The main machine connecting structure comprises a main machine connecting shaft 13 and an upper end cover 14, the main machine connecting shaft 13 is inserted into the upper end of the tool outer sleeve 1 through the upper end cover 14, the piston 2 is sleeved on the inserting end of the main machine connecting shaft 13, and the bottom of the inserting end of the main machine connecting shaft 13 is provided with an ejector rod inner hole. The inner and outer rings of the piston 2 are sealed by sealing rings.
The mandrel feeding piece comprises a mandrel 15 and a mandrel outer pressing ring 16, the mandrel 15 is arranged in an inner hole of the mandrel, the mandrel outer pressing ring 16 is sleeved on a host connecting shaft 13, a pin sliding groove is formed in the host connecting shaft 13, the mandrel outer pressing ring 16 is connected with the mandrel 15 through a mandrel pin 17 penetrating through the pin sliding groove, a pressurizing spring 3 is sleeved on the host connecting shaft 13, and the pressurizing spring 3 is located between a piston 2 and the mandrel outer pressing ring 16. The induction point D is positioned on the ejector rod outer pressing ring 16.
The honing tool can be used for a numerical control lathe, the honing tool is connected to a tool rest base 23 of the numerical control lathe, a locking ring is arranged on a main machine connecting shaft 13, and the main machine connecting shaft 13 is locked in a clamping hole in the tool rest base 23 through the locking ring and a device locking threaded sleeve sleeved on the tool rest base 23.
The honing tool can also be used for grinding machines.
The honing tool of the embodiment is arranged on a numerical control machining center or a grinding machine to perform ultra-precision hole machining, the honing pressure does not need to be adjusted manually by stopping, and the honing pressure can be adjusted according to the honing amount and the honing amount of the honing tool in the operating process.
The honing tool has a self-centering full-floating function through the self-centering honing tool body connecting structure, so that a machined part only needs to be fixed and clamped by a lathe, the machined part does not need to float like a horizontal honing machine honing requirement, the stop detection mechanism can automatically stop when honing to the required size, the honing out-of-tolerance is avoided, and the honing machining process is simplified.
The whole working process and principle are as follows:
(1) tool setting;
(1.1) loosening the locking nut 24 to the highest position;
(1.2) adjusting the fine adjustment nut 8 to enable the adjusting screw 7 to drive the extension arm 7-1 and a sensing point C of a position sensor on the extension arm 7-1 to descend to the lowest position;
(1.3) placing the middle part of a honing strip on the honing head of the honing tool body 4 in an inner hole of the detection ring gauge;
(1.4) slowly opening an air source stop valve 11, and adjusting an air pressure regulating valve 10 to enable the pressure to be about 0.1-0.2 MPa and to be larger than the pressure of a mandrel reset spring 4-2, wherein the honing strip is attached to an inner hole of the detection ring gauge;
(1.5) adjusting a fine adjustment nut 8 to enable a sensing point C of the position sensor to sense a sensing point D of the position sensor and send a stop signal, opening an electromagnetic valve 12 to enable air inlet of the point A to be changed into pressure relief, returning a piston 2, returning a mandril 15, an external mandril pressing ring 16 and the sensing point D of the position sensor, locking a locking nut 24, taking down a detection ring gauge, finishing tool setting, closing an air source stop valve 11, and then formally honing a workpiece 27;
(2) starting the numerical control lathe to enable the honing head of the honing tool body 4 to enter the hole to be honed, and performing reciprocating motion for a plurality of times easily without any interference;
(3) communicating honing lubricating oil in a hole to be honed;
(4) the air source stop valve 11 is opened, the air pressure regulating valve 10 is adjusted to enable the pressure to be proper, the air pressure can be slightly higher during rough honing, the air pressure can be slightly lower during fine honing, and the specific pressure is determined according to the actual use condition and is not discussed in detail;
(5) honing processing is carried out, when honing reaches a required size, a sensing point C of the position sensor senses a sensing point D of the position sensor and sends a stop signal, the electromagnetic valve 12 is opened to enable air inlet of the point A to be changed into pressure relief, the piston 2 retracts, the ejector rod 15, the ejector rod outer pressing ring 16 and the sensing point D of the position sensor also retract, the honing strip retracts to the original point, an indicator lamp can be designed to light up to remind a worker, the air source stop valve 11 is closed, the tool rest base 23 of the numerical control lathe retracts to the original point, the workpiece 27 stops rotating, size detection is carried out, if the honing size is in place, honing processing is finished, if the honing size deviation is small, honing can be carried out for a plurality of times according to experience after the sensing point C is reduced, if the honing size deviation is large, tool setting can be carried out again, and the steps are repeated.
