when the regular packing is degreased, the regular packing is placed into the treatment cylinder 2, the upper cover 3 is covered, air in the treatment cylinder 2 is pumped out through the vacuum pump 7, the resistance wire 4 is started to heat the inside of the treatment cylinder 2, the inside of the treatment cylinder 2 is in a high-temperature state, grease attached to the surface of the regular packing is melted at high temperature, the fluidity of the grease is increased, part of the grease slides downwards to pass through the leakage hole 6 to enter the first placing table 5, the other part of the grease is directly sublimated at high temperature, the purpose of high-temperature degreasing is achieved, the workload of later cleaning and degreasing is reduced, the use of cleaning liquid is reduced, the degreasing efficiency is increased, the regular packing after high-temperature degreasing is transferred into the ultrasonic cleaning pool 17, the grease remained in the gap is cleaned completely through ultrasonic cleaning, the cleaning and degreasing efficiency is higher, the degreasing is more comprehensive, and then the regular packing is transferred into the flushing pool 19, the top surface of a magnet plate 21 placed on the top surface of a third placing table 20, the magnet plate 21 sucks and kneels the filler, a servo motor 23 drives the third placing table 20 to rotate so as to drive the regular filler to rotate, flushing fluid is pumped from a water tank 24 to a spray head 28 to be sprayed out to flush the regular filler, the regular filler is fully contacted with the flushing fluid along with the rotation of the regular filler, cleaning fluid contaminated in the ultrasonic cleaning process is flushed away, the regular filler is cleaned more cleanly, the degreasing cleaning efficiency is further improved, after the flushing is finished, the servo motor 23 drives the third placing table 20 to rotate rapidly so as to drive the moisture on the surface of the regular filler to spin-dry, the drying of the regular filler is accelerated, the degreasing cleaning speed is accelerated, the production efficiency is improved, meanwhile, in the process of transferring the regular filler, a hoisting rope 12 is released by an electric hoist 13 to drive an electromagnet 11 to move downwards so as to suck the regular filler, electric hoist 13 pulling electro-magnet 11 and regular packing leave processing section of thick bamboo 2, ultrasonic cleaning pond 17 and flushing tank 19 to remove under the drive of driving 14, accomplish the in-process of hoist and mount transportation, the staff only needs operation driving 14, electric hoist 13 and electro-magnet 11 can carry out the transportation of regular packing, has saved the trouble of artifical transport, and it is more convenient to use.

1. The regular packing degreasing equipment is characterized by comprising a treatment barrel (2) and an upper cover (3), wherein the top surface of the treatment barrel (2) is spirally connected with the upper cover (3), a vacuum pump (7) is installed on one side of the treatment barrel (2), the air inlet end of the vacuum pump (7) is communicated and connected with the interior of the treatment barrel (2) through an exhaust pipe (8), a first placing table (5) is fixedly installed on the inner bottom surface of the treatment barrel (2), a leakage hole (6) is formed in the top surface of the first placing table (5), a resistance wire (4) is installed on the inner wall of the treatment barrel (2) at an equal angle, a pressure gauge (9) is installed on the top surface of the upper cover (3), an ultrasonic cleaning pool (17) is installed on one side of the treatment barrel (2), a flushing pool (19) is installed on the other side of the ultrasonic cleaning pool (17), and a track (15) is erected above the treatment barrel (2), the ultrasonic cleaning pool (17) and the flushing pool (19) through a support (1), and the top surface of the track (15) is provided with a traveling crane (14).

The structured packing degreasing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a water tank (24) is disposed on the bottom surface of the washing tank (19), a motor chamber (22) is disposed at the center of the water tank (24), a servo motor (23) is disposed inside the motor chamber (22), a water permeable hole (25) is disposed on the top surface of the water tank (24), a water suction pump (30) is connected to one side of the water tank (24), a water delivery pipe (26) is connected to a water outlet end of the water suction pump (30), a shunt pipe (27) is connected to the surface of one side of the washing tank (19), a spray head (28) is connected to one end of the shunt pipe (27), the other end of the shunt pipe (27) is connected to the water delivery pipe (26), a third placing table (20) is disposed inside the washing tank (19) above the water tank (24), and a magnet plate (21) is fixedly disposed on the top surface of the third placing table (20), the main shaft of the servo motor (23) penetrates through the motor bin (22) and is rotatably connected with the top surface of the motor bin (22) through a sealing bearing (32), and the other end of the main shaft of the servo motor (23) is fixedly connected with the center of the bottom surface of the third placing table (20).

The structured packing degreasing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein an electric hoist (13) is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the travelling crane (14), a hoisting rope (12) is mounted at the winding end of the electric hoist (13), a mounting seat (34) is fixedly connected to the other end of the hoisting rope (12), and an electromagnet (11) is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the mounting seat (34).

The apparatus for degreasing structured packing as claimed in claim 1, wherein a discharge pipe (33) is connected to one side of the first placing table (5) in a penetrating manner, the discharge pipe (33) penetrates through the treatment cylinder (2) and extends to the outside of the treatment cylinder (2), and a switch valve is installed on the surface of the discharge pipe (33) positioned outside the treatment cylinder (2).
5. The structured packing degreasing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a pressure relief pipe (10) is connected to the top surface of the upper cover (3) in a penetrating manner, and a switch valve is installed on the surface of the pressure relief pipe (10).

The structured packing degreasing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second placing table (18) is fixedly installed on the inner bottom surface of the ultrasonic cleaning tank (17), and the area of the second placing table (18) is larger than the projection area of the structured packing.
7. The structured packing degreasing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the water tank (24) is of an annular structure, the other side of the water tank (24) is connected with a drain pipe in a penetrating manner, and a switch valve is arranged on the surface of the drain pipe.
8. The structured packing degreasing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the third placing table (20) and the water tank (24) are provided with ball grooves (31) on the bottom surface, and the ball grooves (31) are connected with balls (29) in a rolling manner.
9. The structured packing degreasing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the other side of the treatment cylinder (2) is provided with a containing table (16) below the support (1), and the area of the containing table (16) is larger than the projection area of the structured packing.
10. A structured packing degreasing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the electromagnet (11) is magnetically stronger than the magnet plate (21).
