal fitting piece 12 b. Further, a metal fitting insertion hole 21 is formed in a bent portion of the door pocket side fitting member 12 (a bent portion between the door pocket fitting 12a and the metal fitting attachment piece 12 b).
In the door pocket assembling method according to the embodiment, the wall side assembling member 11 is assembled on the building wall 1 side and the door pocket side assembling member 12 is assembled on the door pocket 5 side, the door pocket 5 is adjusted in position in the right and left direction and in the front and rear direction using the long hole 16 for right and left adjustment and the hole 17 for front and rear adjustment of the fastening portion, and the building wall 1 and the door pocket 5 are fixed by the fastening bolt 15. This makes it possible to easily perform positioning and fixing work of the door pocket 5 without requiring welding work, and to improve workability and shorten assembly time.
Next, a door pocket mounting method for mounting the door pocket 5 on the landing sill 6 of the elevator by using the door pocket mounting according to the above-described embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings of fig. 5 and the following.
FIG. 5 is a flow chart illustrating the process steps of a door pocket assembly method. First, the door pocket 5 including the pair of vertical frames 4 provided between the horizontal frames 3 is vertically fitted to the landing sill (hall) 6 (step S1).
Next, as shown in fig. 6, the door pocket side fitting members 12 as fittings on the door pocket 5 side are fitted to both ends of the horizontal frame 3 on the upper portion of the door pocket 5, and the fastening bolts 13 are inserted into the fitting holes 19 (see fig. 4) and fixed by the fastening nuts 13n (step S2).
Next, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the wall-side fitting member 11 is inserted into the metal fitting insertion hole 21 formed in the bent portion of the door pocket-side fitting member 12 in a state where the fastening bolt 14 (the half-headed square-neck bolt 14A) is assembled in the front-rear adjustment hole 17. Then, the long piece 11a is abutted against the building wall 1 of the hoistway and temporarily fixed by bolts 15 (self-drilling screws, anchor bolts, and the like) (steps S3 and S4).
Next, as shown in fig. 9, the door jamb 5 is adjusted and fixed in the left and right positions by the long holes 16 for left and right adjustment formed in the long piece 11a (step S5).
Next, as shown in fig. 10A and 10B, the fastening bolt 14 penetrating the longitudinal adjustment hole 17 of the wall-side mounting member 11 and the longitudinal adjustment long hole 20 of the door pocket-side mounting member 12 is moved and adjusted in the longitudinal direction, and the door pocket 5 is adjusted and fixed in the longitudinal direction (steps S6 and S7).
However, the position of the building wall 1 varies depending on the building, and even in the same building, the position varies from floor to floor. When the distance between the building wall 1 and the door jamb 5 in the front-rear direction is narrow and the adjustment margin (L1, L2) between the front-rear adjustment hole 17 of the wall-side fitting member 11 and the front-rear adjustment long hole 20 of the door-jamb-side fitting member 12 is insufficient, the adjustment can be performed by reversing the fitting direction of the wall-side fitting member 11. That is, as shown in fig. 10A, depending on the magnitude of the distance between the door pocket fitting piece 12a of the door pocket-side fitting member 12 and the wall surface of the building wall 1, it is selected whether to use the wall-side fitting member 11 as it is or to reverse the fitting direction. Fig. 10B shows an example in which the adjustment margin L1 is not insufficient and is assembled in a normal state. Fig. 11A and 11B show an example in which the adjustment margin L2 is insufficient and the wall-side fitting member 11 is reversely fitted.
In addition, when fastening with the fastening bolt 14, the wall-side fitting member 11 to which the fastening bolt 14 (the half-headed square-neck bolt 14A) is fitted can be inserted from the hoistway side through the metal fitting insertion hole 21 formed in the door pocket-side fitting member 12, and thus the fitting can be easily performed.