Chinese patent document CN110039437A discloses a honing tool capable of remotely controlling pressure, the mandrel feeding device of the honing tool capable of remotely controlling pressure is a mandrel feeding device which pressurizes a pressurizing spring 3 through a remotely controlled motor and a screw rod mechanism on the motor to drive a mandrel feeding member to feed a mandrel 4-1, the mandrel feeding member is a supporting ring, the stop detection mechanism of the honing tool can also be used for improving the honing tool capable of remotely controlling pressure, the honing tool can be automatically stopped when being used for honing and honing to a required size, and honing over-tolerance is avoided.
Claims (9)
1. A stop detection mechanism of a honing tool is characterized in that: the honing tool comprises a position sensor and a stop zero position adjusting mechanism, wherein the stop detecting mechanism detects whether a mandrel (4-1) of the honing tool or a mandrel feeding part which moves synchronously with the mandrel (4-1) when the honing tool works drops to a stop zero point or not through the position sensor, when the mandrel (4-1) or the mandrel feeding part drops to the stop zero point, the position sensor sends a stop signal for controlling a honing workpiece to stop honing, and the stop zero position adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the position of the stop zero point up and down.

A stop detection mechanism for a honing tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the position sensor is provided with a sensing point C and a sensing point D which are positioned in the honing tool, wherein the sensing point C is a stop zero point, when the sensing point C is close to or contacted with the sensing point D, the position sensor sends a stop signal,
the machine halt zero point position adjusting mechanism comprises a mounting seat (6), adjusting screw (7) and fine adjustment nut (8), mount pad (6) set up on the outer wall of honing tool, adjusting screw (7) and fine adjustment nut (8) are installed on mount pad (6), fine adjustment nut (8) cover is on adjusting screw (7), screw-thread fit each other, adjusting screw (7) are last to have and to stretch out arm (7-1), stretch out arm (7-1) pass the opening on the honing tool and get into the inside of honing tool, the rotation regulation action drive adjusting screw (7) oscilaltion of fine adjustment nut (8), the flexible arm oscilaltion of lift drive of adjusting screw (7), position sensor's induction point C sets up in stretching out arm (7-1), induction point D sets up on dabber (4-1) or the dabber feeding piece with dabber (4-1) synchronous motion when honing tool work.
3. A stop detection mechanism for a honing tool as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein: the position sensor is a proximity switch.
4. A stop detection mechanism for a honing tool as claimed in claim 2, wherein: and a locking nut (24) is screwed on the adjusting screw (7) of the machine halt zero point position adjusting mechanism and is used for locking the adjusting screw (7) on the mounting seat (6).

A honing tool with a halt detection mechanism comprises a control connection device and a honing tool body (4) connected to the control connection device, wherein the control connection device comprises a tool jacket (1) and a mandrel feeding device and a mandrel feeding part in the tool jacket (1), and the mandrel feeding part is driven by the mandrel feeding device to feed a mandrel of the honing tool body (4), and the honing tool is characterized in that: a stop detection mechanism of the honing tool of claim 1 or 2 provided on the control link, the stop detection mechanism detecting whether the mandrel feeding member is lowered to a stop zero point by the position sensor, the position sensor giving a stop signal when the mandrel feeding member is lowered to the stop zero point, the stop signal given by the position sensor controlling the mandrel feeding device of the honing tool to stop the feeding of the mandrel feeding member and to retract the mandrel feeding member.
6. A honing tool having a stop detecting mechanism according to claim 5, wherein: the upper end of a tool jacket (1) of the control connecting device is provided with a main machine connecting structure for connecting an equipment main machine, and the lower end of the tool jacket (1) is provided with a honing tool body connecting structure for connecting with a honing tool body (4).
7. A honing tool having a stop detecting mechanism according to claim 6, wherein: the honing tool body connecting structure is a self-centering honing tool body connecting structure.
8. A honing tool having a stop detecting mechanism according to claim 6, wherein: the host connecting structure is connected with the equipment host through a host connecting shaft (13).
9. A honing tool having a stop detecting mechanism according to claim 5, wherein: the mandrel feeding device is a mandrel feeding device which pressurizes a pressurizing spring (3) through a pneumatic piston (2) so as to drive a mandrel feeding piece to feed a mandrel (4-1);
or the mandrel feeding device is a mandrel feeding device which pressurizes a pressurizing spring (3) through a remote-controlled motor and a screw rod mechanism on the motor so as to drive a mandrel feeding piece to feed a mandrel (4-1).
