step four, performing double-sided gluing operation on the arc-shaped wood product produced in the step three;
step five, pressurizing the plurality of arc-shaped wood products by adopting a clamp to form a splicing relation among the arc-shaped wood products, continuing the pressurizing process until glue is cured, and carrying out the next operation after the glue is cured;
step six, performing coarse grinding on the upper surface and the lower surface of the spliced arc-shaped wooden product; after removing burrs and glue overflow residues, gluing the upper part and the lower part;
step seven, after the gluing operation in the step six is finished, the arc-shaped plywood in the step two is taken and covered on the upper surface and the lower surface of the arc-shaped wooden product, and the fixed mould in the step two is utilized for fixing and forming;
and step eight, after the glue is solidified, removing the mould, further finely cutting the size, attaching wood veneers to the surfaces of the finished arc-shaped plates, and finishing the processing of the wooden products and then painting.
Preferably, the engraving machine adopts a CNC machining center.
Preferably, the wood products in the fourth step adopt white latex to carry out double-sided gluing operation; the coating amount is controlled to be 120-210 grams per square meter.
Preferably, the jig used in the fifth step applies pressure in the stacking direction between the curved wooden products; the clamping distance of the clamp is 150-250mm.
Preferably, the pressurizing time of the clamp in the fifth step is 7-9h; the glue coating amount in the sixth step is 180-220 g/square meter; the thickness of the arc plywood is 3mm.
Preferably, the fixing mold is used for fixing the arc-shaped plywood and the arc-shaped wood products in the stacking direction.
Preferably, the pressing time of the fixed mold is 7-9h.
Preferably, the wood veneer in the step eight is a cloth veneer with non-woven fabrics; the veneer is finished by manually pasting the veneer on an iron.

The manual sawing operation is replaced, the processing procedures are greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

Referring to fig. 3-6, a process for manufacturing curved wood products, including plywood and wood product panels, includes the following steps:
step one, selecting and reserving machining allowance of a plywood plate according to an arc-shaped model to be machined, converting parameters of the machining allowance into an engraving file, and inputting the engraving file into an engraving machine;
step two, after the plywood plate is processed into an arc-shaped plywood finished product by the engraving machine according to the machining allowance data parameters in the step one, taking machining excess materials, and preparing the machining excess materials into a fixed die;
step three, taking the wood product plates, placing the wood product plates into a carving machine, inputting the parameters of the finished product of the arc-shaped plywood formed in the step two into the carving machine, and finally carving the wood product plates to obtain arc-shaped wood products matched with the specifications of the finished product of the arc-shaped plywood;
step four, performing double-sided gluing operation on the arc-shaped wood product produced in the step three;
step five, pressurizing the plurality of arc-shaped wood products by adopting a clamp to form a splicing relation among the arc-shaped wood products, continuing the pressurizing process until glue is cured, and carrying out the next operation after the glue is cured;
step six, performing coarse grinding on the upper surface and the lower surface of the spliced arc-shaped wooden product; after removing burrs and glue overflow residues, gluing the upper part and the lower part;
specifically, the rough grinding is performed by using 150# -180# sand paper.
Step seven, after the gluing operation in the step six is completed, the arc-shaped plywood in the step two is taken and covered on the upper surface and the lower surface of the arc-shaped wood product, and the fixed mould in the step two is used for fixing and forming;
and step eight, after the glue is solidified, removing the mould, further finely cutting the size, attaching wood veneers to the surfaces of the finished arc-shaped plates, and finishing the processing of the wooden products and then painting.
Furthermore, the engraving machine adopts a CNC machining center.
Further, the wood products in the fourth step adopt white latex to carry out double-sided gluing operation; the coating amount is controlled to be 120-210 grams per square meter.
In the embodiment, the coating weight is preferably controlled to 150-180 g/square meter, and a small amount of glue is spilled after pressurization.
Further, the clamp adopted in the fifth step presses along the laminating direction of the arc-shaped wooden products; the clamping distance of the clamp is 150-250mm.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the number of the clips depends on the length of the curved wooden product, and a clip is preferably used at a distance of 200 mm. The specific structure of the clamp is as shown in fig. 5, and the clamp comprises a guide rod, wherein the guide rod is provided with a horizontal moving part, and a clamping seat (in the embodiment, a nut and a screw rod are adopted, and the mode of controlling the clamping seat can be realized in other modes) is arranged on the guide rod at a fixed distance, and after the nut outside the clamping seat is rotated, the clamping seat moves inwards and clamps the arc-shaped wooden products from two sides. Generally, because the length of the curved wooden products is long, it is difficult to ensure the tight fit between the curved wooden products except for the clamped portion by one clamp, and therefore, it is an optimal way to arrange one clamp at an interval of about 200 mm.
The clamp belongs to the conventional technical means, so the specific structure of the clamp is not described again.
Further, the pressurizing time of the clamp in the fifth step is 7-9h; the glue coating amount in the sixth step is 180-220 g/square meter; the thickness of the arc plywood is 3mm.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the pressing time of the jig for the arc-shaped wooden product is set to 8 hours as an optimum time period, and the time period of the clamping at the time of use is determined as the case may be (e.g., ambient temperature, humidity, etc.).
Further, the fixing mold is used for fixing the arc-shaped plywood and the arc-shaped wooden products in the stacking direction.
It should be noted that, the plywood that adopts in this embodiment is the 3mm specification, because fixed mould expects the support for the sculpture of plywood plate, therefore its radian need not any processing, also can keep the same radian with arc plywood and arc woodwork, can regard as the benchmark specification, put into fixed mould when arc plywood and arc woodwork to add the pressure back, fixed mould and the seamless, the level and smooth laminating of radian between the two can not lead to the radian of arc plywood and arc woodwork to be extruded and warp.
Further, the pressing time of the fixed die is 7-9h.
Further, the wood veneer in the step eight is a cloth veneer with non-woven fabrics; the veneer is finished by manually pasting the veneer on an iron.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after the arc-shaped product subjected to the mold pressing is finely cut, a 0.3mm veneer is preferably used for the veneer attaching process.

1. A processing technology of arc-shaped wood products comprises plywood plates and wood product plates and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, selecting and reserving machining allowance of a plywood plate according to an arc-shaped model to be machined, converting parameters of the machining allowance into an engraving file, and inputting the engraving file into an engraving machine;
step two, after the plywood plate is processed into an arc-shaped plywood finished product by the engraving machine according to the machining allowance data parameters in the step one, taking machining excess materials, and preparing the machining excess materials into a fixed die;
step three, taking the wood product plates, placing the wood product plates into a carving machine, inputting the parameters of the finished product of the arc-shaped plywood formed in the step two into the carving machine, and finally carving the wood product plates to obtain arc-shaped wood products matched with the specifications of the finished product of the arc-shaped plywood;
step four, performing double-sided gluing operation on the arc-shaped wooden product produced in the step three;
step five, pressurizing the plurality of arc-shaped wood products by adopting a clamp to form a splicing relation among the arc-shaped wood products, continuing the pressurizing process until glue is cured, and carrying out the next operation after the glue is cured;
step six, performing coarse grinding on the upper surface and the lower surface of the spliced arc-shaped wooden product; after removing burrs and glue overflow residues, gluing the upper part and the lower part;

4. The process for the production of a curved wood product according to claim 1 wherein: the wood veneer in the step eight is a cloth veneer with non-woven fabrics; the veneer is finished by manually pasting the veneer on an iron.
