According to the dynamic filtering mode for automatically cleaning impurities by the spiral blades, the spiral blades are used for intercepting and conveying the impurities in the seawater to the filter sewage collecting bin, the impurities are conveyed to the bottom of the sewage collecting bin under pressure, and the impurities are flushed out of the ship board by high-pressure water, so that a seawater filtering channel is kept smooth, the filtering area of the filter is ensured to be unchanged, and the purpose of preventing the impurities from being blocked is achieved.
The invention is provided with a differential pressure transmitter 3 in the body; the differential pressure transmitter 3 and the speed reducing motor 1 are connected with the electric cabinet; after seawater enters the self-cleaning filter, the flow area of the filtering system is reduced due to accumulation and blockage of impurities, the pressure difference between two ends of the filter reaches a set value, the pressure difference transmitter provides a signal, and the speed reduction motor drives the rotary impeller to rotate to intercept the impurities in the water, so that the water flow continues to flow according to the original flow path. Sundries are conveyed to a dirt collecting bin at the bottom of the filter under the action of the impeller, and an electric ball valve is arranged at a cleaning port 92; the electric ball valve is connected with the electric cabinet. The electric valve is opened to provide high pressure water to flush the foreign matters out of the ship board. And conveying the sundries to a pollution discharge bin at the bottom of the filter, simultaneously opening an electric ball valve, and automatically closing after flushing for 20-30 seconds.
The rotating pitch of the helical blades on the impeller shaft 5 is gradually reduced from top to bottom. The downward conveying and the extrusion can be efficiently performed. Spiral impeller and drain high accuracy cooperation play the effect of isolated filter chamber and blowdown pipeline between pressure through the filth, reduce the influence that the sparge water flows to the inside sea water of filter.
The filtering precision of the filter cylinder 6 is generally less than or equal to 2.5 mm. The self-cleaning filter can be adjusted according to the use condition, the filter area ratio is more than or equal to 3.0, the normal use requirement of the system can be met under the power failure condition, and the water supply quantity cannot be influenced by blocking a part of meshes.
The top of the body 4 is provided with an opening, and the top is provided with a cover plate 10 for sealing the opening; the cover plate is connected with the body 4 through bolts, and a hole through which the impeller shaft 5 passes is reserved on the cover plate. The reduction motor 1 of the present invention is mounted on the cover plate 10. The cover plate 10 is also provided with an anti-corrosion and anti-fouling electrode 2 extending into the body; the anti-corrosion and anti-fouling electrode 2 is arranged at the inlet 41. When the self-cleaning filter has faults such as jamming and the like, the bolt connection is convenient and quick, the upper cover plate is disassembled for maintenance, and the normal use is recovered within 45 minutes; when the filter breaks down, the filtration ratio of 1:3 can meet the normal use requirement, and the operation of the system is not influenced.
The parts of the body of the invention, which are contacted with the seawater, are galvanized, and the filter screen and the helical blade are made of 316L materials which are resistant to seawater corrosion.

The specific working process of the invention is as follows: the sea chest grating is always below the water surface (generally larger than 1 meter), seawater enters from the sea chest grating under the action of pressure, the seawater enters into the filter through the sea through valve and the water inlet pipe, impurities are stripped off from the filter cartridge through the spiral impeller and conveyed to the sewage discharge bin, the filtered seawater flows out of the ship through the meshes of the filter cartridge (designed according to the drift diameter of filter particles), and sufficient seawater flow is provided to meet the requirements of operation of a cooling system, a fire fighting system and a flushing system on a ship.
The automatic cleaning function is controlled by pressure difference, when the pressure difference of the inlet and the outlet of the filter reaches a set value, the motor is started to drive the impeller shaft to clean the sundries on the filter screen, the sundries are conveyed to the sewage disposal bin at the bottom of the filter, and the electric ball valve is opened at the same time to automatically close after 20-30 seconds of flushing.
