2) The shell assembly is matched with a raw water inlet of the filter element cylinder through the axial cofferdam and the radial cofferdam, the interior of the shell assembly is divided into a raw water cavity and a purified water cavity, and raw water enters the purified water cavity after being filtered by the filter screen; and the axial cofferdam and the radial cofferdam are provided with holes according to the filtering precision, so that the effective filtering area is increased.
3) The shell assembly is provided with pressure taking ports on the raw water cavity side and the water purification cavity side, is connected with a pressure gauge and a differential pressure switch through a pressure taking pipeline and is used for monitoring the pressure loss of the filter in the operation process in real time, and remotely transmitting a signal of the differential pressure switch to be used as the evidence for cleaning the filter.
4) The cleaning assembly is obtained by welding Archimedes spiral blades or continuously rolling plates, and can scrape impurities adhered to the surface of the filter screen through rotation and collect the impurities to the direction of the sewage collection cavity through axial thrust generated when the Archimedes spiral blades rotate.
5) The pollution discharge assembly is obtained by integral casting or welding and is connected with the shell assembly through the lifting eye bolt and the ring nut, so that the quick disassembly, assembly and maintenance are facilitated; the dirt collecting cavity is arranged on one side of the filter element assembly, and impurities on the surface of the filter element are collected to the dirt collecting cavity under the combined action of an internal flow field, gravity and a scraping and sweeping conveying device during self-cleaning and are discharged through the dirt discharging device in due time.
The filter assembly is formed by assembling a shell assembly, a filter element assembly, a cleaning assembly, a pollution discharge assembly and the like. After the cleaning assembly and the filter element assembly are assembled, the two assemblies are assembled into a shell assembly, so that the outer diameter of the tail end of a filter element cylinder is matched with the inner diameter of a filter element supporting and positioning ring, the end face of one end of the filter element cylinder is matched with the positioning step face of the filter element supporting and positioning ring, and the end face of a water outlet hole plate is ensured to be flush with the end face of an upper flange of the shell; when the blowdown assembly is assembled, firstly, a sealing ring is assembled inside a sealing sleeve of the connecting shaft, the connecting shaft penetrates through the sealing sleeve, and the bearing is installed on a sealing sleeve bearing seat of the connecting shaft; the clamp spring for the mounting shaft is used for axially positioning the connecting shaft; fixing the bearing gland on the connecting shaft sealing sleeve through a bolt; then installing an operating hand wheel and a coupling male head; connecting the assembled sewage discharge assembly to the shell through an eyebolt and a ring nut; and a pressure gauge is installed and connected with the pressure taking port, and an exhaust valve is installed.
When the filter is normally filtered, raw water enters a raw water cavity consisting of a filter element cylinder and a cofferdam through a water inlet, is filtered from inside to outside from a filter element, then enters a purified water cavity and flows out from a water outlet. Along with the continuous impurity accumulation of the overflowing flow, the pressure difference between the raw water cavity and the purified water cavity can be observed from the pressure gauge. When the pressure difference reaches a set value, the cleaning assembly can be driven by rotating the operating hand wheel to clean impurities on the inner surface of the filter element, the impurities are gathered to the dirt collecting cavity, the drain valve on the dirt collecting cavity is opened to discharge the impurities out of the filter so as to reduce the pressure loss of the filter, the flow passing capacity of the filter is recovered, and the filter is cleaned on line.