As shown in fig. 3, 12, and the like, when a tool is inserted from the tool insertion hole 18 formed in the wall-side mounting member 11 to perform a nut fastening operation for fastening the nut 14n, the operator can perform the nut fastening operation with one hand, thereby improving the work efficiency. In addition, even when the wall-side mounting member 11 is reversely mounted, the tool 22 can reach the fastening nut 14n from the hoistway side, and workability can be improved. Normally, the space between the building wall 1 and the door pocket 5 is narrow, and it is difficult to insert the tool 22 or reach between the building wall 1 and the door pocket 5 for work, but the present embodiment can perform work from the hoistway side, and can shorten the assembly time without lowering workability.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, since one-sided construction is performed from the hoistway side by fastening the wall-side fitting member 11 and the door pocket-side fitting member 12 with the half-headed square-neck bolt 14A, even when the space between the building wall 1 and the door pocket 5 is narrow, the tool 22 can be used without any problem. Further, by using the half-headed square-neck bolt 14, as shown in fig. 3, 10A, etc., the fastening hole of the wall-side fitting member 11 can be made to be the elongated hole (elongated hole for left-right adjustment 16), and the fastening hole of the door pocket-side fitting member 12 can be made to be the elongated hole 23 (see fig. 14), so that a sufficient adjustment margin can be secured without enlarging the shapes of the wall-side fitting member 11 and the door pocket-side fitting member 12.
As shown in fig. 4 and 13, in the door pocket side fitting member 12, a fitting insertion hole 21 is formed in a bent portion so that the wall side fitting member 11 can be easily fitted from the hoistway side. In addition, in order to set the contact surface with the fastening bolt 14 large and secure the adjustment margin of the front-rear adjustment hole 17, the bent portion of the door pocket side attachment member 12 is formed in a cut-and-raised shape. This eliminates the need to remove the fastening bolt 14 when the wall-side mounting member 11 is reversed during the forward/backward adjustment of the door jamb 5, and thus the working time can be shortened. Similarly, the curved portion of the wall-side fitting member 11 is cut and raised in order to set the contact surface with the fastening nut 14n large and secure the adjustment margin of the longitudinal adjustment long hole 20.
As shown in fig. 8, the wall-side fitting member 11 is provided with long holes 16 for right and left adjustment for fastening to the building wall 1 at two upper and lower points with the same length, and when the wall-side fitting member 11 is reversely assembled, fastening bolts 15 (self-drilling screws, anchor bolts) can be installed at the same points as the points before reverse. Thus, it is not necessary to newly open a lower hole for driving a fastening bolt in the reverse rotation, and the working time can be shortened. In addition, the driving position of the fastening bolt 15 can be changed in the vertical and horizontal directions according to the frame condition.
< other embodiment >
In the processing of step S2, the door pocket side attachment members 12, which are attachment members on the door pocket 5 side, are attached to both ends of the horizontal frame 3 on the upper portion of the door pocket 5, and the fastening bolts 13 are inserted through the attachment holes 19 and fixed by the fastening nuts 13 n. In this case, as shown in fig. 13, a half-headed square-neck bolt 13A is preferably used as the fastening bolt 13, and the fitting hole 19 is preferably formed by a square hole. When the half-headed square-neck bolt 13A is inserted into the mounting hole 19 formed by the square hole in advance, the half-headed square-neck bolt 13A does not fall off from the mounting hole 19, and the half-headed square-neck bolt 13A can be easily screwed to the fastening nut 13n from the hoistway side, so that the mounting work can be efficiently performed.
As shown in fig. 14, the half-headed square-neck bolt 13A is used for fastening the door jamb 5, and a fastening hole provided through the door jamb attachment piece 12a of the door jamb side attachment member 12 is a long hole 23 which is long in a direction parallel to the landing sill. Thereby, as shown in fig. 15, the left-right adjustment can be performed by the door pocket-side fitting member 12. As an assembling step, after the door pocket 5 is fastened to the wall-side assembling member 11 (after the step S3), the fastening nut 13n is unscrewed from the hoistway side, and the door pocket 5 is adjusted and fixed to the left and right. This eliminates the need to loosen the fastening bolt 15 or temporarily fasten the wall-side fitting member 11 for the left-right adjustment, and thus shortens the working time. Further, the long holes 16 for left-right adjustment of the wall-side fitting 11 are also used together, whereby the left-right adjustment margin can be increased.
< effects of the embodiment >
According to the above embodiment, the position of the door pocket can be adjusted and fixed in a limited space on the hoistway side without using welding according to different framework conditions for each building and each floor, and the time for assembling and adjusting the door pocket can be shortened.
Although several embodiments of the present invention have been described above, these embodiments are provided as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These novel embodiments can be implemented in other various forms, and various omissions, substitutions, combinations, and alterations can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and spirit of the invention, and are included in the scope of the invention described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.
